Custom message on top of the stream A small button overlapping the stream area that when clicked shows a box with a custom message set up by the streamer or mods.
This message could be used to set reminders, news, upcoming changes, disclaimers and anything really.
Why: A problem that I see a lot is streamers warning viewers about a change, but only a small portion of the audience catch the message. For example, that the stream is going to start sooner than usual in the next day.

Add Black- and White-lists for hyperlink blocking A lot of chatbots have the ability to have partial hyperlink blocking in chat - either allow all links except certain blacklisted sites, or allow no links except certain whitelisted sites. Would be great to have this feature native to Twitch.
Examples:
A streamer could allow links to be posted, but have unwanted sites blocked.

A follower anniversary Much like resubbing to a channel, I would think a follower versary would be a cool to see every year with the ability to write a message in there. (example: Username has been following for 12 months. Hype. Share your message.) It dont have to be over the top kind of thing.

I talked to some streamers and most think that a low number of viewers discourages people from joining the channel because people like lively and lively chats. I myself only access channels with many people. So I think whether or not to show the number of viewers should be an option for the streamer.

unified way to link collab partners This is a really simple idea, but I found myself looking for a feature like this multiple times now. The idea is to give streamers an option to link their collab streamer collogues twitch profiles, so the viewers have it easier to find their accounts. Support Moderators Moderators seem like the unsung heroes of Twitch. Especially for daily IRL streamers, they put in hours upon hours of work sifting through message after message and making sure harmful content does not seep through the cracks. They filter out any flame wars and make sure that the members in chat have an enjoyable experience. Yet very few moderators make compensation for their efforts. Deliveroo Seeing as you are owned by Amazon, who also own a majority stake in Deliveroo, how about a feature where a streamer can make a food order and chat can pay for it via a goal so one or more people can chip in? Then as soon as the goal is reached the order is placed. A creators Deliveroo account could be linked to keep privacy so users would never see any personal details

Toggle Camera off for viewer or at least block it out As some people dont want to see someones face while they watch the stream etc. as it changes the energy of the experience. Some people just watch for the gameplay. Need a way to toggle it on and off. If a obs feature isnt possible, we at least need a way to be able to block part of the stream while we are in fullscreen, up to 8 blocks that can be edited or something, while in edit mode, you can free transform them. Setting Streaming Quality Request a feature of setting streaming quality. There is no way to save default streaming quality. I always change streaming quality Auto to Origin on PC.

deaf I use subtitles while broadcasting, this way I can communicate with deaf friends, I think a plug-in should be added for broadcasters who use these programs in my filter section and add a plug-in in twitch.

Affiliate alternative - channel upgrade monthly service I would like to propose that there be an alternative to affiliate we could subscribe to as a content maker. I draw on what turbo and prime's features are, while wishing for features like channel points, reruns, longer expiration queue, and the option to not show ads or show them less - I think this would be worth a monthly Service to sub to when your channel is education or open source making focused.
