Bible Study The addition of a dedicated Bible Study category on Twitch creates a tailored home for streaming communities focused on scripture, theology, and spiritual discussion. Previously, creators hosting devotional streams, verse-by-verse breakdowns, or interfaith dialogue had to categorize their content under broad tags like Just Chatting or Talk Shows & Podcasts.
This dedicated category improves discoverability, allowing viewers seeking faith-based community to quickly locate live discussions, guided prayer sessions, and educational lectures. For streamers, it provides precise audience targeting and fosters a focused environment optimized for constructive, respectful engagement.
By formalizing Bible Study as a distinct directory, Twitch acknowledges the growing…

Hide stream that you can't see on the front page The focused(?) stream on my front page was a stream that I can't see "You are not allowed to see this stream.". This seems a bit stupid, please hide these because they're just a waste of space.

puzzlescript Please add a PuzzleScript category for streams playing games made with the PuzzleScript game engine.
PuzzleScript is an open-source puzzle game engine with a not very small community of creators and players (it was the source of many games in Jonathan Blow's recent "Order of the Sinking Star"). A shared category would help viewers discover streams across its many small games and allow community bots to announce live PuzzleScript streams.
Official website: https://www.puzzlescript.net/
IGDB engine entry: https://www.igdb.com/game_engines/puzzlescriptCould Twitch provide an umbrella category for these streams, or clarify the appropriate process for requesting one? PuzzleScript games are often quite small,…

Tag This is mostly in regards to horror games not being available included in Stream-o-Ween, but I find it absurd that the game “Look Outside” doesn’t even have the horror tag! It’s a gem of a lovecraftian/cosmic horror game with plenty of body horror in it! Right the wrongs and include the tag to its list, and if there are too many I’d suggest removing the Strategy tag from it. RPG covers that already, in my opinion. Further more, I think more horror games should be included in Stream-O-Ween.

Add the “Horror” tag to the game “Look Outside” so it can be featured in Stream-o-Ween Please add the Horror tag to the game “Look Outside”, it’s just as much of a horror game as many others, and it’s a brilliant indie title. It can’t even be featured with Stream-O-Ween because it’s not tagged with Horror, even though it is most definitely Lovecraftian/Cosmic horror! More to the point, add more Stream-O-Ween exposure to smaller and less known titles that are certified horror gems.

Recent raids associated with a streamer Currently, on the sidebar, there's a section for other streamers consistently followed by viewers of the current streamer. That amounts to taking advice about whom to watch from other viewers.
Why not take that advice about whom to watch from the streamer themself? That is, a similar section could recommend streamers recently raided by the current streamer. Such recommendations can be even more heavily favored if they've been raided consistently by the current streamer.1 vote -

Please Twitch STOP keeps changing sorting to "Recommended for you" When I open the directory or a game's page on twitch, the sorting keeps changing to "Recommended for you" when I want it to be sorted by viewers. It's annoying to change it every time. This is a fairly new thing. Is there a fix for it?

Create Official Twitch Cybersecurity & Streamer Safety Classes (Prevent Swatting, Doxxing, Extortion) As the live streaming landscape evolves, cyber criminals, malicious actors, and hackers are increasingly targeting creators. Streamers urgently need official, structured, and accessible education to protect themselves from severe online threats that disrupt their livelihoods and compromise their physical safety.
I am proposing that Twitch develops a dedicated Twitch Cybersecurity Training Program (such as specialized Creator Camp modules, interactive safety classes, or certified safety streams) to teach creators how to defend against modern digital threats.1.Preventing Swatting & Doxxing: How to proactively scrub personally identifiable information (PII) from the internet, secure digital footprints, mask IP addresses, and set up a…

Stop "fixing" what's not broken! Stop forcing recommended on to people. It's garbage. Nobody wants it or asked for it. You all keep changing basic features on the platform and none of the changes have been good. Every change is for Twitch's profit margins rather than genuine quality of life improvements for its users. I don't care that your nephew started streaming last weekend and believes he deservers 1k viewers. Change it the **** back and never do that god awful shopping tab again. You all tried tried to be sneaky about it too putting it so close to the browse button. Just trifling. ****…

Stream-O-Ween missing on a couple of horror games There are at least two games that I tried where that even can not be used. The Dark Pictures and Amnesia: The Bunker.
When using both games as a category that even is not available but they are both horror games. They are even labeled as such!
Make this event only available to most well known ones.

Save the sort preference in directory The default sort is "Recommended For You". The top recommended categories have ~100 viewers and I never watch these categories. I would prefer not to see those.
I can solve this problem by selecting sort by "Viewers (High to Low)". However, I have to re-select it every time I open the website because my preference is not being saved.
Please persist this preference.

Add a Twitch calendar feature I want Twitch to add a calendar feature for followed and recommended streamers.
Sometimes you want to find streamers that usually streams your mornings, or specific days of the week. It would be great to have a calendar feature that allows you to filter for suggested or followed channels based on the streamer schedules, not just stream categories.
A weekly calendar can also be used to see the streamers you are following and when they are scheduled to be streaming in a more structured way than the "Upcoming streams" allows. This way I can see that KappaStreamer has a birthday…8 votes -
Feature Request: Option to "Auto-Play" Favorited Channels When They Go Live (機能要望:お気に入りチャンネルがライブ配信を開始した際、自動再生するオプション) I would like to request a new feature that automatically opens and plays a favorited channel's live stream as soon as they go live, without relying on standard push notifications.
(通常のプッシュ通知に頼らず、お気に入りのチャンネルが配信を開始した瞬間に、自動的にその配信を開いて再生する新機能を要望します。)
Currently, it's easy to miss the beginning of a stream even with notifications enabled. If there was a setting to "Auto-Join / Auto-Play" specific channels, users would never miss their favorite streamers' live content, especially if they already have Twitch open on a browser or app.
Thank you for considering this quality-of-life improvement for viewers!

Mafia Mafia is a social deduction card game in which players are secretly divided into opposing teams — typically Civilians (Town) and Mafia.
At the beginning of the game, each player receives a hidden role card. The Civilians usually do not know the roles of other players, while members of the Mafia know their teammates. Depending on the ruleset, the game may also include special roles such as the Sheriff/Detective, Doctor, Don, Maniac, and others.
The game alternates between day and night phases.
During the day, players discuss what happened, analyze each other's behavior and statements, share suspicions, defend themselves, and…6 votes -
Add a dedicated “Fishing” category for real-life fishing streams Real-life fishing streams already exist on Twitch, but there is currently no dedicated category for this content. These streams are buried within broader IRL categories, making them difficult for viewers specifically interested in fishing to discover.
While Twitch already provides a Fishing tag, a tag does not offer the same discoverability as a dedicated category. Searching for “Fishing” on Twitch also primarily returns fishing video games, including an existing game entry simply named “Fishing”, rather than a place for real-life fishing streams.
A dedicated Fishing category would give creators and viewers a common place for all kinds of real-life fishing…

K-RITEVENT K-RITEVENT is a Swiss charity streaming event bringing together around 20 content creators for a weekend of livestreams, collaborations, entertainment, and special activities, all in support of the Théodora Foundation.
The second edition will take place from October 30 to November 1, 2026, in Meyrin, Switzerland.
Creating a dedicated Twitch category would help bring all event streams together under one banner, making them easier to discover and allowing the community to follow this charitable initiative more easily.
The first edition in 2025 brought together 19 streamers and raised over CHF 10,000 for Terre des Hommes Suisse.
