WE NEED THE @ twitch is removing the @ function to tag people in raids and shout outs and PUT IT BACK!!!! as a dylsexic person, i find the removal of this feature ableist and i have seen it result in several raids to the wrong channel.
please stop making it harder for moderators?! we do a lot of work for free because it's fun, stop making it suck.3 votesHi,
Could you please clarify where you derived this information? How was it removed/when and when was it restored?
I may be misunderstanding, but the mention feature requires the user to already be in chat when trying to use @ in conjunction with the command. With that logic, is the ask here that the mention feature work to suggest user that you would like to raid on behalf of the streamer (even if they are not currently in the chat of the channel you're in)? Or is there also an issue that the you cannot use /command @user when they are present in the chat (as a part of a raid) of the channel you're moderating in? Thanks for clariying!

Chat Highlight Settings in PRIVMSG Tags Looking through the IRC Chat Tags, it doesn't appear as if there are tags that would trigger a highlighted message.
For instance, if a first-time chatter posts something in chat, it would be nice to have an IRC tag that indicates that they're a first-time chatter. Regardless of what the user has set up on the website, this would allow for a bot, or StreamElements custom widget, to detect the tag and do something with it (such as play an alert, or post a message in chat, etc).
At minimum, the following tags would be nice to have:

An option to see the names of each viewer who voted in Twitch polls My channel has a problem with viewers that have alt accounts voting in the polls I create on my channel.
An option to see who participates in each poll seems like it might help with such a problem, either by outing these random accounts or by dissuading viewers from voting with alt accounts.

Add option to hide 'pin message' icon in chat For people who don't use it anyway, it's kinda annoying and easy to missclick

Option to hide live poll results till the poll has finished It would be really useful if there was an option to hide the live results of a poll, till the timer runs out.
We use polls alot during stream to have the chat decide what they would like the streamer to do next, but a number of users like to wait till the last few seconds and vote just to make the poll come out 50/50, because they think its hilarious but it really ruins the vibe the streamer is going for.
It would be amazing if there was a "hide live results" setting on the poll itself. Once the…

Prompt when Users have Whispers Blocked/Turned OFF Add a Prompt for when Users have Whispers Blocked/Turned OFF. Don't provide a box to type in, at all. e.g. just a simple notification a user has whispers off when a mod clicks 'Quick Whisper'
Many moderators try to do modding in whispers when possible to avoid derailing or subduing chat -- as in-chat moderation can put a damper on good vibes or 'invite' viewers to feel as if they should participate. However, the recent surge in numbers of viewers who have whispers turned off means we may spend a couple minutes typing out a whisper only for it to…

StreamElements bot hangul support Streamelements chat bot does not recognize hangul characters when streamers do shoutouts and report API ERROR when doing so. It's been like this sine it was first pushed out and seems to have not been fixed at all. Any plans that this gets fixed or do I have to submit a ticket to have my display name changed in english since Korean display name users can't change their display name?

New account Highlighting Highlighting have been good but the only thing I find missing is the ability to highlight new accounts, of say less then a week old. As mod it can use this to determine a bot / troll, if a said account is new and how they are perceived in chat.

Add option to dismiss notifications like polls, hype train etc. If a hype train is going or the streamer runs a poll, there is a notification window on top of the chat, which blocks some of the chat.
I'd appreciate an option to dismiss this notification pop up (x).

Spam filter for whisper The sending of spam messages via whisper has become a serious problem on Twitch in Portuguese, in view of this, I suggest the creation of a filter that retains suspicious spam messages in some other box.
Generally the messages follow the same writing pattern with spammers asking for a donation of money to their bank accounts under the guise of experiencing financial hardship, so I believe a simple AI should be able to retain most of the unwanted messages.
An option to block specific terms in the spam filter would also be welcome.

Spotlight raider in chat when they are being given a shoutout A lot of times if someone raids in and a lot of chat activity goes on during stream, it is hard for the broadcaster to read or see the person who raided in their chat messages. My idea is to spotlight the raider if they are being shouted out with the "/shoutout" command for a minute or so.

Custom badges and roles for chatters I thought it would be a great idea if we as steamers could give people more roles than VIPs, mods or editors. Such as discord, different and certain roles with badges and a bigger interaction with chat and the people in it.
Everyone could be able to get a role and be able to interact with roles.
There would be more customisation in your own hands as a streamer and a new way to get people to chat and come visit in your chats/streams

Allow unverified bots that are mods to whisper users in that chat Problem:
- Right now it appears as if a self-hosted and thus unverified bot with a separate standard Twitch account is shadow-banned from whispering people through WebSockets (wss://irc-ws.chat.twitch.tv:443). It looks like it works, but the messages never arrive, I've tried with my own bot account and friend's bots.Solution:
- To me, it seems reasonable that a bot that has been set to be moderator in a channel should also be able to whisper users that are currently connected to that same channel.Additions:
- It could even be further restricted to when the channel is live if need be.…3 votes -
Improve /shoutout Upgrade the /shoutout command to have a browser source overlay that plays clips. Broadcaster can limit how long the clips will be played and the creator of the clips can toggle a "Clip Available for Shout Out" option for each clip that way us smaller streamers who enjoy video shout outs can still do them and the other creators can choose what clips appear.
If a creator has no clips designated for Shout Outs, then their profile picture will appear with their name.

reactions I would love to have the chance to give some reaction to an another user message. This could help even the streamer to select wich messages are worth to read and answer (if it is a question).
