Issue with SMS verification code for adding phone number I believe that not everyone from only those countries that are able to add their phone number to their twitch account with no issues of sms verification code, cos I'm unable to add mine and unable to receive the sent sms verification code from twitch.

I only see a Accept button I log in and see a banner saying you guys changed your terms of policy and i need to click Accept. Where is the Decline button? It's not a option if there is only one choice. The button should say i read the new Terms since you force them to agree with them no matter what

When amending TOS and other user agreements, use known clerical strategies to inform users about the changes being made. I was looking through the recently updated TOS and was dismayed at the lack of clarity regarding what changed. This is a problem with industry standards, not just Twitch.
It is not user friendly to send existing users to the current amended policy while also providing a link to the prior policy, expecting users to review both contracts side-by-side to discern changes.
It would be immensely beneficial to user awareness for Twitch to use known clerical strategies which highlight amendments in a separate transitional 'bill' document that offers a view between the previous document and the current document. This 'bill'…

reset achievements I had a bot account raid my account and add followers that then threw off my achievements that I wanted to earn on my own. Now I can't build my community with the goals ahead, I have to wait till I get up there and just continue from there but there should be a reset setting that Twitch can do for accounts so they can continue from where they left off

Make 1-2 Twitch servers in ROMANIA! Hello Twitch team, There are many Romanian streamers who complain about the servers, we cannot have a very nice stream because the drop frame increases, the bitrate decreases or fluctuates. Specifically, in Romania we have a speed of 1000MB/s upload and download.

Contacting Support My friend had his account suspended due to an error by twitch, he got it back but now he hasn't received 2 payouts, can't set up 2 authentication and he has lodged tickets where he only gets automated replies and he can't contact chat as he doesn't have the option too. Anti bot attack prevention Hello very good, as a result of the constant attacks of bots to both large and small channels, to save the constant reports of the streamers themselves and the denunciation of such attacks, I would like you to implement a CAPTCHA as a security measure which can save or prevent such attacks and somehow end this annoying process that makes content creators want to give up in some cases since they can be a constant harassment. Fix your twitch pages for streams that get hacked and shadowban how about getting your support and ticket system working correctly and not going through these systems for ideas and letting us sumit complaints properly also note the sms system does not work on my page that is even after buy two new phones with new sims imei and two new numbers on top of that and going through the carrier and everything is fine on their end so its all on you guys

Make username transfers between users a thing. Especially when the username somebody wants belongs to someone who isnt even doing anything Basically if someone chooses a username but doesn’t do anything or have any followers or progress, even if they’re using the account to watch and follow people, you don’t need a specific username to do that, but you do need one to actually make progress and get people to find you more easily and be known by that username. Cant select English in language selection If your native language is not English, it is not reflected even if you select English in the language selection.
In my case, if I select English, a check mark will appear in my native language, Japanese.Only English is not available, so i use ENG-UK.This glitch occurs when chromium(chrome,edge) is used.

Login failure on all browsers on Linux It seems that recently Twitch is reject all login attempts from browsers on Linux, giving an "unsupported browser" error during login.
Tried this using several supported browsers (double and triple checking the versions) on several distros. Same exact browsers/versions work fine on Windows.

Inactive usernames Per the twitch policy, inactive usernames are recycled every 6 months. With that said, I have been vigilant for 3 years, attempting to acquire a username that has been inactive since its existence. This username is not someone that all ppl would want. its actually very similar to my twitch username minus 2 letters.
I would like the team to follow through on the policy and actually release the inactive usernames so that the streamers that actually put in work can utilize them for their own benefit, in turn for the benefit of the company
