Payment History Enhancement Request: Filter by Channel and Product Type I'd like to suggest an improvement to Twitch's Payment History.
Currently, it's possible to filter purchases by date range, but there's no way to filter by:
- Channel
- Product type (Subscriptions, Gift Subscriptions, Bits, etc.)
This makes it very difficult to answer simple questions such as:
- How much have I spent supporting a specific creator?
- How many gift subscriptions have I purchased for a particular channel?
- How much have I spent on Bits versus subscriptions?

Security/Privacy potential issue If you were subbed to a streamer, and said streamer blocked you, you can still view their profile (almost) fully if you go to "Past Subscriptions", which sounds like a potential security/privacy flaw. Access to a profile that blocked you should be total.

Make Twitch Turbo fall under the same refund request and subscription rules as channel subscriptions Twitch Turbo subscriptions should fall under the same rules as channel subscriptions for refund requests.
Making Twitch Turbo a non-refundable subscription even after a payment is made and the system doesn’t allow you to cancel the subscription without paying first isn’t a great way to market a program that you can “cancel anytime”. If your system doesn’t allow me to cancel before my next payment forcing me to have that payment come out of my bank account anyways only to not be eligible for a refund is a poor way to market a program that’s ad free sitewide.

Total revenue recieved from gifted subs should be same no matter what country its coming from. I think the amount received from gifted subs should be the same price no matter where its coming from. I recieved 200 gifted subs from someone I belive was using a VPN , and yes its probably only 2.50 a sub, but I should have gotten some good money from that. Instead, my payout for all of that was ONLY $24, maybe $26 in total. Better Sub Goal Option Add a new option for creators to make a subscription goal count the number of subs (or sub points) since the creation of the goal. This would help track support better for sub goals, especially smaller goals where subs expiring would not affect their progress.
Further, since expiring subs wouldn't reduce the count this way, viewers will be more encouraged to renew their subscriptions in order to help a goal.

Give users the option to decline gifted subs I feel there needs to be a way to decline gifted subs because if you get a gifted sub for someone's channel, you can't decline it. You're forced to accept it.
If implemented, it should give a prompt like the following example...
"You received a gifted Tier 1 (or tier 2/3) subscription to (StreamerNameHere)! Do you accept or decline it? Yes | No"
It would actually give people the chance to choose whether to receive the gift.

Providing viewers further options on the length/tier of their subscription. For the longest time I can remember, viewers have had the option of subscribing to a channel with renewal at one month, three months and six months at their preferred tier. Recently, we have seen the platform allow users to spend monumental amounts of funds, for example: either on large amounts of Bits (highest purchase 25K Bits at $527.35AUD) or the relatively new "1000 gift sub" option ($7,990AUD). But has lacked in accessibility to customise their subscription in tier and duration.

Fix cancelling subscriptions Subscribing to someone renewed my twitch turbo subscription that I had previously canceled and did not want. Twitch refuses to give refund as there is no way to prove this happened. I feel like my money was stolen and my only recourse would be to do a charge back losing my twitch account, which I also do not want, however I might have to because this charge caused my account to go negative. I also can not talk to a human being about this because its all AI and chat bots....

turbo turbo refund if you forgot to cancel if its within 24 hrs. they will just send you constant rejection emails with the same exact macro if u attemt to refund. there was a button that said "request a refund" on the option on the day that i clicked. why is that button even there if its non refundable...

Create a sub/follow notification on mobile Hello, i would like to ask if it's possible in the future to add a new feature on the mobile app where you are notified when someone follows and subscribe to you.
You see, not all people do livestreams from pc, most of us prefer livestreaming from console. Moderator and Subs Limit the amount of Moderators an affiliate can have and give the mods automatic free subs to the channel they are modding. Limit how many channels any one person can mod. It's ridiculous that my mods have to sit through ads WHILE moderating for me.

Please consider reducing the subscription price for DJ streamers So far as I know, DJ streamers are the only streamers on Twitch who are not allowed to publish VODs of their streams (due to possible legal ramifications, which are understood by most). This drastically lowers the value of a Twitch subscription to these streamers and results in less viewers investing in these talented creators.
As a trade-off for losing such a major benefit, I ask that Twitch considers lowering the subscription price (for all 3 tiers) for DJ streamers.
