Xbox Game Chat Update the Twitch App, to include the options for Game Chat. For example, on Call of Duty Modern Warfare, some Twitch users using the Xbox Console, can hear the opposite team, their team mates and their party (Without Xbox Live Party) but cannot hear them on Stream. (example: I can hear everyone in my headset, but cannot hear them on stream, even with my settings set to allow/open)
Can we get this to happen since Mixer has been shut down?

console overlays there has to be some way to intercept the signal just before twitch receives it in order to show the viewers. it really puts console streamers at a bigger disadvantage than the pc streamer. As its easier to keep attention with overlays and on screen events. all console streamers dream of having a capture card and a baller pc with god tier specs. some of us pick up the knock off laptop, some of us have hard times in life, some just go the extra mile and do both. just some thing cause the current way to do it causes…

Xbox One Ability to change the Party chat volume in stream settings Hey Twitch, on Xbox I think the party chat volume setting needs a change/fix as the option to change the party chat volume is faded out, this makes audio really bad especially when friends are louder or just as loud as the streamer themself.
(Please vote so twitch sees this!)8 votes -

2020 Xbox One Stream Overlay Bar Improvements! Hi, I would like to throw in another Feedback request for the Xbox One Twitch Experience. I have Signed up for the Beta via the Xbox Insider app. The one Key thing I find is really a hassle about the app is:
- The Stream Overlay Bar, the Bar that tells you the time your live and how many viewers you have.
I have noticed a few people have already put in Idea requests for this and it has fallen unto deaf ears. One post that has been up here since November 8th 2015 stating my same issue has no resolution…

Xbox Series X Updates PLEASE!!! May we please get an update to HDR support for Xbox Series X Streams? It dims and darkens gameplay during live stream! I was hoping for a better experience transitioning from a BASE, again, I say BASE- Xbox one to an Xbox Series X. My buddy's Playstation 5's native twitch app runs beautifully at 1080P 60fps & with a tad bit runned down specs as opposed to the Xbox Series X's STILL 1080P @ 30FPS just like the xbox one application. All i'm saying is that you'd think with the new generation knocking at your doorstep we'd get some upgraded…

Add Twitch Chat on Xbox Add a Chat Box on Xbox when streaming on Twitch. Allowing this will let you see your chat without having a device of some sort.

Share watching stream Would love to see a concept where friends can see and join in on watching streams.
For example there are two people, person A and person B. Both are on Xbox. Person A is watching a stream and wants to share the stream with person B. There should be a way to invite a friend to watch a stream you are. Numerous times one person will be watching a stream and the other people in an Xbox party would like to see it.
Or have it where person A is watching a twitch stream and person B can sign on…

Twitch studio for console I think it would be really cool for twitch on console to be able to stream to twitch studio on the laptop to be edited, and then broadcast onto twitch. That would then again remove the need for use of a capture card.
The website lightstream intercepts your stream from your Xbox directly, letting you edit, create alerts and banners and fully customise what your stream looks like before streaming over to twitch. It’s a shame twitch cannot do this with studio yet because it would be better to just use twitch alone rather than a third party software.

Background music accessibility and use On Xbox ( and PlayStation )Make it so you can capture audio from background music apps such as Spotify or YouTube in the background to Play non DMCA music. It’s difficult to grow and it’s a good filler to silence and it keeps viewers interested. I ask you to have an option in your app for this or to just have it as an accessibility thing in menus. I feel like this is needed and heavily wanted as it helps so much and helps the entertainment levels stay up. Please and thank you twitch staff :)

Enable 60fps broadcast from the console app Currently (at least on Xbox) we can choose the resolution but not the framerate, which is stuck on 30fps. Please add 60fps options. If the issue is performance, then at least limit the option to SeriesX/PS5.

Follower Updates chat Since the recent Twitch app update, my new followers do not have an announcement in chat. They are still listed in my activity feed. But the chat doesn't record them the same way subs, raids etc.... are announced.
I have checked all my settings that the chat announcements are on, and have changed to 2 different overlays alerts (Overlay Exper and Own3D), both of which display animated alerts fine.
However, as I am streaming direct from Xbox, I have no way to see those alerts unless running the stream from PC in real time, instead using the Android mobile app. …1 vote -
Twitch App Camera Options A little while ago Xbox had a build-in broadcast towards Mixer which allowed you to turn your camera in full-screen, see a preview of your camera, change the location and zoom options. Now through the Twitch App it's sadly only possible to change the location.
Please add the following to the Twitch App on consoles (Xbox)
- preview camera
- zoom functions
- full screen modeThis way console streamers can make better use of their camera whilst streaming and it makes having "Just Chatting" streams a lot more comfortable.

Twitch App on Xbox Series X The twitch app on the base xbox one streams the same capabilities that the xbox series x can stream. The new generation xbox is very powerful, I’d assume it would be capable of a streaming in much better resolution and frames than the base xbox one. I feel as if the twitch app on the console should be updated to correctly display an upgrade in stream quality. 1080p@60 would be Nice.
