1. Limitation for Just Chatting if Affiliate or Partner

   The Just Chatting category must be limited to 2 hours per week per streamer as the name means everything and nothing at the same time.

   A better definition of the streaming content would leave more space for small streamers and at the same time better distribute the whole community across multiple categories.

   An Affiliate or Partner streamer must be able to define the quality of their content and consequently their categorization.

   Also, giving people plenty of room to express themselves (sometimes badly) on certain topics can lead to a lot of misinformation that can very well be dangerous.
   My idea, however, is aimed at a wider distribution of content and community to increase the possibilities, for small streamers, to be discovered which is not easy at the moment due to the attraction in the Just Chatting category (saturated).

   If you don't have content who forces you to stream? :P

2. Co-Stream/ View stream

   One person streams with camera and gameplay. Second person can piggy back and bring the first person stream pane into their stream box. Might be useful if second streamer is taking a break and wants to feature another streaming individual as a feature and help boost other individuals. It would be like a watch party but for a streamer instead.

3. Instagram Integration for Partner Applications

   Add in being able to link your Instagram and other social medias besides just Twitter and Youtube when applying for partner. Would make it so Twitch can see where certain people's audiences are coming from besides just those two platforms.

4. Make a living streaming and have benefits such as health, life and vacation.

   I think that one of the biggest fears among streamers, full time and other wise is taking time off... fear of losing all that they worked so hard to get. Some type of assurances to maintain same level... if reasonable time off is taken. Earning enough money to cover the bills even if in a high cost area such as California. Also some vacation time, sick time, and such even as an affiliate. Compound that with some type of discount on health plan (s), life insurance and so on... I think that it can reasonably be done. So, please, consider it and make it happen.

5. Twitch Music Label

   Music is integral to the social-experience. It creates an ambience for an intimate setting, helps the tone of the stream take form to more consistently help people fit in with a streamers' chat, and helps promote artsists.

   With that in mind, and MANY channels dedicated to music on your platform, you could, realistically, call upon creators to send in submissions for music they created with legally purchased licenses. Since established labels won't let music be enjoyed, make your own.

   Other places with such content creation are Bandcamp and Soundcloud, both of which would fall head-over-heels if they could partner with yall to help make things both smoother and easier as you attempt to begin this. You've a lot of people fiending for music in a time that is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE for artists due to Covid. This would be great public relations, improve the community, and you'll probably create stars by boosting them through such a service.

   Being a streaming platform, you could also work in live-streams of concerts/accustic-sets/etc. You could even setup lists of artists for hire - people willing to make a tune for a channel, intro to videos they upload elsewhere, etc. Make the expansion to your brand, request applicants, setup terms of submissions (clean-lyrics, lack of vulgarity, etc - it's up to you to say what will be acceptable or not).

   But with tens of thousands of potential applicants (honestly a couple hundred-thousand if marketed well), how the **** will you sift through them, right? You could attempt to program a bot - but, that's too much work for something that will probably result in failure. You could, and should, be hiring people for this based on categories. You could even have users go in and vote, and so long as they didn't obviously troll-pick, it should be fine and make things easier for people to sift through. You could show how many times a song has been tried, and not show the approval rating. Builds suspense, and doesn't contribute to the choice one may make when you also advertise "There are lots of tunes to listen to. You gunna listen to them all? See that low-count? Might've found a gem" or something like that example.

7. auto redistribution of huge streamer`s iddle afk viewers on streams end among micro streamers

   We all use autohost, raiding and manual hosting sometimes. Its labor intensive & tireing though. One has to devote time to find a stream to drop viewers into. On top of inconvinience of that process... there is corruption going on in certain communities. People are retaining viewers by hosting their group of friends only, so these viewers are never exposed to anything new.

   My idea is to automate the process of raiding, to disperse thousends of viewers watching huge streamer, by sending them to zero-viewer channels from same game cathegory.. or to the ones having simmilar cathegories history. By doing this, afk viewers have chance to explore, discover, get positively surprised plus get heard and network for the first time, because huge streamers dont read chat. When streamers like Lirik go offline, his audience is left off with silent device theyve been viewing the stream on. Why not, for the first time in streaming platforms history, providing smart solution for the discoverability problem. You cannot lump majority of streamers into featured streams section, and hope viewers will check that on their own. You cannot hope viewers will waste time painstakingly scrolling down the enormous list of streams in diffrent cathegories having heavy thumbnails to load, slow server response time loading small chunks of few thumbnails at a time, so the list loading process with up to 10 second loading delays beween these chunks takes in fact forever.. eventually making viewers give up on search. Almost nobody scrolls down the full list of streams currently avilable in a game cathegory, instead people hold dear to their small list of subbed streams and watch them only. Dont get me wrong, viewers would have a choice to opt out from the feature in their account settings, in case some of them would prefer dead silence instead of fluid entertainment delivery like that. Credit me, once you finnaly develop and impement this system ;)

The algorithm could be designet similarly to what youve done with AI emote based tagging of clips "Using chat emotes as signals for content themes" on Oct 5 2017 - By Ariel Sagalovsky... to establish what was the longest active or most exciting game cathegory of finnishing streamer that day, to better determin where to send people next.

10. Improve Squad Stream

    Allow viewers to minimize chat on squad stream. Its quite annoying on smaller screens like mobile or not full-screen desktop, because the chat takes up way too much space. I would like the ability to minimize the chat when watching in squad stream, there are instances when it can take up more space for the chat than the other streams combined.

    Allow hosting to work properly. When a squad streamer hosts someone it just makes it seem like their stream ended, either allow their host command to take all squad stream viewers that are viewing them, or take all squad stream viewers that are viewing that stream to another person in the squad stream.

11. Allow up to 6 streamers in a Squad Stream

    Several games have more than 4 member teams. Overwatch and League of Legends are examples.

    With OW having 6 member teams and LoL having 5 member teams (depending on game mode), streamers are still having to use a third party sites to allow all players perspectives to be seen.

    If there were up to 6 streamers allowed in a Squad Stream, then they wouldn't have to use the third party sites that are not 100% reliable.

12. Add a feature which scatters viewers to small groups for raiding random streamers.

    I think this kind of feature would be really interesting and exciting for viewers and streamers. Streamers could press a button to split their viewers to groups of for example 100 people and raid random channels in chosen category or all over twitch. With big streamers getting tens of thousands of viewers, this would mean a lot of small streams would get exposure from this feature. I have noticed chat gets really excited when raids happen, in both the raided and raider channel. This kind of random twist would make it even more exciting and fun!

13. Add additional options to 'Starring' and 'Streaming' sections

    For 'Starring' - if the issue is verification, maybe have the other parties confirm before they are published as part of the event, and additionally allow them to control being able to remove themselves from a particular event if situations change. And an option, similar to who can whisper you, could be an option of who can send you a request to be added to an event (in case it gets spammed).

    For 'Streaming' - purely because some events include multiple games (ie. 24 hour stream, etc.), but you are only able to select one. Additionally, the option to reorder the games you select would be helpful (to align with the order you intend to play on stream).

14. Promote your contests

    When you do contests, make sure to promote them often in your own public communication channels.

    Example is the ongoing twitch animation contest. The only public mention of it from Twitch has been a single blog post when it started. Most participants only heard of it via word of mouth. The purpose of contests like this is presumably to get attention to the creative section on twitch and attract more broadcasters and viewers. Then you should mention it on your blog and twitter accounts, make some press announcements, and regularly feature online streams of the participants as they're working on their entries. None of these measures would cost you anything.

    Contests like these are good, and highly appreciated by artists. If the Twitch animation contest had been promoted more broadly it would have had many times the amount of participants and viewership it gathered, and twitch would have gotten far more value for their money.

15. Improved Features for Team Pages

    Twitch Teams are a important part of the Twitch community, and yet we rarely see the team being utilized other than when a streamer broadcasts for that team. The ideas I have to improve the Team experience will not only improve the Team page, but also allow for better promotion, increase networking within Twitch, and give viewers a better experience on a team page.

    • Give the default team page it's own 'stream', not for live content but for VoD content.
    - This feature will allow the team lead(s) to showcase different members of the team 24/7
    - If this feature were to become available, perhaps another VoD feature would come from this: option to transfer VoD from personal page to team page. This would allow for a better partnership between streamer and team on which VoD they would like to share on the team page, and which ones they would like to keep on their individual page.

    • Allow team leaders to select which streamers to prioritize as being shown live on team page when their broadcast is on.
    - This will give each team their own 'Spotlight' ability, very similar to what is seen on the twitch.tv home page.

    • Give viewers the ability to change streams viewed on the team page.
    - This is a feature which is on the twitch.tv home page. Click a 'spotlighted' stream thumbnail, it is shown on the home page. Click in the description to join the discussion on the broadcaster's page.
    - This gives viewers a way to quickly view and browse different team members if they are live.

    • Put a team chat box on the page!!!
    - There is no greater challenge than bringing separate communities together, especially when it comes to Twitch chat. This feature would allow ALL community members from each team broadcaster to congregate in a single chat.
    - Chat feature could only be enabled when the team VoD playlist is on, as not to take away from the invividual broadcaster's chat.

    • Team Only Chat/Messaging
    - This would be a feature specifically for those involved with the team. Allows for better communication within Twitch, rather than relying on outside factors. If every broadcaster has one thing in common, it's that they're logging onto Twitch. Not everyone will check email/Skype/etc. everyday.

    These are just some of the features I believe will improve not just the Team page but the Team community as well, and more importantly the Team itself.

16. Add Writing and Reading to Stream-O-Ween Categories

    So Stream-O-Ween is cool, but feels a little limited. For instance my chat wanted me to read some scary stories this month but Writing & Reading isn't included in Stream-O-Ween so I can't be in the category for what I'm doing, while also in Stream-O-Ween

17. Rotate channels periodically

    Based on who is following the rules correctly and sticking to their schedules also following moderation with their moderators and continuously put in at good streams I feel that person's channel should be rotated towards the upper echelon of people so they can be noticed as well instead of just the viewer count

    グーグルの拡張でサブスク限定ライブ配信を閲覧できるようです。これは不正行為だと思うので早急に対処すべきだと思います。そもそも閲覧できることがおかしいのでセキュリティ強化で閲覧できないようにしてほしいです

    According to Twitch support, this is how to submit a ticket for a bug report.

    My channel has been raided offline multiple times over the last few weeks. This shouldn't be happening and needs to be fixed.
