requiring to login to view stream
Please allow an option, similar to phone/email verification, except to where people have to be logged in to a twitch account to view a stream. Many of my female streamer friends have been absolutely harassed with misogynistic and derogatory insults by users who constantly join their multiplayer lobbies and name themselves said insults. Being able to instantly join maps and matches they're in givin' that they're able to view it on stream. Since they don't have to login to view a stream they're able to do it without any troubles at all. PLEASE add an option that can be enabled or disabled to where people have to be logged in to view a stream!! Its been an ongoing issue for months and there's no possible solution except to either drop a game that can be considered their "main game" for the channel or to stop streaming altogether for the sake of mental health amongst other issues. PLEASE TWITCH NOTICE THIS!!!!

This is what we need. If we can turn on this setting for our own streams, it’ll also prevent stream sniping from people on the enemy team, making it so they need to log in with an account with a likely similar username to their in-game username. It would also let us see who is new to chat, and allow us to ban unwanted viewers, not only chatters. Stream sniping has become a big issue, but people can easily get away with it if they dont have an account that the streamers can see and moderate.

Prevent reporting from non logged in users would mean the world to numerous streamers who are being harassed.

100% agree with this. People shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of thing and a toggle for this would be amazing when there is no other solution. This kind of thing would also help with advertising bots and other nuisances

A Twitch Channel option that allows only logged-in users to view your twitch stream and/or channel is a simple but effective option, allowing for the tracking of bad users through their account setup data for Twitch's security team.
