Ads We are experiencing a situation where you are placing too many and long advertisements, which is causing us to no longer enjoy the broadcasts of the channels we watch. We kindly request and urge you to promptly address this issue. Thank you.

Ad volume consistently resets between ads Everytime a series of ads run on twitch, the volume resets after every ad to an absurdily high volume. If I set the volume down to 0 or 1%, with the original stream volume being at say 50%, the volume of the ad resets to 50% every ad.

poster ad panel The ability to advertise other streamers via images/posters. These posters, when clicked on will redirect to streamers channel (url). I have drawn up blue prints of this idea (google drive url)

More than 30s x 2 ads are losing customers! I think the twitch company has already made enough money on stolen credit cards and "bit theft". More than 2 ads for more than 30 seconds in a row that you force us to buy the "Turbo" membership are making you lose customers! Streamers are looking for a new platform to escape to like youtube and viewers complain about the same problem...
I don't know who is doing your company analysis, but if it continues like this, you will definitely experience a rapid collapse. To avoid losing customers:
reduce the number of ads,
Shorten the advertising time.

No WHITE & BRIGHT ads WHITE & BRIGHT Ads should not be allowed on a gaming platform. Amazon just supplemented an ad with a BRIGHT WHITE border that said something like "Buy this product on Amazon." Try viewing that experience at 2 AM when it's completely dark, Imagine, you're vibin on Pokimane pro'g noobs on League, sweet, sweet darkness all around you, bowl of cheetos in your lab, bowl of ice cream in front of you...and...BAM..."BuY ThIs Pr0ducT on AmAzOnNNzzz" The light from the bright white strip could wake up the dog in the house across the street. You're now blind. Your only comfort? Knowing…

Try adding streamer content. Am I watching streamers or ads? Because every time I come to a streamer page, it seems like it's an ad, not a stream. I am confused. Maybe if you re a streamer site, play streamers FIRST rather than ads in my face. Bye now.

Chrome ads: horribly annoying! Normally, I don't mind ads. I know ads are the way Twitch makes money, as well as Twitch's content producers. But, the ads for Chrome are so annoying that every time one comes on, I immediately close it, and, there are WAY TOO MANY of them that play. (Most of the time, two Chrome ads play in a row!)
The stupid ones where a person is pressing thumbs in your face (making it look like the person is on their cell, the one with the stupid fake dog, and that annoying one where everyone says, "uhhh....." I hate them all!

A detailed and comprehensive list of ways to improve user ad experience. Hello.
For years now I've noticed many complaining about the user experience on Twitch concerning advertisements. I myself have also felt burdened by the frequent and interrupting ads on Twitch, which have pushed me away from the platform, so I painstakingly compiled a list of data and ideas to help improve the twitch experience.
I offer this data and feedback free of charge in hopes that Twitch will do the right thing and help rectify the seemingly declining viewership on the platform.
For this, please refer to...

Picture by picture video feed quality Currently if you have a stream open at let's say 360p and the streamer runs mid-roll ads or if you get hit by a pre-roll ad, the picture by picture video player quality isn't the same as the one that was set in the original player, the new player will default to auto which shouldn't be happening and it should default to the original quality option.

Fix Instead of Cramming ads down viewers throats at an unreasonable amount.
Fix the ads, so when the platform attempts to roll an ad, it doesn't freeze the page, cause buffering, and ultimately the user has to refresh the page. Only to find that the platform was attempting to roll an ad, but couldn't even manage to do that correctly.
solutions:
hire competent programmers?
quit trying to milk every $0.02 possible at every 5 minutes of a stream, rendering creators content, time and effort to deliver said content to users virturally unwatchable.1 vote -
Free Prime Loot pop up advertising rewards that are not avalible I have recently gotten "Free Loot" pop-up ad on streams that advertise prime ingame rewards for Apex Legends. Going to the prime gaming page i will not see that there are any available for the game and understand that this has been absent for a while so don't understand why i would get a ad for this now. Unless there are plans down the line. I would consider this false/misleading advertising. Since it promotes a prime reward that does not exist.

Towards Improving the Streaming Experience I am a user who uses Twitch to watch streams. Recently, I have been feeling that there are too many ads that are played at the beginning of a stream and that it is negatively impacting my viewing experience. I am also dissatisfied with the frequency and length of continuous ads that can ruin my stream viewing experience. While I understand that ads are a part of Twitch's business model, I believe it is important to avoid disrupting the viewing experience. To improve the stream viewing experience, I hope Twitch can eliminate ads played at the beginning of streams and…

Add option to rate adverts for better ad recommendations. Advert for psycho-sexologist Audible book has become nothing but obnoxious to see/hear after it has frequently been played on every stream.
An option to rate adverts via mobile app would be ideal for better recommendations specific to genres chosen by every user; instead of the same adverts pushed by servers that are only based on country/region and often played too frequently and/or inappropriate for all viewers etc.
Better adverts will appease more users, if adverts are needed to be watched.

Banner Ads are preventing twitch overlay from functioning. The banner ads are preventing interactions with Twitch Overlays. For example, while watching a Cult of the Lamb stream, various overlay interactions came up, but while banner ads were present, I was unable to click the votes or other interactive elements that appeared. Please fix this.

Retargetable ads I've noticed that some of the on-screen advertisements located at the bottom mid section while I'm actively watching a stream are targeted towards amazon and other adverts with a purchase link available.
I believe that adding user options to "shopping" adverts that can tailor the on-screen ads would make them feel less invasive since I'm not going to argue them being there. I don't have a stance strong enough to make that point valid.
My suggestion, Add a section on the ad that invites users to change settings and add keywords to filter the advertisements provided to them to a…

Allow option to prevent inappropriate ads for underage children Can there be a setting options to remove certain type ads. I have children (who are 5 and 9) watching streams with me and these ads are not appropriate. It seems really aiming at sex-related themes (which I would associate and avoid kick.com for). I always assumed twitch is more family-friendly unlike kick.
Examples of current Amazon related ads which are inappropriate:
* Sex Therapy with Chantelle Otten
* How to be gay by Josh ThomasThanks.
