Plus there's so much energy to internally put brainpower into setting personal notification preferences (email, web, mobile notifications)

Live Up Notifications does not use local timezone dashboard.twitch.tv/u/{channel}/channel-analytics/notifications currently uses what appears to be a California based timezone instead of the users local timezone like the rest of the dashboard. It would be great to see an adjustment to this to be streamlined with the rest of the analytics.

An option to disable SMS authentication fallback after enabling Authy. SMS as 2FA is well known to be the least secure of the methods available but still a better option than no 2FA at all, but I suggest an option to disable it as a fallback after having enabled Authy to lessen the security risks to the user account. updates via notifications My idea would need to be an option that streamers can turn on and off; basically when you get the notification on your phone that a streamer went live one of the options is 'Keep Me Updated on This Stream'. What this option would do is periodically send a text update (via notifications, text being the format not the means of communication) of what is going on in the stream. The streamer would likely need a moderator of sorts to actually fill out the data and then the service itself sends the update at an interval chosen by the streamer…

Receive pop up notification that other streamer started stream when in full screen mode It would be nice to receive a pop up notification when I watch in full screen that other streamer I follow started his stream.

allow users to view old Twitch account names after a name change If a broadcaster does not stream often or regularly, it can be tough to keep up with their channel. If they switch their Twitch username and you don't recognise it on your follower list, there should be a way to view their past user names to clarify who the streamer is. Quick and easy, Steam has a similar feature that has helped me not remove friends after a username switch.

Have the ability to remove CJK display names Many people did it without thinking and while I agree they should have did some research before setting it to something stupid for it to look cool for like 3 seconds. I would just make a new account honestly if it didnt mean losing so many stuff gained over the years of streaming and chatting and watching people.

Fix the Time it takes and process to reactivate account You need to implement a faster way to reactivate accounts, currently it takes up to 2 weeks, which i find absolutly rediculoius, twitter and fb are instant, your process looser streamers money and views and subs having to wait for so long, what happens if somone did it by accident, fix this major floor

Unsubscribe from Prime Loot Notifications Most advertisements you get in emails at least give you the option to unsubscribe. I know what games and I'm not interested in free loot or whatever. The world has too much click bait already.

Too easy to register new accounts on here when a user gets blocked To easy to register fake emails on here and harass someone defiantly need to not make it easy to create multiple user accounts on here which ultimately will lead to malicious activities.

Verify someone owns the email address they sign up with, before creating the account I currently get regular spam from this site as people sign up using my email address, and I have to delete the accounts myself.
It would be better (and standard practice) to force the email verification to be a mandatory part of account creation.

After username was changed show an url or redirect the users the new user channel I renamed my user from kozakagamer to kozaka. Everything went fine, just the old https://www.twitch.tv/kozakagamer is not working now (Time machine missing :) ).
So, my idea is, that maybe it would be good, that in case rename an url should be show which points to the new page or the user should be redirected to the new. Maybe just for 60 days?
This way, if an viewer comes over fore example a stored url, and want to find me, he could easily find my channel without any guessing what the new name would be.

Non-Reachable Emails Allot of different websites offer this feature, but, how about making it so that if you somehow in someway can't login to your account after reporting missing credentials, it will offer you the chance to send the email about (e.g resetting your password) to an email that you can access.

Login Verification Remove the reCAPTCHA. I have to click out of logging into my profile multiple times before I can see the verification button on the reCAPTCHA so I can finally enter into my profile.
