Reaction Category I think we should split Reaction Streamers from Just Chatting Streamers! I sometimes want to join a Just Chatting Stream to talk with people, but its hart to find, if 50% of the streams are Reaction-Streams.

Just Studying The category of studying would be nice addition to categories.
I’ve seen many streamers with Just Chatting while they study something.
I think it would be helpful if there’s Just Studying just like Just Chatting. So viewers who is nice enough to help them or who can share the knowledge of whatever they’re studying can easily find streamers studying on their stream.

Self care I’ve started a weekly routine of including twitch chatters in my self care Sunday routine. This currently includes things like sheet masks, clay masks, other skin care, nails, and generally just enjoying a cozy vibe. I’m looking forward to adding other forms of physical self care that are a bit more involved in time but I don’t have a category that applies. The idea of self care to me is more than just taking care of yourself physically but also resetting for the day, week, month or however often you need so that you can feel refreshed and ready to…

Educational Can someone please add this category. Perhaps there isn't a huge demand for educational content but if someone wanted to stream something educational, there's really no category for it. I think having a category like "Educational" is enough to house everyone that has a passion to teach something. Right now, all we have is a tag "educational", which is useful but not a housing feature. I think I remember reading a lot of people upvoting for this category and it resolving into a tag, which seems kind of strange. What if you're trying to stream a math lesson? Sure, I…

Remove misleading page suggesting you can earn a badge The #TogetherForGood event where you could get a badge for donating has ended, yet the collection page still exists with misleading text, suggesting you can donate to get a badge. We see lots of donations on the channel I am modding for, thinking they can still earn it.
"All of Twitch. All together. All for charity. Join us and make a difference by hosting a charity stream from 11/28-12/3. Donate to earn an exclusive chat badge!"
Please immediately fix the wording or remove the page. Twitch support did not do anything.
The wording is wrong as it seems like the…

Add a Graphic Design Category I know that a post for this has already been made, BUT...it didn't grab NEAR enough traction as it should have! Graphic Designers NEED their own category, because the Art category is WAY to broad to even get Graphic Designers the attention from viewers that surf the Art category! Very few people think of 'Art' when they think Graphic Design. PLEASE!!!! We need a change!

Viewer Referral / Recommendation System with Rewards Currently, Word of Mouth is a big factor for channels being discovered by new viewers. You've found a great new channel that you think your friends will enjoy so you want to tell them about it. Currently, all you do is share the channel link with your friends and you've directly helped that channel grow... but there's no direct reward for helping that channel.
What if there was a 'referral' system available where you could share a link, with a particular referral code, with your friends and if they choose to follow the channel you receive a bonus amount of…

moderating channels section & moderating channels popup notification On sidebar i suggest to put above the "followed channels" section a favourites one and/or those channels that we moderate coming live, to see them easier and get into them faster in a more accessible way
If you get graphically warned with for example an animated image of the mod sword symbol when a channel you moderate comes live would be great too9 votes -
stop pushing sports on your main page i have no interest in watching sports I'm not a sports nerd and seeing sports in the main feed immediately turns me of the webpage, I have blocked these channels in the past but that doesn't even seem to work anymore make it so we can directly block channels if your going to keep pushing sports which i have zero interest in watching or memorizing stats or watching someone on their couch talk about sports

Birthday When people have their birthdays their stream could be in a separate birthday section so that people can easily find them and say happy birthday. Could just be a small tag the same as like raid content is for example.

Suggestion to grow small channels My suggestion is for the small channels and for those who are starting with Twitch. It is very difficult to start your community and that's why Twitch could implement a system in which viewers would be rewarded for watching channels that are with few viewers like 1 to 5 or 5 to 10...
These rewards could be an exclusive random emotes or 'Twitch Prime' of short duration (a few hours or days) in which viewers could choose their streamer to give a prime subscription or be able to exchange for bits to send your message.
Other types of rewards can…9 votes -
Spelunky HD and Spelunky Classic have been incorrectly merged and now Spelunky HD is no longer a game option Bug: The Spelunky HD game is no longer available as a streaming option
Type of Bug: Regression
Expected: Three available Spelunky games as streaming options: Spelunky Classic, Spelunky HD, and Spelunky 2
You can see the bug in the creator dashboard when choosing a game:
https://pasteboard.co/JJcgoM3.png
It seems to me that this is a categorization issue with IGDB where Spelunky Classic and Spelunky HD are incorrectly marked as two versions of the same game (something any Spelunky player would tell you is not true), but when I suggested those edits they were discarded.

Please do not post the channel I just unfollowed on my recommended channel. There’s a channel that just unfollowed for a reason. However, “Recommended Channels” continues to recommend channels that I just unfollowed to me. I would like you to modify this algorithm.

Twitch Lectures for Students Twitch Lectures for Students
In light of recent COVID-19, colleges have had to move lectures to online only. We have had to deal with problematic systems like zoom, both teachers and students dislike the quality and lack of security. I request that there be feature that allows verified students in a stream with verified teachers.
This would essentially act be a similar feature to sub-only streams, only difference is that this would have to be a free feature where students are the only people who can access that teachers stream, granted they are in that class. This would likely require…

Browse setting that hides thumbnails/previews of live channels marked as "mature content" Even if a channel is marked "mature," users can still see whats going on in the stream when browsing through Twitch. I would like a toggleable setting that allows users to hide the thumbnails or previews of streams marked as mature while browsing on Twitch for the sake of privacy and better compliance with ToS and Community Guidelines.

Add a Twitch calendar feature I want Twitch to add a calendar feature for followed and recommended streamers.
Sometimes you want to find streamers that usually streams your mornings, or specific days of the week. It would be great to have a calendar feature that allows you to filter for suggested or followed channels based on the streamer schedules, not just stream categories.
A weekly calendar can also be used to see the streamers you are following and when they are scheduled to be streaming in a more structured way than the "Upcoming streams" allows. This way I can see that KappaStreamer has a birthday…8 votes
