  1. Limit Viewer on Channel (Germany)

    In Germany we need a broadcast license (Rundfunklizenz).
    If you don't have it, you may have to pay a fine of up to 500,000 euros.

    This license is not required if you cannot technically reach more than 500 viewer.

    My wish would be to limit my stream to 499 viewers. Only in this way can new streams have a chance.

    Future Twitch Project?

    Strategic Games Interface Watch - "SGIW"

    'Caster can via hand control controller? or maybe mouse of course but it could be a bit to sensitive.

    'Viewers Watch through Oculus Rift S V R set -ish ?

    Okay if you guys have the funds to invest, could you further invest in partnership with:
    Blizzard's "SC2
    and Riot Games new "TFT"
    or maybe... the AOE games ?
    It would further increase your capital if you find the means to make your own controller with direct connection to twitch partners.

    I don't know if you already are planning this, but…

  4. No affiliate for those who stream private servers

    Twitch needs to investigate the games that their affiliate requests are playing before handing out Affiliates. There are people who stream private servers who are getting affiliate status when they are in fact breaking Twitch rules!

    It is written in Twitch's community guidelines that "Unauthorized Content Sharing & Other Copyright Violations
