Temp mod for Trail Mod Periods
Many streamers utilize trial mods to assess potential long-term team members. I believe it would be beneficial to implement a trial or temporary mod role with slightly limited permissions compared to a regular mod. The proposed structure would be as follows:
Permissions granted to trial mods:
Issue warnings
Apply short timeouts
Actions requiring secondary mod approval:
Apply extended timeouts
Issue bans
This approach allows the streamer to observe how trial mods handle situations while minimizing the pressure on them during the evaluation period.
