how can I get a copyright strike if I'm using Twitch Soundtrack?

on 20201020 today I used Twitch soundtrack and got a copyright strike , how can that be?

    I had the same issue.
    11/17/2022 I played music from the twitch approved spotify playlist and got 2 of the songs DMCA'd.
    Why would twitch provide an official playlist on spotify only to copyright mute it?

    Same happened to me today, i used soundtrack by twitch on my stream and got a copyright strike. what is the sense and objective use soundtrack by twitch if we continue receiving copyright strike !?

    This isn't a bug or something.
    Twitch Soundtrack provides songs for live streams, but it doesn't let us know if that song playing right now can make copyright claims. Also, some of Soundtracks in Twitch Soundtrack is already claimed for using in Stream Videos or Clips, so I can tell you that using Twitch Soundtrack is not perfectly secure from copyright strike, and it is recommended to remove or not save Stream Videos and Clips of that moment.
