1. Too many kids

   I have seen for past week a lot off kids (under age users) who not even reached 13 years keep abusing ASMR category and stream there. Your usual report system isn't working, because i personally was asking streamer "How old is she and she said 11 y old!" is way to wrong because in next moment some weirdo started type like "I love u, *****, shorts, u are beautiful" and lots more. 3. Unacceptable usernames

   I find it completely unacceptable that you are allowing disgusting usernames that disparage other individuals. Please fix this. How can words that are not even swear words be blocked but individuals can make user names or tell other individuals they are less then based on the color of there skin? Please put a filter in place!

4. start enforcing community guidelines and create a healthy community.

   Streamers are constantly streaming sexually explicit content under the guise of exercise, pool activities and cosplay. I was under the impression that Twitch was a platform for entertainers who wanted to create unique communities, not another typical platform for wh**es to exploit underage and easily influenced boys by wearing thongs and stretching. there are platforms for this kind of content, i dont believe twitch needs to succumb to this wave of exploitation like that. On everyone's suggested streams are always 3+ mostly naked women bending over for attention. lets be better than this. Update our guidelines and enforce them. they should be on only fans or instagram where that content is regular and expected.

5. Ban the N word

   During the town hall the coo mentioned that Twitch didn't want to assume identity. The N word hard R is is a slur and should not be allowed to be sent through chat under any circumstances. It is hate speech. N word with the a used on stream amongst Black individuals is in no way the same as saying N hard R in chat.

6. Confederate flag

   I'm from the south and see a good amount of Dixie's still flying. Wouldn't do it myself, but I respect those who do and know they are good people. Believe it or not, the flag is a symbol of regional pride and heritage, and is in NO WAY the racist hate symbol that you and others inside the progressive orthodoxy see it as. Unilaterally painting it as such and ignoring the reality on the ground, what it actually means to the people living here, is just wrong. It's an inspirational symbol to fight for what you believe in, and all of us believe much differently than the Confederates nowadays. True tolerance involves respecting reasonably differing perspectives and not just stamping out those that you disagree with. Please reconsider.

8. Please enforce your community guidelines and TOS.

   There has been an increasing amount of promotion of terrorist acts and general violence and hate towards streamers or ethnic groups.

   I think as humans we're all equal, and thus should be held accountable on equal terms. It feels like twitch has been biased towards specific groups in recent years. And actively promotes bad actors within it's community.

   We need to hold eachother accountable, and even if it's just a slap on the wrist, to avoid promoting such content on your platform will be a great step towards a better community. Please consider taking action against channels promoting hate speech, violence and terrorist acts.

9. Restrictions on Vtubers and women are a sexist, unfair, and gynophobia double standard

   It's sexist. Censorship and policing of v tubers and the like is policing fiction rather than real people and it's just the same misogyny. It's gynophobia. over polygons. Remember, not too long ago twitch had problems of abuse and misconduct with people that worked for them.

   That's the harm. that's the sexism. not v tubers. It's the treatment of the people making content on this site.

   That is what is harmful here.
   And this is not just about women. Notice I said people. I think we'd all be doing a lot better in this industry if we recognized that a company that shamelessly mistreats any single group of people is probably mistreating all their employees in some way, shape, or form.

   THAT is the harm. not chevage on polygons or "revealing clothing".

   Now, does this make sense? That this is all performative? This is all a smokescreen? We see you, Twitch. The fact that these employees are brave enough to actually go and file these complaints while twitch is on the run like this, mad props to them. We all know this is going on. We all know this is happening. That is where sexism is happening. The v-tubers on the screen, the cleavage on the woman, that's not hurting anybody. There are paintings and pictures in the real world that have some cleavage showing. You know, classic art. It's not hurting anybody.

   Twitch thinks it can pacify viewers and investors and advertisers toning down things and faceless women. They think they're doing something progressive. it's not.

   This is the kind of stuff that actually doesn't make things more female-friendly. It actually insults women's intelligence
   Twitch is confusing polygons on a screen as MISTREATMENT OF LIVING BREATHING PEOPLE.

   it's "don't wear that" or "cover up" moralizing in a way that resembles Chinese Oppression and the sentiments of Patriarchy.

   Twitch's censorship of women and their bodies and the like when they themselves had abusers on staff is not a good look. We can have gore and shooting games but some how we shun women's bodies in a very anti-feminist way? Let's get in to how disrespectful it is.

   Correct me if i'm wrong but i hear that "revealing clothing for V tubers is now going to be disallowed. Now if it's just to require a tag, and are equivalent to restrictions on real live people then this help suggestion is null. However. there is a very censorship happy push and a very corporate c-suite bigotry that is and has been harming women for over a decade now. It's no different than the measuring of skirts we had for "decency" when the Christians did it. or "she was asking for it".

   Instead of recognizing that the goal, the idea, the ideal we're supposed to be moving towards is that women—everybody—but in this case, women should be respected regardless of what they're wearing. Even if somebody does something awful, you still respect them as a human being.

   in the push to "stop objectification" you say You do not objectify anybody, which is what you do when you decide, "Oh, why don't we impose vtuber models to cover up?" It's bull.

   And this is why gamers push back against this stuff. It's not because they're all "Unga Bunga, me want *****." That's not what it is. It's that they recognize this stuff is all smoke and mirrors. They recognize that, in a sense, this is objectifying women more. This is treating women as if there's something inherently wrong with being a woman. "Oh, you can make her less sexual, but women are fine." No, you still can't leave a virtual group of polygons alone.

   This is the frustrating part of this stuff, that the players are getting treated like **** because the players are savvy enough to see through this ******** and are willing to talk about it. Willing to be crapped on for it.

    Why is the term '******' accepted at Twitch/Amazon? From what I can see it's completely acceptable for streamers/Twitch chatters to use this term freely.

    Twitch has cracked down on most bigoted language, so I am curious as to why this term has been allowed to be said?

    Please apply a little enforcement on Sexual Content users using incorrect categories such as "Just Chatting" when they should be using "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" for example.

    This has been going on for years, yet for some reason Twitch cant seem to block these phrases from being used to harass VETERANS who are just enjoying their time on twitch. They literally block words like GTFO which is a game on steam and many other phrases that can be used to target other people, races and genders yet something like this gets through? What if a person killed them self because of this harassment? Would twitch do something then or would they be held liable along with the person that's harassing the veteran? 14. Twitch Guidlines being used to censor anti-war people and support Russian invasion?

    I was watching a stream of a Georgian streamer describing how members of his family had been killed by Russian Soliders during the Russian Georgian invasion 14 years ago. He was also talking about how he didn't like Russian people who supported the War in Ukraine. He was clearly upset by the murder of his family and a pro Russian person in chat reported him. He was then suspended for a breach of ToS. Is this really how twitch want to take sides and silence people who condemn war crimes? Disgusting that twitch want to censor people who are suffering and support the invasion of Ukraine like that.

15. Uncensor/un-moderate "preemie"

    The term "preemie" is flagged by Twitch's auto-mod in chat and other fields (stream title, live notification, etc.). "Preemie" refers to a premature infant. It came to my attention that this word is flagged on Twitch because I've been fundraising for the organization Preemies of the Carolinas, first as part of the Together for Good event. Being flagged is a challenge when I'm trying to communicate to my community and others what effort we're trying to support.

In addition, broadcasters can express an absolutely inhuman position about individuals, communities, nations, but the administration is concerned about what kind of swear words the presenter uses. The administration once blocked a channel advertising a website selling narcotics, but did so after a demand from the Russian authorities, meanwhile, the absoluteness of this same Russian government, recognized as terrorist in the USA, the normalization of violence, hatred and hopelessness, and even with the function "let's have a drink" (a shot of vodka drunk for a donation, without exaggeration), are freely propagated on Russian-language channels, and channels are blocked (for far-fetched reasons) covering news in this country, conducting educational activities to prevent violence, building protection for people in need of psychological support in this difficult time. It is necessary to review the rules for the Russian-language segment of Twitch, change the leadership, hold an amnesty and give people the opportunity to appeal decisions publicly. This judgment has been inherent in almost every person in Eastern Europe and Asia for a long time.

    Your treatment of Vtubers compared to physical women streamers is apparent. You have an issue with favoritism and double standards. Either start applying the rules equally across the board, or prepare for a storm of legal issues. So many women are being overtly sexual on twitch, yet they are not banned.
