Automod setting to whitelist users that followed or subbed for a specific time Currently the AutoMod is kinda a headache when it triggers on regulars of the stream.
I think it's important to understand that in some chats a regular can write something, a FirstTimeChatter gets a timeout or Ban for. (On top of that that automod doesn't understand context what doesn't help either with this problem). Also most people that don't behave and/or are weird get filtered out by the mod team relatively fast anyway so it is only really needed for First Time Chatters or newer people.So I propose a filter setting that excludes chatters from automod for a specific…

Is there any control/supervising on Twitch admins/bans? Cause its strange... when a viewer abusing, hateful speaking and sexual harassment on streamer> the streamer channel si blocked on the next day. For example maybe Twitch admins have hatred of Russians

Savable UI Layout Presets I mod for multiple streamers on the same esports team, so i often have both of their chats open at the same time. my main monitor is landscape with a portrait second monitor, and there is just no easy way to reshape each UI to fit the monitor, which i have to do anytime they play together

Shared ban info is broken Hello, I wanted to bring up an issue regarding shared ban info.
I am a moderator for a channel and last year, we raided another channel. Since then, the streamers from both channels have become friends. Recently, we decided to link our channels via shared ban info.
The problem is that some of our regulars were banned from the other channel during the raid a year ago. Now, when our regulars try to chat in our channel, they are being restricted because they are still banned in the other channel.

Hide Mod View Icon Hide Mod View Icon
I would really like to be able to hide/deactivate the Mod View Icon whilst being in Non Mod View.
I don't always need to jump into full mod view less crowded streams. And I usually have multiple browsers open with non mod view and mod view when moderating more busy streams.
It happens every so often that I accidentally click on that mod view button. (Which is usually not the way I enter it anyway).
So I just wish we had an option to hide the icon, like the shield and and Highlight Settings Icons.2 votes -
Don't require global phone number verification or any at all (At the very least leave it up to the streamer) It seemed like one day I found out that I wasn't able to participate in chat without verifying with my phone number. I didn't want to give my personal number, so I used a Google Voice number that belongs to me. But by using that number, I get an error "please provide a valid phone number." There should've been a clear message indicating that Twitch doesn't allow VOIP numbers, so I wouldn't have to contact Twitch support or look through support articles.

Change the Shield Mode Shortcut to Hide Per Person instead of Hide For Everyone Currently, while you are able to disable/hide the shield mode icon in the chat bar, this setting affect every mod and the streamer of the channel.
Instead, this setting (or a new setting) should apply this per person, similar to how the Chat Highlights' shortcut option works.
Reason: Some mods may be more prone to accientially clicking it, Some mods may simply feel easier without it while others may feel easier that they can activate it faster.
There's no reason this should only be a global setting, I'm not against the idea of having a toggle to disable to icon…

global chat cooldown Hi to all, talking here as a 5 years experience daily unsing twitch and twitch moderator of small spanish community.
The problem:
Toxicity during events where variety of streamers participate.Origin of the problem:
Here in spanish communities a percentage of the communities are too emotional and tends to go in other streamer channels and text things that becomes toxic and generates bad feelenigs both the streamers and regular chat users.
We as a moderators have the needed tools to ban them and normally we create moderation discords to ban them across distinct stremers.Suggestion:

Option to quickly ban all raiders that came from the same raid In the Review recent raids menu a quick option to ban all raiders from the same raid.
It should not be an easy to missclick button, ask to user to write in "CONFIRM" or something to make sure it can't be used by accident.
This Feature would be a great help to counter hate and bot raids.
The channel owner should be able to decide if mods are able to use it or only the owner.

More thorough investigations on reported streamers/users. I am a Mod in a couple of channels and I do take moderation very seriously. I also try to keep Twitch a safe place, as much as possible.
What happened:
A streamer I mod for was the victim of insults and hateful speech yesterday (June the 11th 2024). The perpetrator was reported by myself and other Mods of the victim. The insults/speech were done during the perpetrators stream. They were live at the same time as the victim.
