1. Sponsorship portal - make TOS public, license content back to creators, end agreement

Please add the "Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service" to the Twitch Legal page so that it is publicly and readily accessible. Currently you can only get to it through the Monetization area of the dashboard. https://legal.twitch.com/legal it should be here also.

Please add the ability to Withdraw from the Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service agreement.

Please add a general FAQ about the Sponsorship Portal to the Twitch Help website.

Please modify the terms of the agreement in Section 7 "7. General Rules for All Campaigns" to provide creators with rights to use their content themselves. This is in everyones interest, as currently the terms prevent streamers from promoting the sponsored stream after the fact on any platforms; saving VODs or clips; or using any content such as music, art of any kind, funny chat moments, dialogue, or any component of the stream.
The terms should be closer to StreamElements sponsorship TOS. Heres both terms Ownership clauses:

   TWITCHS TERMS
(as of April 3 2025 Available in the Monetization section of the dashboard, then click Sponsorships, then scroll to the bottom and click Sponsorship Portal Terms of Service)
(ix) Channel Owner’s services for the Campaign and Advertising Content created for the Campaign are a work-for-hire specially ordered and commissioned by Twitch, and Twitch owns and controls all right, title, and interest in and to the results and proceeds of such Services and Advertising Content in all media, throughout the world, in perpetuity. The Campaign Fee paid to Channel Owner is the complete consideration due to Channel Owner arising from a Campaign for the applicable services and resulting work for hire. Channel Owner hereby waives any moral rights and waives all claims in connection with their participation in any Campaign, and holds Twitch harmless, for any residuals, reuse, public performance, union, guild, equitable remuneration, or other fees arising from Channel Owner’s services for the Campaign and Advertising Content pursuant to these Portal Terms and/or any Campaign Offer.

   STREAMELEMENTS TERMS
(As of April 3 2025, available on their website https://storage.googleapis.com/cdn.streamelements.com/sponsorships/SE_Sponsorships_Terms_2024-02.pdf )
   4. Ownership.
Unless otherwise stated in the Sponsorship, Creator owns all right, title, and interest in and to any Deliverables and the results and proceeds of Creator’s services in connection with any Sponsorship, except any Advertiser Marks incorporated therein. “Advertiser Marks” means all trade names, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property including, without limitation, Advertiser logos, identifying features, items, slogans, and any and all other intellectual property related to Advertiser and its products and/or services. Advertiser shall retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Advertiser Marks, and the use of the Advertiser Marks by Creator shall inure to the benefit of Advertiser. Advertiser grants Creator the limited and revocable right and license to you to use the Advertiser Marks provided and/or approved by Advertiser solely for use in the Deliverables as set forth herein. All rights in and to the Advertiser Marks are reserved by Advertiser.

Please adjust the terms to be in line with what streamers would expect - which is that they can promote their streams and use their own generated content for whatever purpose they would see fit, even if its a sponsored stream. If there are restrictions, instead please state those, rather than simply having Twitch claim entire and irrevocable and exclusive ownership, and thereby and preventing use of the content by the streamer. Thanks.

5. Remove the vod automatic vod mute for exports

Twitch vods that are downloaded do not have the muted sections whereas vods that are exported retain them? Why is this? I would preferably like this changed to letting the exported website handle the copyrighted content rather than going through two layers of copyright detection. Thank you

8. Channel Points options not available

On my creator dashboard, if I click Viewer Rewards and the dropdown option of Power-ups & Channel Points, I have nothing I can click on aside from the other menu options. The page itself is blank. I cannot set up channel points without accessing this page, and it is inaccessible. This is literally the only reason I wanted affiliate and your website won't let me have it!!!!!

11. "Fix the Statistics"

My stats for achievements say I have 0 followers out of 50. I have 85 followers, and they did not start following me just this year. I have had over 80 for over a year and a half.

Fix your statistics. Being ripped off regarding viewers is already frustrating enough for small channels. To be blocked due to your faulty statistics should NEVER happen. Help small streamers get affiliated, so that we can bring in more viewers. We could give people fun stuff to do!! Attract more viewers.

But first, you need to fix obviously bogus statistics.

13. Don't show the "Want early access to 2k streaming" screen to people who've alredy applied

Don't show the "Want early access to 2k streaming" application to people who already applied. It makes them wonder if the application was even received. Also give people some visibility into the 'waitlist' process as you don't even get a notification that your waitlist application was received.

14. [Feature] Alerts

We have added in the ability to configure and manage Alerts directly within your Creator Dashboard here on Twitch. You can use them in tandem with the alerts you love and already have set up with your third-party broadcasting software; however, we've expanded our system to offer not just classic alerts like subs, follows and cheering, but also Alerts for hype trains, raids, goals, and charity. On top of this, we've added brand new features like Interactive Resubs, which can be tailored to provide different visual and audio options for users to pick when sharing their resub anniversary message. We've also launched Celebrations which can be added to any alert to trigger a channel page-wide explosion of your emotes to mark any special occasion. For much more information, please check out our detailed blog post here: https://blog.twitch.tv/2023/05/17/celebrate-your-community-your-way-with-twitch-s-new-alerts/.

Our goal is to give you the tools to express yourself. Alerts are a sandbox for you to show off what you and your community are about; and this is only the beginning, so please let us know any feedback you have on how we can improve Twitch's Alerts for you in the future. Thank you!

    Relevant Update  ·  Ana responded

    Hi again all,

We have another update regarding Twitch’s Alerts. Now, you can set up integrations with Streamlabs, Throne, Crowd Control, and StreamElements, to bring select third-party events they provide to your Activity Feed to help you recognize all the additional ways your community supports you (such as through tipping, merch purchases, etc.).

Help highlight your community’s contributions and celebrate them all in one place, with your own flair by tapping into the customization options for your Alerts in the Creator Dashboard.

This is just the beginning! We'd love to hear what other third party streaming tools you'd like deeper Twitch integrations with, please share them with us via link.twitch.tv/UVAlerts or http://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/924712/suggestions/47507177.

15. Can't view past broadcasts after "storage limit" roll out

Under Content> Video Producer> I can no longer see my Past Broadcasts. it only displays "An error occurred loading the list of videos." and if i switch it to any other filter it gets stuck there and i have to close the tab to re-open for it to change but i still get the error every time!!

I need to be able to access my past broadcasts! this started after the "storage limit" thing you guys rolled out.

17. alerts on consoles

hello, I am somebody new to streaming on twitch and it would help a ton if setting up alerts was easier on consoles such as xbox as I currently have no idea how to put the alerts I have created on my stream without a third party software that probably requires a subscription. it would be awesome if twitch on xbox was updated so that I can have direct access to the alerts on xbox or at least let me put the Url thing in the xbox menus.
