Streamer should be able to "raid out" when an editor begins a raid, and vice-versa
A streamer I mod for announced he was ending stream and was going to raid out to a channel I frequent a lot, so I figured I’d go ahead and have the raid ready to go. When he went to process the raid, it wouldn’t let him as I had already started it.
It appears as though whoever initiated the raid is the only person who can actually “raid out” which wasn’t my intention as the streamer is the one who knows when they want to click that button (after thanking viewers, subs, saying goodnight, etc). This tool is useful for when a stream goes offline and we want to send the raid out, but it would seem as though the streamer should also have access to “raid out” regardless of who initiated the command. So the idea is that if the streamer begins a raid, or an editor begins a raid, both parties should have the option to "cancel" or "raid out" rather than just the user who initiated it.
