1. Turbo Price in Korea

   As everyone knows, one of the key features of Twitch Turbo is the ability to store VODs for up to 60 days. However, in Korea, all VOD services such as VOD creation and viewing are not available. This is a decision made by Twitch, and users are uncomfortable, but they have no choice but to endure it. In addition, viewers can only select up to 720p of streaming quality with transcode applied (previously, it supported up to 1080p).

   In this situation, Turbo pricing in some countries has recently been revised. When I checked, Korea had a limited function, but when converted to KRW, it was comparable to neighboring countries or even cheaper in some cases.

2. Twitch Turbo Support Individual Creators (only 2)

   Regarding twitch turbo,

   You currently get 2 free emoticon rows from twitch automatically, but one of my least favorite things about suggesting turbo to my viewers is the fact they get no emotes/badges of streamers.
   I think its a good idea to allow someone to "subscribe" to 2 users emotes/badge because turbo is the cost of 2 subs regardless.
   Possibly have it so that if a streamer does not have ads running (only pre-rolls) you cannot subscribe to their emotes/badge because you will not financially support them without the ad breaks.

   Growth is hard, especially as a small streamer. Twitch Turbo is an existing feature that isn't well advertised but it could be used to an even greater benefit for both Streamers and Twitch. By giving streamers who are subscribed with Twitch Turbo who have less than a certain amount of typical concurrent viewers to provide their content to viewers without pre-rolls, it would enable both better growth for the streamer and more profit to Twitch to cover costs.

   30% of new viewers leave a stream before a preroll finishes playing, and a large number of viewers will leave a stream when an ad is played in the middle of it.

   As of 2020 streamers made aprox US 3.50 per 1000 individual full ad views, not taking into account length of the ad. Twitch Turbo is currently US 8.99, so a bit over 2.5x as much as 1000 ad views' generated revenue to the streamer. So let's say that Twitch Turbo in accordance with my idea should cover any streamer who gets less than 2500 views per month. 2500 views over an average of 30 days (although most small streamers aren't streaming every day) is 83 views per day, which is rather close to the CCV needed for Partner.

   Thus I suggest making this feature available to all Affiliate or under streamers, up to the CCV when they become eligible for Partner. If their views drop any given month, they can still retain the Power of Ad-Free Streaming with Turbo.

   Weigh your options against statistics Twitch! Odds are high you would make a lot more money having streamers buy Twitch Turbo subs than you get from the paltry amount of ads people are actually sticking around for.

8. Disable low contrast / same shade as background colour options for usernames

   The problem is that as it is right now usernames become unreadable due to a feature only available for Turbo subscribers.

   This is unrelated to Chat Appearance: readable colours as the Chat Appearance: readable colours changes the tone of EVERY chatter, and by the few users that use unreadable colors the entire twitch community should not be restricted to the brownie, muddy colours that chat Appearance: readable colours

   My suggestion is to restrict the color pallet available to users to colors that conform to a minimum of 4.5:1 to match internet accessible standards. Give users who are paying Turbo the option of High Contrast a a color so that their name will look black on a white background and white on a black background if they want a monotone chat appearance.

   It will also offer additional room for improvement to the Chat Appearance: readable colours toggle as it will offer an even higher contrast ratio for users that really need it and not for users that are just trying to deal with super low contrast names,

9. Pickin a Collor / Special Collors Shiny Textures for Twitch Turbo users

   You guys could make the person nickname collor selection easier to find, and something more special and put special textures for Twitch Turbo users.. Like what Discord does with their Nitro option... They give the option to put a special shiny background for discord, with shiny light effects... that makes people want to sign up their service... Twitch Nitro should have something special like that, that would make people feel special in the Chats, that way everyone will want to sign up Twitch Nitro.

    Scamming a whole community on an event without revealing the event before hand. There was a lot of people who donated a ridiculous amount of money to the hype train event that happened in AdmiralBahroos stream. Just to find out the NEXT DAY you changed the rules to hype train emotes. You scammed 7000+ people on the hype train. That scam left such a bad taste that i am going to remove my twitch turbo and not subscribe to another channel. This was my final straw with this website and the constant rule changes. Now when this turbo expires and i see 7+ ads. I'm done with twitch.

11. Enable/disable the sharing of mesiversaries.

    The "month anniversary" option creates confusion for both the streamer and the viewers. I get the notification of the subscription, but the goal with the counter of total subscribers does not increase. Subscribers often ask me things like: "Did I subscribe twice in one month?" or "which sub is true and which is false?" and I don't know how to give answers because I don't know what's going on either, it looks like a bug! This causes confusion and discomfort.

12. Subscriber-only content still unavailable after subscribing

    On every platform - web, playstation, mobile - when I resubscribe with my Prime credit, it doesn't seem to lift the restriction for "This content is only available to subscribers". No matter how many times I refresh the page after subscribing. I have to log out and then log back in again, with 2FA and all that faff, to make it see me as a subscriber. Please fix the interface so that as soon as I sub it works. Or, better, just allow autorenewal with Prime credits.

13. Founder badge should be scaled according to sub points

    Right now affiliates get 10 founders and partners get 25. The number of founders should scale similarly to how emote slots grow as your stream grows.

    25 max founders on big streamers seems small amount and most of the time those 25 aren't even subbed anymore.

14. Claimable Gift Subscriptions

    A system, where a user can gift subs to the community, which the community can claim, and creators and mods can create a sub pool to collect subs, that can be claimed.

    The creators can activate these under "Creator Dashboard > Affiliate / Partner > Subscriptions > Receive claimable Subscriptions"

    The user, who gifts subscriptions to the community, can click on "Claimable Subscription". A panel opens up, that looks like this: https://panels.twitch.tv/panel-484294793-image-b03745c6-8228-4d17-9016-7213abf1a58b (sorry for the poor quality, but the compression really hit).
    In there, the user can title the claimable sub, like asking a question. To the question, the user has to provide answer(s) which the viewers have to answer in order to receive the sub.
    The user also specified a time limit. After the time has run out and nobody has given the correct answer, or some subs are still available to be received, the sub(s) will be gifted to the community as usual.
    After the user has send out the claimable sub, a small information appears at the top of the chat. The information contains the title, the timer, and a text field for the viewer to write the answer.
    The fastest correct answers receive one of the available subscriptions.
    If someone gave a wrong answer, they cannot answer another time. Unless the option "Multiple submissions" is active.

    This can also be combined with the prediction system, where the creators and the mods are able to give the correct answer.
    The creators or the mods can open up a pool to collect subs. For example: "How many games until I win?" is the title of the pool. An Information appears at the top of the chat, with the title, the number of subs in the pool, and the timer. Everyone can contribute subs for the pool at any time. The creator or the mods can either choose a "text field answer" for the viewers to give a custom answer, or (like in the prediction system) possible answers.

    If there are more people that guessed correctly than available subs, either the fastest answers will receive a subscription, or random correct answers will receive a subscription. That is up to the creators or mods.
    If there are less people that guessed correctly than available subs, the rest of the subs are gifted to the community as usual.

    New local price for CIS is around 1.99 USD. After the new recent local prices, the cis community did not like it, since prices are much lower in Ukraine and Turkey.

    Please, can you review the statistics and standard of living again.
    The real figures of average income are (Taken from google, honest sources and friends)

17. Your Ads are honestly ridiculous

    I just had 17 ads in the last 15 minutes. I can understand an ad here and there but when Im missing half the stream because of ads why even bother. My idea is care a little bit about your viewers experience instead of being greedy and making ad revenue or eventually you wont have any viewers and the streamers wont have careers which is sad honestly. Not everyone has money for subscriptions like turbo to every platform or to sub to all the streamers they wanna support but chasing them off with ads helps no one. At least make it reasonable so the viewer dont miss half the stream, thats really all Id ask for.

    Add the option to sub for a shorter period than a month, such as a few hours or a day. That way you can watch a streamer's content without being disturbed by ads, but you may not watch the streamer often so no desire or need to sub for a month or more.
    Also some streamers stream very infrequently or on a random schedule so being able to sub for a single stream would be useful.
    Obviously have it priced lower than a monthly subscription, such as 50 cents per 24 hour period.

20. Anonymous gifting bugged out

    It seems like anonymous gifting checkbox has disappeared for me.
    i.e. i can't gift anonymously en-masse to community.
    However clicking on individual user and gifting to specific user can still be anonymously gifted.
    Apparently, i am not the only one facing this issue.
