Server deletion button a mass deletion button that unlike the current one actually deletes on the server side. so that Twitch no longer has a copy of dmca possible to strike clips. henceforth preventing the problem from occurring ever gain so long as copy right free music is used.

Allow for known accepted licenses to be publicly available I know that there are labels in talks to make their catalogues available on twitch. For example I had reached out to Cold Busted Records, and they informed me they were working on a deal with twitch. Please make these things public, by artist, by song, by label. That way we can knowingly choose who to play.

Permanent fix for music that's used more than once If I listen to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture on my stream, it will be flagged as a copyright violation due to there being some copyrighted performances of it. (And yes, there are plenty of non-copyrighted performances available on the internet, which are 100% legal to use in this way.) Appealing that the copyrighted work does not appear in my video is a very slow process, leaving my VOD muted for most of its lifetime. Videos of live performances of classical music should not be muted. No one owns classical music. Classical music performed from sheet music should not be muted. Just because someone has recorded and published a performance should not give them a right to block someone else's performance of the same classical piece. The process for disputing the muting of performances needs more options and attention.

mute vods and clips by default to protect your content creators from the dmca vultures, you should make all vods and clips muted by default pending review and the channel creator could manually un-mute after they have reviewed the content for any potential dmca audio.

Improving upon the Twitch Audio Algorithm I believe that the Twitch Audio Algorithm meant to catch and mute copyrighted material should be improved upon.
Many streamers have had parts of a VOD muted due to a copyrighted song, even though that song is a part of the game, and is in-game audio. The streamer likely paid for the game, so they aren't streaming the game with that song in it for free.

Listen to Music with Viewers (Prime Viewers only) Similar to the Watch Party. This way Streamers could share music with some of the viewers (prime members) without this whole DMCA problem because only viewers who have access to the songs anyway can listen to them.
The only issue would be how you would handle that the streamer hears the music too, without making it audible for nonprime members. But this way people would still have to pay somewhere to listen to the music to give the artists credit and at the same time it would improve the quality of streams. One thing I would like more information about is how to avoid copyright issues with playing music on my channel while streaming. I know some streamers do this already and I would like to know their workarounds (especially since listening to certain kinds of music is a big part of my life and personality).

Filter out obvious erroneous song detections A simple check will allow many erroneous DMCA "muted audio" events from ever happening. This simple check:
- Are there multiple detected songs?
- Are they ALL at exactly 3:00?
If so then they CANNOT be legitimate detections - after all how can you have multiple songs at the same time, and always, without fail, occuring at precisely 3:00?
