Setting to disable keybinds Please allow us to disable key bindings when viewing a channel. I was typing, something caused me to lose chatbox focus, and simply by typing, I triggered subscription purchases. It's insane that keyboard presses can trigger something that causes me to make a purchase. Either remove purchase ability from keystrokes or allow us to disable keybinds as a setting.

Notification Bell for Less Popular Categories There are many categories who have many followers but are essentially dead because nobody streams those games - especially older/retro games.
Why is there no notification bell FOR A CATEGORY so a follower gets notified when someone (who one doesn't follow) actually streams those categories?
Take the game "Mad TV" for instance: There are 262 followers. When I stream this game, nobody knows because they are not following me. If there would be a bell for a category, they could choose to get notified and actually discover my stream.

Disallow Sleeping Streams on Front Page Carousel Within the Twitch Front Page Carousel Rotation, I've noticed a couple of instances where creators have been featured within the "I'm Only Sleeping" category without actively being present and entertaining an audience. notification for categories Why as a viewer can I get notified when a certain streamer goes online but not for categories?
I'm a small streamer and would like to stream retro games. In most of the categories I see like circa 500 likes - but that doesn't help me at all, when those people don't get notified when someone actually streams in those categories.
Smaller categories could help smaller streamers build an audience. But that's only the case if viewers can get notified when someone actually streams those smaller categories.

"Music Production & Composition" Category It's very difficult to be discovered as a producer/composer due to the many sub-categories under the "Music" category. Producers and composers often get buried under unrelated streams, and sometimes, they don't even appear in the 'Music Production and Talk' sub-category at all.
The issue is the way that the 'Music Production and Talk' sub-category is structured. Because the category includes both music production and general music discussions, it allows non-music production streams to dominate as long as they’re simply talking about music, which significantly harms the discoverability of producers and composers trying to share their creative process.

Can we get a generic "Pinball" or "Pinball (Mechanical)" category?
The Pinball category that most of the community streams in at (https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/pinball) was apparently linked to the Pinball (2017) Wii U game on IGDB.

Duplicate category for While Waiting - Optillusion games It seems there is a category issue for the While Waiting game.
When streamers play our game (the yellow one - Optillusion) https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/while-waiting, it's another While Waiting that appears https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/while-waiting-1/videos/all.

Just Dance 2023 & 2024 (and beyond) being named to "Just Dance" Upon the Launch of Just Dance 2023 Edition, they switched to a new engine and that is officially the main Just Dance. If you look at the title screen, the game is just called "Just Dance". 2023 & 2024 are "Song Packs" for the base game. Since they drop song packs every year now, it keeps splitting the viewerbase more and more due to it being marked as separate games. Add the game series as an overall category so that the viewership for individual titles stack Add the game series as an overall category so that the viewership for individual titles stack.
People could scroll through streamers playing any game in the series. They still have the option to filter out for specific game title in the series.
Many games have several iterations/sequels/remakes, and the viewership gets scattered across twitch. This change would allow the overall category viewership to stack. It also would help reduce redundancy for games that release platinum/directors cut editions and split viewership for essentially the same game.
