Clip Captions API
Twitch already offers Get Clips and Get Clips Download. It would be great to have two additional endpoints:
Get Clip Captions: Retrieve existing captions and timestamps from a clip.
Get VOD Transcript Segment: Retrieve what was said at a specific VOD timestamp, including during a live stream when available.
Since Twitch is already introducing automatic clip captions, why not let broadcasters opt in to sharing that text with authorized apps?
