Monitor Suspicious User Feature visibility Hey there, in our chat earlier today we had to time someone out for 10 mins. One of our mods marked them as Suspicious User so that it'd be clear when they're back from time-out and to give that a bit more attention from the mods in chat.
However can it be an option for the streamer to have the giant visual orange highlight be turned off? It happens sometimes where the streamer is actively trying to avoid them still after a time-out and it's better to be used as a mods-only highlight. With maybe a small icon or something…6 votes -

list of modded channels on the left sidebar Hi,
it would be very helpful for moderators if the channels where you are a mod could be displayed in a separate list. I am a moderator in 29 channels, and it would really help me to have those channels immediately visible in their own dedicated list on the left sidebar.2 votes -
Temp mod for Trail Mod Periods Many streamers utilize trial mods to assess potential long-term team members. I believe it would be beneficial to implement a trial or temporary mod role with slightly limited permissions compared to a regular mod. The proposed structure would be as follows:
Permissions granted to trial mods:
Issue warnings
Apply short timeouts
Actions requiring secondary mod approval:
Apply extended timeouts
Issue bans
This approach allows the streamer to observe how trial mods handle situations while minimizing the pressure on them during the evaluation period.

official warning should be provided prior to bans or timeouts and bans and timeouts should not be used as an incentivizing or as a joke/fun i feel that bans and timeouts are being used too frequently by moderators for very little reason.
i feel like there should be a system for tracking bans and timeouts by twitch employees to prevent misuse.
i feel that there should be a system to reduce unnecessary bans and timeouts for new chatters that require a warning prior to timeout or ban.
i also feel like bans and timeouts should provide feedback to the chatter as to the reasoning for the ban and refer to the warning for record keeping purposes and to help the user dispute the ban with…

Banned in a chat = can't add that streamer to your suggestion shelf Please make it so that if a streamer bans somebody, that person is not be able to have the streamer in their "Streamer suggests these streamers..." shelf.
Example:
Streamer A and Streamer B are friends.
Things happen and they are no longer friends to the point that Streamer A bans Streamer B in their communities.
Streamer A is no longer associated with Streamer B, but Streamer B still has Streamer A listed on their "suggested streamers" shelf despite being banned in Streamer A's community.I think that not being possible would be nice.

Give Moderator Tier 1 Sub level access. Our Moderators should be given at least a Tier 1 Subscription for volunteering their time to moderate our channel / chat. This would be as a thank you for moderating.

/usertimeontwitch Check how long a user has spent on Twitch, not how old a user’s profile is but how long a user has actually spent on Twitch. Like say a user made their profile in March of 2025, but has only used their profile for 100 hours since March of 2025 vs another user who created their profile the same day but has used their profile on Twitch 10,000 hours.

Mobile Mod settings I think that mod tools on mobile need to reflect mod tools on web. There are quite a few very important mod features not available on mobile that are available on web. Examples being the warning and announce features. Myself and my fellow mods aren't always at our PC so at least once or twice a stream we have to ping our discord chat to ask someone to warn a person. The announce feature is something that has been missing from mobile for quite a while at this point and I don't understand why it hasn't already been addressed.

Allow reporting of anonymous sub gifters. Currently anonymous subs can be given to offensive account names and the streamer has no ability to report this. A gifter can continue to do this indefinitely. Streamers can only report the accounts that were gifted which does not solve the problem.
This leads to immediate and continuous abuse.
You removed Anonymous Bits for "Abuse" reasons despite them not carrying a name, image, or message. You left in Anonymous Gift subs even though they can be used like this. Give us an option to report these actions.

Unfair or accidental unban requests Twitch should have a 3rd party accidebtal or unfair ban solution? I am stuck in this situation and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Should there not be a way for a small appeal to twitch just to get noticed by A larger creator or something similar. Obviously if someone gets banned for breaking the creators channel rules or breaking twitch tos you could just discard the proposed "small appeal" But say someone got banned for a typo that looked wrong, or a missclick or in my case a rouge mod that had it out for me personally. Many of my female streamer friends have been absolutely harassed with misogynistic and derogatory insults by users who constantly join their multiplayer lobbies and name themselves said insults. Niesłuszne bany Ostatnio dużo polskich użytkowników zaczęło dostawać blokady konta za napisanie "=cf all", jest to komenda dla bota Okayegbot. Domyślam się, że ta komenda jest bliska zablokowanemu słowu "cwel", jednak nikt pisząc to nie miał na myśli tego słowa. Moją propozycją by było dodać frazę "=cf all" do dozwolonych fraz. AutoMod Summary for Moderators At Twitchcon this year, it was mentioned that there was a new feature for AutoMod that would provide a summary/log of the actions taken to the streamer at the end of the stream. I believe this would also be useful information for the moderator team or for the lead moderator.
It would give a powerful look into what is occurring throughout the entire stream to the teams responsible for keeping communities safe!
