2. Emails announcing subscription price increases

   When you send out emails announcing subscription price increases, please tell us what the new price will be, rather than making us do a google search to find the information on a Twitch page not linked in the email.
   It smacks of subterfuge and customer disrespect, and generates negative feelings towards Twitch and Amazon.

4. Stop Religious Prosecution

   I need to understand why you would ban someone for their religious beliefs? Melonie Mac Go Boom was recently banned for hate speech. Well that does not sit well with me. It is a SIN.    Enormément de monde est actuellement sur mobile et je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela n'est pas prit en compte dans les statistques. 6. Idea - New feature: Extra volume button solely for twitch stream Music.

   I want to listen to my own music while watching a twitch streamer, but I can't turn down the music from stream - Only the master volume.

   With this feature there is more freedom in Twitch streams which makes the customers more likely to stay and enjoy the stream.
   Music taste can vary a lot among us and it would be cool to listen to your favourite music and streamer at the same time!

   I love Twitch and let me know what you guys think about this suggestion.

8. Improve Whisper Functionality

   The whisper private messaging needs to be overhauled. It’s buggy and not user friendly. Notifications stay unread even when you read the message. Messages disappear from the window. The notifications on the mobile app when you’re watching a channel are annoying. You can’t dismiss them and it covers up the chat window. To me, this is the worst part about Twitch and needs upgrading. I always move to another platform to connect with others.

9. Customer quality control/parental feature

   Viewers should be able to block video recommendations by blocking specific tags or catagories. This could also double as a parental control function. This should be able to be changed by the user as desired.

10. Is Twitch still for real "Live" streamers?

    As someone who has watched too much Twitch over the years, I have never even thought to come to a page like this until recently. In the hopes that someone actually reads this, I'd like to express my concerns about the overall quality of streams recently on Twitch, and the tactics some streamers are using to try to make more money.

    One of the biggest issues that is bothersome as a viewer is streamers that are now "Live" for days on end. They go live for a certain amount of time, and then just loop videos with a message on screen saying they're not live until they get back in front of their computer and take over again.

    I understand that streamers want to generate ad revenue, but this isn't what twitch is about. Looping YouTube playlists for hours and hours on end every day is not "Live" content. If I wanted to watch prerecorded content, I would go to YouTube.

    I understand that I can just not click on the creator's stream, but just allowing streamers to get away with this practice degrades the entire user experience on the platform as it goes unchecked (from a viewer's perspective) on the platform. It might be a small subset of creator's abusing the system like this now, but it will become more widespread as time goes on if twitch allows it.

    Perhaps twitch may consider becoming a platform to host prerecorded content as well as live content that is suitable for their niche of users? I wouldn't mind content creators posting pre-recorded content to their channel if that's what was being advertised.

    Tl;dr - going to "Live" streamers channels and watching looped YouTube video playlists is a bad user experience, and it will continue to get worse if left unchecked.

13. Twitch appeals

    As an avid user of Twitch.tv, I've seen firsthand the disparity in treatment between large and small streamers. When a small streamer gets suspended, it often feels like they're left to fend for themselves with little to no support from the platform. On the contrary, some big Twitch.tv users have been suspended up to seven times with seemingly no significant consequences. This is not only unfair but discourages smaller content creators who are trying their best to grow their channels.

    Everyone deserves a second chance - or even a third - much like YouTube's three-strike rule. It's disheartening to see that big Twitch.tv streamers seem to get unlimited appeals while smaller ones are left in the dust.

    Accordingly, we urge Twitch.tv to review its suspension policies and ensure fair treatment for all its users regardless of their follower count or popularity level. We believe that everyone should be given equal opportunities and chances on this platform which has become such an important part of our lives.

    Please sign this petition if you agree that small Twitch streamers deserve better treatment and equal opportunities as their larger counterparts on the platform.

14. Drops

    I have literally proved Twitch support wrong - I had properly met all of the requisites required to receive the Crunchyroll drops "60 Days free", yet never received the drop. After a couple of tickets, Twitch was NOT supportive at all, nor willing to perform their due diligence in investigating whether or not this was true. In fact, it was INCREDIBLY difficult to get any reply to my submissions, may entries were purposefully ignored and STILL are.

    I have provided their twitch staff proof with timestamps where they could determine yes these do match with the requirements to receive the drops. What do I get instead? Shear ******* incompetence and lack of a backbone, just admit that you were wrong and own up to it instead of ignoring any and all submissions. Worst ******* support I've ever had and rightfully ****** off.

    At this point I don't give af about the drop at all, this is about the unprofessional approach and sheer lack of a functional and reliable system of reporting in issues to this platform. Completely incompetent.

15. Ads scheduling

    I do understand that Twitch needs the ads that run during the streams for revenue but I find the unpredictable timing of the ads to be very problematic.

    I very much wish that I could schedule the ads to run at a regular time. My preference would be at a predetermined number of minutes before the bottom of the hour. If I knew that they were coming every hour at that time then I could plan accordingly. (I so dislike the pre-roll ads as I think they quite often discourage potential viewers from watching my stream and will do whatever I can to avoid the pre-rolls i.e. running regularly scheduled ads.)

    Latest microsoft edge version 119.0.2151.58 (Official build) (64-bit) is not supported with twitch, am unable to login after the update :(
    Using Opera GX as a substitute until the issue is fixed.

18. Add feedback hub to Twitch.tv

    Would give a better experience to lots of people who are clearly not ok with how twitch is working over the past years. Also people could openly eleborate why Twitch is seen as bad now instead of poeple discussing this on other platforms. Twitch needs to answer all those accusations instead of just ignoring them!

19. Viewer Custom Calendar

    Viewer goes to Streamer X's channel and checks their schedule. They can tap the specific stream and have it added to a viewer custom calendar. This would also send a push notification to their phone when the streamer is live or a reminder at a specified time. As streamers add a show to their schedule an option for the viewer to say "remind me of all streams" or "remind me of this stream only"

20. Questions about removing Exclusivity.

    My name is Andy Champlin. I run the Acme_Studios account on your platform. I was excited to hear that you guys are now allowing simulcasting in an attempt to remove exclusivity and that seems to be where you stopped as I read a few of your new rules concerning this that you didn't exactly remove exclusivity because I am not allowed to relay chat from other platforms, and I am not allowed to advertise my other channels. One, my brother and I want engagement from our viewers, and we don't believe that they should be restricted to just the one platform they reside on or be forced to go to another platform just to respond to that individual when they read a comment on stream. It is easier to respond to them directly since their comment will relay to the other platform. Allowing this is removing exclusivity or otherwise what is the point of removing exclusivity and allowing simulcasting if my viewers are limited to who they can engage with. You benefit from engagement. Not only that, and I have to contact YouTube about this as well, why can we not see the viewers who are lurking. They are supporting the channel and platform as well. Some of them watch the streams by listening to the streams in the background or they have anxiety that prevents them from interacting and I want to know that they are watching my streams because they are just as important as everyone else. If we are removing exclusivity, then we need to make sure everyone is included when they watch the streams. Everyone's viewership counts whether they are engaging in the stream or not. These are just as much a benefit to your platform since ads play regardless is they are engaged or not.
