  1. Just wanted to bring attention to how many pre recorded scam streams are happening at "Pools, Hot Tubs & Beaches" IRL streams. I went through and saw 7 of the same exact stream across 7 different "Users" all have a scam link attached to the stream title and are all probably stolen and pre recorded streams. This leaves uninformed users vulnerable to falling for these traps.

  2. At what point do you compare your own TOS and Conduct rules against what shows up on your main page of streamers? You let string bikinis, but some random thing gets reported by some troll and it's a ban. Then they wait months to get a human to respond as vague as possible because you don't want to be legally responsible for specificity. You created an 18+ option for a reason. Be consistent or let it go. You're tanking as a platform because of your inconsistency. Read the writing on the walls. Time to go back to basics, when your…

  3. Ban people who send hate raids for longer or permanently. Hate raids are intentional and planned and are bad for the community. Hate raids against high profile streamers will always gain the person some support because the higher the profile person the more people there will be who also don't like them. Being soft on hate raiders will incentives harassment as an avenue to gain an audience and reward people for harassment as they will have popularity and attention for it when they return in 2 weeks time.
If harassment is incentivised more people will do it and twitch community…

  4. "Hateful conduct is any content or activity that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, and veteran status." - Twitch Community Guidelines (As of 30 September 2021)

By that metric, global emotes such as "TriHard" and "cmonBruh" should be removed as they primarily serve to spread anti-black racism throughout the community. Any honest twitch user can attest to this. I see no reasonable excuse for keeping them.

  5. As Slot / Gambling Streamers appear more and more there should be a safety option for those none streaming people that are gambling. There should be a way to step out lock down the Slot categorys and channels for 30 days / 90 days / 1 year to help those people stepping away from gambling. Slot streamers are a big risk for everyone… specialy for young people. Most people think they can do the same and win every day and it is very easy to get to the same status as the streamer cash wise… But most of them will…

  6. In "Bits Acceptable Use Policy / Now the Don’ts that constitute violations of this policy:" we can see that it is included in don*ts "graphic design services". I think this is totally wrong. Why I am thinking that? 1st you (Twitch) loosing a large amount of money because of that and there is nothing wrong with offering designer services in exchange for bits. You like it or not, bits are some kind of currency and streamers using it for all kind of things on their live streams. If you really want to push this "Now the Don’ts that constitute violations…

  7. In the last year I have discovered on your platform an incresead number of streamers that push agendas or political views through their perfomances. Across time I enjoyed watching others playing and learned interesting things from your streamers but the above mentioned practices have been very tiring.
But my main concern is about the impact of these atitudes on the younger(minor) audience which are very vulnerable, easy to manipulate and influenceable .
I would appreciate if you would take into consideration this and a first measure I thought about would be to implement a tagging/flagging of the streamers that have…

  8. I see a lot of streamers doing these "Unban Appeal" stream on their channel as "content". While the streamers and viewers may think this is an entertaining for content, it is often very toxic for the community.

The person got banned for a reason for breaking TOS or either not appropriate for chat, and their chat texts were deleted by moderators. Do we really need to revisit their toxic comments on stream again and display their chat or read it out aloud again? These comments were deleted for a reason right?

Most of the time, this becomes Harassment and Bullying…

  9. Hey so, I have been reporting very high profile streamers for a long time when they actively promote or engage in transphobic, homophobic or fascist ideologies. These DO fall under the twitch community guidelines.

    Violence and Threats
Acts and threats of violence are counterproductive to promoting a safe, inclusive, and friendly community. Violence on Twitch is taken seriously and is considered a zero-tolerance violation, and all accounts associated with such activities on Twitch will be indefinitely suspended.

    Off-Service Conduct
For streamers and their viewers to build vibrant and dynamic communities, everyone must feel secure and protected. We believe that some…

  10. Hasan is abusing his dog in his streams. He is forcing the dog to lay still in view and if they move he’ll use shock collar on them. The dog is shows sings of trauma and lethargy, being afraid to step down from the “designated spot”. It breaks my heart to see a dog, or any animal, to not be able to move around and find activities to keep them entertained.
Animals are not art to show people, they move and roam and express themselves, and not allowing them to leave a spot by telling them not to move is…

  11. This is a request for change in policy regarding Hateful Conduct for played media.

    Description:

When a user plays prepared media (image/audio/video) with the intent of using its violating slurs or hate symbols to express their own hateful sentiment, this currently doesn't violate the TOS. Meaning, instead of expressing bannable, hateful sentiment with their own voice or body, they play a clip/image instead to carry the sentiment. Essentially, using the media as a substitution to prevent getting banned, while still performing the otherwise bannable, hateful conduct.

This might currently already be a bannable offense for the "hard R" exception, but…

  12. There is an epidemic on Twitch whereby creators are using a legitimate GAME CATEGORY to refer to them sleeping. Now, popularized by never ending Sub--a-thons which is another problem for the platform as its meaning as a one-time power support event has been subverted to just copy-catting the meme of its initial intention.

For sleeping, just create a category of its own and DE-MONITZE the **** out of it seeing as this is the LAST thing that advertisers and sponsors want as there is no activity on screen that is going on even though there may be some chat activity…

  13. I see that Lovense is trying to put integrations for their toys available on Twitch. As an adult creator myself, I don't think that their toys have any place for use on Twitch.

Please make a statement about how this is against ToS at the very least.

  15. There's nothing inherently wrong with women (including those who identify as women and female presenting people) with having breasts/nipples.

We all as humans have nipples. Just because someone is a woman, that does not mean she should be required to cover herself while men are allowed to be shirtless without them being shamed for it.

There are women with very little b r e a s t tissue as well as men with enlarged chests (for example gynecomastia or simply being overweight).

If a streamer (regardless of gender) obviously sexualizes themselves on stream (such as groping, sexually moaning, imitating or…

  16. Make better decisions when you ban people and look more into it, you always ban my favorite streamers over the stupidest things. They could say one cuss word and you will ban them. Twitch is supposed to be an entertainment platform for all ages and for us older people we are more entertained by someone close to our age, we can relate better and we can engage better but when your banning streamers we watch over the little things, like their adult humor, we tend to get annoyed with your platform. My idea is to make better decisions when you…

  17. Good afternoon. Short feedback about the unilateral support of moderators

I am an adult, I am 30 years old. I believe that I assess the situation as an adult.

The essence of the problem. Most of the major Ukrainian channels have banned Twitch. Because of planned attacks by Russians with complaints, because they hate everything Ukrainian. And the Twitch platform does nothing about Russians who incite hatred.

In more detail, I will explain as an example.
Go to your favorite broadcast, on Thursday-Friday. After the game Arma 3. A military game, a simulator, and see what the streamers are promoting…

  18. Twitch has become an echo chamber for woke PC nonsense. You’re not allowed to think differently but you’re allowed to be objectively racist daily if you support the right side (hasan). I get that twitch doesn’t want the backlash from the cancel culture mob but grow a pair. Allow freedom of speech and expression on the platform not just for far left people but also far right people.

  19. The game itself should be re-evaluated, as it now contains options to censor blood, nudity, and animations in order to comply with Twitch's community guidelines (covering models, changing blood to cherry blossoms, and completely blurring the screen when animations are triggered). Originally, the game was put on the ban list in 2016 due to it not having these features. But now that the game has been developed more, these censor features exist and were made specifically so they would comply with community standards for video/streaming platforms. In addition, Twitch can make it a requirement that all censor features must be…

  20. I recommend Twitch makes all the big streamers sign a contract that says if they ever get caught using cheating software then they must forfeit and return all profits made from streaming on Twitch. (Many cheaters are making millions on Twitch and it is unfair to the rest of us.)
