Bring back 2 weeks to make a highlight & default crop entirety of VOD I've lost enough footage (including world records) because of only having 2 weeks to make a highlight. Having only 1 week just because the stats say that most people don't watch VODs after a week, doesn't justify users requiring prioritizing hours of Twitch highlighting over other deadlines. If users are really only gonna be given a week with a paywall as the only other option, then atleast make the highlighting process faster. Make unsubbing as easy as subbing and make the list of steps to take comprehensible Unsubscribing is unreasonably more difficult than subscribing, which is illegal now in many parts of the world and this is very much the case on Android. Make unsubbing as easy as subbing. It's that simple, twitch. I don't want to have to Google search how to unsubscribe on twitch and then follow a list of steps that don't even tell you if you were successful or not at the end. This is so shady at face value. Even the directions are poorly written, missing basic nouns and verbs in multiple steps, so you get easily confused. This is completely unacceptable.

Increase gifted sub max If I want to gift someone 500 subs, I don't like having to do 5 transactions. It would be nice to have the maximum gifted sub amount removed or at least increased.

1Years Subscription instead of tier 2 and 3 We could sub for streamers we like and encourage them for a whole year?
Having a 1 years sub-option that would give us a special badge with a special emote. would make us feel more engaged with the streamers and a way to show immense support toward them. I don't see tiers 2 and 3 get used a lot.4 votes -
Counterproductive discount In my opinion, lower subscription pricing is completely counterproductive in "richer" countries. A discount of 20% will not make the sub magically more affordable and will only result in a 20% loss of revenue for the streamer. Even more so for small streamers.
Please reconsider changing to a really lower price or reverting back to the full price.

Auto re-subscription mechanism shall not happened during channel has been banned As subject, the auto re-sub feature shall be stopped work during channel has been banned.
As audience, we don't know when we followed channels were been banned and we would not consider to cancel the auto re-sub setting at first time.
We will notice which should be canceled when we got notification from Credit card company or any money deduct message.
That's not good for audience since we would not known when followed channel would be unbanned. and Twitch still takes our money every month but we cannot see followed channel all the time.

Terrible feeling - like popup to use twitch prime sub is misleading at best and thieving at worst Twitch support was great btw. I was on a channel and saw free sub message on popup and I was thinking maybe I earned it with hours watched, well I clicked it and it used by prime sub without adequate warning, imo. Naturally, I could not then spend my prime sub on the channel I normally do. That popup and lack of warning really upset me today, and I feel like it is almost fraudulent representation. A Blacklist for gifted subscriptions Recently I've had huge amounts of gifted subs, however sometimes large packages of randomly gifted subs end up going to bots that don't require it e.g. Nightbot, or Lumiathingamabot, bots that I require for my stream. It would be useful to have a blacklist that prevented certain users from being gifted subscriptions, to give gifted subs to people that would actually care and be grateful for a gifted subscription.

Founder's badges should exclude banned users If users are banned from a stream, they should not receive or retain a founder's badge. The badge should be revoked and considered ineligible when the ban occurs. I just had a safety risk with banned users being notified that they received a founder's badge (when i hit Partner my founder's badges doubled) and two banned users came up immediately.

Allow streamers to opt out of SUBtember. Creators should have the option to opt out of SUBtember events and discounts. Having it forced on everyone is a bad user experience. It should be toggleable just like the shared discounts feature.

Make Translation for "Withdraw from Sub" in German more clear In Germany, the new "Refund" for Subscriptions within 13 Days is labled "Sub kündigen" which translates back in englisch to "Cancel Subscription". It should be more like "Sub zurückziehen" which is the correct Translation from the englisch labeling "Withdraw from Sub". This makes it more clear which Button is for Refund and which Button is for canceling your Subscription. Right now, both suggest the same Functionality.

Refresh the Gift a Sub shop automatically when opening I was watching a streamer when they started a sponsored segment. The sponsor was contributing 50% off subs during the segment, so I gifted 5 subs. I didn't notice until later that I had been charged regular price for these subs, and they did not count towards the sponsor's gift sub limit, because I had never refreshed my browser page.
Viewers also noticed that the "Subs Remaining" count did not refresh either. Each viewer, and also the streamer, had to refresh their browser to see how many discounted subs were left, causing confusion when people saw different numbers remaining.

Allow streamer to disable anonymous gifting to SPECIFIC usernames Given how often I've seen anonymous gifted subs to specific usernames being used to harass, it would be nice if there were a toggle for disabling anon gifting to SPECIFIC names, while still allowing random gifting from anon.
This will retain the ability for viewers (who would rather not have their name show up) to still support the streamer, but would prevent the ability for harassers to anonymously gift to specific (generally offensive) names.
Giving streamers more options for fine-tuning their channel is always a good thing! :)

When Twitch has a sale or discount promotion for gift subs, the revenue to the streamers should not be decreased I just saw that when Twitch runs a site-wide sale or discount on gift subs (excluding subtember) the revenue received by the streamer is also discounted. This seems like a bad business practice and unfair to your streamers. Streamers plan events and rely on revenue from increased sub amounts at the regular rate. Allowing individual streamers to opt-out of the sale is not an adequate solution. If Twitch is implementing a sale, it should come out of Twitch's cut.

Turbo free with Gifted subs monthly If a person gifts a certain amount of subs each month, Turbo should be free for the user. Examples, 50 gifted subs per month is $100 for twitch, so you really need to still charge $11.99 to get no ads?
