I tried to write to support, but there is no such form on the site, and in response to filling out similar forms, idiotic answers come that are neither answers nor even an attempt to help.    Create a section for uncensored audiences (Mature)

   My time on Twitch was not the greatest to be completely honest and from time to time I have gotten suspensions, banned on Twitch, and specifically because of my intolerance toward harassment.

   I believe in a free speech environment and I also can understand wants for censorship for younger environments.

   However, issues that I have come across have been stream sniping and harassment to the extent people intentionally lose on my teams or sabotage things. Such as aim bots used within Rust and following friends and I to different servers with aim bots and people intentionally losing on my team on League of Legends. Instances that I would describe as difficult to control my own speech when I know others are specifically trying to sabotage and ruin my time.

   This dilemma has even went to the extent where I am involved in court over it for violation of my rights and various different torts/claims filed. A lot of actions taken against me could also be considered discriminatory and hate crimes against my beliefs. With that said, I feel at a unjustified punished state. I say this because I got banned for using specific verbal words that were not specifically mentioned (there was no one watching my stream at the time and that is the kind of crime I Am talking about; where did the report come from? I have been having different breaches of privacy that are illegal) and personally I believe in a mature audience free speech is healthy and ventilation is healthy; and a mature audience can understand that. With that said, I would like to see if Twitch can create a mature section. One that may require ID to enter into; or settings that can be changed based on who you can/can't watch or who is suggested to you. The mature section having free speech and being able to express themselves and ventilate. I do not always have a foul mouth but it can be difficult to not have one and in my eyes punishing words that are "offending" to those that are actually breaking legitimate laws is in a sense serving the crime and is an injustice.

   I believe in free speech and it is in my opinion even more cancer to have people hacking onto platforms, sabotaging them out of hate and even trying to ban my account which was successful on twitch. Free speech is a right in the United States and crime is being used to exploit what I would describe as an error in rules or policies for Twitch.

   I would like to suggest a more mature category that requires a certain age to enter. That way if someone gets offended; they can just go watch someone else. I also would suggest maybe allowing streamers to ban certain people from watching because I can tell you from experience someone was definitely looking for a way to get me banned on twitch and they did. With that, this is in a sense an appeal to get my account unbanned because it was banned by people breaking legitimate laws; not policies for a company.

   In my eyes people doing that are childish and this is an instance of the truth being censored.

   The password requirements are truly insane for the average user. I shouldn't need a password so secure that it'd take years to *****, I need a password I can remember. This is a streaming site.

   If a streamer wants a super secure password, they can make that themselves, but imposing insane guidelines on people who just want to follow a few people is super annoying.

   Hello, I would like to ask whether your company's automated moderation system or human moderators have made any improvements in understanding the structure and meaning of the Mandarin Chinese language over time.

   During my years of using Twitch, I have witnessed a significant number of Mandarin Chinese users receiving permanent bans, possibly due to misunderstandings or misinterpretations of Chinese vocabulary or phrases by your moderation system or staff. Even after submitting appeals, the process seems ineffective, leaving users with no choice but to wait helplessly for six months before another opportunity arises.

   For example, when a streamer is playing a game...
   …facing a monster in the game, an excited viewer types "砍死他" (which means "slash/kill it" in the game context).
   This is just one example—there are many more similar cases

   However, due to a lack of understanding of the subtle differences in the Mandarin Chinese language, your moderation system or staff might misinterpret this statement as violent or harmful speech directed at humans, streamers, or chat users, rather than recognizing it as a normal expression of excitement in the game. This could lead to an unjustified permanent ban.

   I would like to know whether your company has taken steps to improve the accuracy of automated moderation for Chinese users to prevent such misunderstandings.

   And as a user from Taiwan, I am aware that there is only one Twitch employee left who can communicate with regular users like us. However, with just one person, I believe their authority is limited and may not be sufficient to assist with the various difficulties that Taiwanese users encounter.

   Of course, I am not merely trying to express how unfortunate it is for Chinese-speaking users. It seems that the text moderation system has issues with misunderstandings or misinterpretations across multiple languages.

   just watching many friends on the internet disappear one by one, permanently banned without a clear reason, and gradually feeling a sense of disappointment toward Twitch.

   The appeal system feels like a mere scarecrow—it's just there to let you know it exists, but it has no real effect.

    Every time i Log in i have to turn off Low Latency, Re set up all dashboards, click threw all announcements, & all the games, the chat preferences.. etc ..
    Please just make settings ACTUALLY SAVE / Lock ..
    Why is there Even multiple Dashboard layout saving options if they don't ACTUALLY save?

    I've been wondering if you, Twitch could set up a closed caption (CC) for all Twitch streamers. You can set up cc on and off like on tv or in video game settings. I also recommend adding a CC with the streamer's name with someone else who joined their platform. For example, "randomname05: Hello hello welcome in! Today we are-" then another voice "gamerguy444: I need to go! I need to go!" That will make it more friendly and have huge benefits for deaf audiences. So please make it happen!

    I get logged out EVERY day and have to re-login and enter an email code. It's so infuriating I don't even bother to use this site. Please add a "remember me" button which will keep me logged in for at LEAST a year.

    I know this has been discussed before, but things have changed. (see below)

    Please provide alternative methods to Phone Verification. There are many circumstances where a user may not be able to use a mobile phone to verify their account:

    1. They live in area that does not have cell service;

    2. They live or work in an institution that does not not allow the use of mobile phones (such as prisons or secure locations, intelligence agencies, etc.)

    3. They are too poor to afford a mobile phone (poor people can still watch ads, and provide valuable content to the site)

    4. They have a disability that prevents the use of a mobile phone (e.g., they have accessibility hardware on a desktop that won't work on a mobile device)

    5. They use a phone provider that Twitch doesn't recognize.

    In my case I live in an area that doesn't have cell service. I eventual got a mobile phone just so I could verify my Twitch account. I had to go through the process on the site, and then drive miles from my home just to get a cell signal to see the SMS message and verify the account.

    Now that AI is a thing, the other methods of verification are much less expensive for Twitch to do, such as a voice conversation to verify identity; or getting credit card info, bank info, etc., or many others methods to make sure a user is a real person and is who they say they are.

    Please consider adding other methods to verify a user besides Phone Verification.

19. The name HILLBILLY

    Look.. Im from the south, I have an accent, I sound like cornbread and I know PEOPLE LOVE SOUTHERN ACCENTS, NO ONE FROM THE SOUTH IS OFFENDED BY THE WORD HILLBILLY and I cant change my name to what I want BECAUSE HILLBILLY is blocked for whatever reason. I want the user name Hillbilly and I cant have it because you all find the word "offensive" WTF?

    Can I please get you all to calm down on the "offensive" word "hillbilly" long enough for me to change my account name? I would very much appreciate it.
