My friend has been indefinitely suspended with no explanation on what he has done wrong other than suspected of Fraud which could be a number of things. However, to appeal you have to give evidence that you have not done what you are suspected of doing but my question is how can you give evidence when you don't know what the issue is? Also, there is no way of contacting anyone to get this sorted and when you appeal it is an automated message, and you can only appeal once in 6 months. The amount of damage this does for someone's stream being away for 6 months is detrimental especially when accounts have been mistakenly suspended. What should be done is that you get an email on why your account has been suspend example it has been suspected of fraud in the form of using bots to increase chat identity that will allow the person to prove that they have not done that by supplying vods and witness statements. You should be able to appeal at least 3 times in the span of 6 months not one. The appeal should be submitted and then gone through with the streamer over zoom or phone call rather than automated messages. This allows the streamer to present their case.
