Allow streamer to disable anonymous gifting to SPECIFIC usernames
Given how often I've seen anonymous gifted subs to specific usernames being used to harass, it would be nice if there were a toggle for disabling anon gifting to SPECIFIC names, while still allowing random gifting from anon.
This will retain the ability for viewers (who would rather not have their name show up) to still support the streamer, but would prevent the ability for harassers to anonymously gift to specific (generally offensive) names.
Giving streamers more options for fine-tuning their channel is always a good thing! :)

Hard agree! We really need *some* sort of moderation options for gift subs, and it's great to let the streamer have some control. This has loooong been used as a way to harass streamers.
