Spotlight raider in chat when they are being given a shoutout
A lot of times if someone raids in and a lot of chat activity goes on during stream, it is hard for the broadcaster to read or see the person who raided in their chat messages. My idea is to spotlight the raider if they are being shouted out with the "/shoutout" command for a minute or so.

I would absolutely love a Chat Highlight feature for Raids, specifically the streamer who initiated the raid into my channel so I can keep better track of when they speak amongst the other raiders.
