[Test] Making Cheering Easier For a limited time, within a select number of channels, we’re testing a different way to Cheer through direct purchase Cheering.
Direct purchase Cheering allows you to unlock a fun community benefit through monetary payment, rather than through Bits. This experiment is only available to select creators and you must be located in the U.S. to participate. If you have any further questions please refer to our help article (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/cheering-experiment-2022?language=en_US)
We look forward to hearing your feedback on this!4 votes -
Do not discontinue the PC app As an exclusive user of the PC app, I am disappointed of hearing of plans to discontinue the application on PC. If that is to pass, I will consider stopping using Twitch entirely.

Provide transparent and clear communication about changes to function and features of Twitch. Twitch has asked us to hold them accountable and we have been met with a wall of silence accompanied by shadow changes like the ones made to auto-hosts.
Twitch must communicate to creators with transparency about the plans and the data that leads to them. Without streamers there is no Twitch. We deserve to be able to ask questions and voice concerns about potential changes to the platform that we make possible.
These are the changes we would like to see:
Allow for comment periods in advance of finalizing rollouts of changes to existing features.
Provide open access to data…

[Test] Partner / Affiliate Anniversary At Twitch we always want to celebrate streaming milestones. To do that, we're experimenting with a feature that highlights a creator's Partner or Affiliate Anniversary!
To let you know when your anniversary is coming, we'll be sending creators notifications a few days beforehand. To help your audience know it’s your anniversary, we’ll be adding a party hat icon next to your name in the left sidebar to let your followers know about your special day. When viewers enter your channel during your anniversary, they’ll see the same party hat icon next to your name under the video player, as well…

Artist Badge & Emote Attribution To better support artists and accredit their talents among the Twitch community, we’ve released two new features: Emote Attribution and the Artist Badge. Emote Attribution lets you credit the artists responsible for creating your emotes so they can feel the love wherever their emotes appear across Twitch. The Artist Badge lets you celebrate those who contributed artwork to your community with a special new chat badge.
You can get all the details on our Help page here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/artist-badge-attribution
We’re excited to share both of these features with the community, but they’re just the first steps to better connect creators and…

Email to support streamers - Email de apoio aos streamers There should be a direct email to support streamers with specific queries. I was looking for an answer regarding a specific topic and I didn't find it and I couldn't send mail anywhere specific! I sent an email on another topic asking for help in this regard and the answer was basically: "if you can't find the answer, don't do it" I don't think it's an answer that anyone can give...
I hope you take this into account. Thanks!Deveria haver um email directo para apoio em duvidas especificas aos streamers. Estive a procura de uma resposta em relação a…

Moderators getting the streamer's attention There are times when I need to get my streamer's attention as a moderator but it's difficult to do when they're not looking at the chat. It would be great if mods could give some kind of sound notification, like a small "ding" or something the streamer chooses, so the streamer knows their attention is needed when they're able to look at chat.

Count Average Views by Stream instead of by Day Currently if someone starts a stream late at night and goes past midnight it will show on the dashboard as two separate streams and brings down the average monthly viewers. For an overnight streamer that starts at 11:00pm the dashboard counts 11:00pm-12:00am as one day and the rest of the stream as a separate day. Ao for the "first day" of the stream week the statistics show only the average viewers for one hour of the stream. A lot of viewers show up to a stream a bit later and the average number of views for the stream is higher…

Twitch Monsters / Pets Not exactly sure on how to implement it, but the general idea is... Creators can randomly find Twitch Monsters while streaming and they show up revealing to everyone. Likewise, watching streamers gives a chance for viewers to get them.
Then viewers can battle during streams if the creator has it enabled and the battle shows up at the bottom of the screen. Whoever wins gets levels and the loser too. The creator can also be challenged or challenge others if they have that setting enabled.
These are untradable to prevent bots wanting to get involved. Creators can also disable this…

Allow streamers to limit their number of viewers. Perhaps a VIP stream that only allows the first 100 viewers (or whatever number streamer p Allow Creators to limit their number of viewers. Perhaps a VIP stream that only allows the first 100 viewers (or whatever number Creator prefers) access to the stream. Additionally there could be a "reserve spot now" or "RSVP" option for a set $ amount that could be split between twitch and Creator (in Affiliate case) and Partners would claim the full amount. People do not like to be denied access to anything it seems - so I think this would be a great way to promote channels and increase viewership. FOMO is real. Thank you for considering a great way…

Multi Channel audio mixer It would be great if streamers could be able to stream multi channel audio, and viewers could have a mixer option so we could adjust levels for ourselves or turn off audio channels in full such as game sound, music, or so forth.

not allow unregulated casino content not allow unregulated casino content. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQoMSeoWbbk . this is a problem twitch is directly contributing to and likely aware of since they've been removing affiliate links to these unregulated casinos. There is a large group of influencers using twitch to stream unregulated casinos, encouraging many including those prone to gambling addiction to join them producing billions in annual income on the back of addiction.

Nothing really that’ll bring money to twitch but , is it possible to make VIP members have there own alert sound when they enter the chat ? We should be able to give them their own alert sound and picture when they enter the chat, like how when someone subs or donate etc

Allowing test streams where it doesn't affect the viewer average. It would be great to have an option when creators can run a test stream and it doesn't affect their viewership. It would allow them to go live to run test but won't notify or let it have a TEST designation where it doesn't affect the average viewership which in turn affect a creator's path to partner. Thank you.

Twitch needs to work with Spotify Twitch should work with spotify or youtube to play music on streams where they get a little profit or something. It really shouldn't be this difficult to have music on streams.

New viewer count algorithms are questionable and only allow two simultaneous streams I have recently tested your new viewer count algorithms and have found results that point to two simultaneous streams are allowed only... not a 'handful'(?) as you stated on twitter?
I believe this will make things impossible for the smaller streamers and hurt Twitch a little bit too in the long run.The smaller streamers are basically the collateral damage in this as most streamers on twitch have a slow moving all important chat until they get into the 100s of viewers. Most of the viewers that do stay behind will usually have multiple streams open as their main, whilst…

Add a "Reason for Unfollowing" option Basically, this idea would be for if a person were to unfollow a channel, a prompt would show up asking them to give a reason as to why they're unfollowing. For example, a streamer's content has been "getting old or repetitive" could be a reason, or they are "not interacting with their chat" as much, or any other reason like that. A streamer could enable or disable this feature depending on whether or not they want feedback from the people who unfollow them. The Twitch users who do unfollow can also choose to not answer why they are unfollowing, and…
