Contacting Support
My friend had his account suspended due to an error by twitch, he got it back but now he hasn't received 2 payouts, can't set up 2 authentication and he has lodged tickets where he only gets automated replies and he can't contact chat as he doesn't have the option too. I have contacted chat 5 times now to find a way that he can contact them. All they say is he has to contact us directly here which he has surprise surprise doesn't work. They will not give an alternative way of him reaching out so basically twitch has stolen money that people have given him through subs and things and taken it for themselves, when the reason people gave that money is for it to go to the streamer. They also keep disconnecting the chat. Its absolutely disgusting!
