Separate ptPT (European Portuguese) and ptBR (Brasilian Portuguese) community There needs to be BOTH a ptPT (Portugal) and ptBR (Brazilian) tag and category ASAP.
They are two different countries with two very different communities.
The amount of time people waste looking for their own communities within games is too high.
Please do this ASAP.

🚨 Merge or Remove “The Sandbox (2015)” – Prevent Category Confusion There are 3 Twitch categories with nearly identical names, but they refer to different games, and this causes confusion for streamers and viewers:
✅ The Sandbox
- Twitch Category: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/the-sandbox
- Official site: https://sandbox.game
- The current metaverse game by Animoca Brands
- 🎯 This is the company’s primary focus, with regular updates, live events, and a growing creator ecosystem.⚠️ The Sandbox (2015)
- Twitch Category: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/the-sandbox-2015
- Old site: https://thesandboxgame.com
- Title shown: the SANDBOX
- This category actually refers to The Sandbox Evolution (2016), not the original 2011 game
- Frequently selected by mistake when streamers are…8 votes -
Expand the Upcoming streams Browsing tools I'd love to see more streams and a tags filter tool added to the Upcoming streams browser. For example this page: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/djs/upcoming
Currently there's only a select few of upcoming streams curated on that page. If a full browser was implemented it would help with discovery.
* Viewers could filter the Upcoming streams for tags that they like, and discover new scheduled streams from streamers they dont know
* Viewers could then plan to watch Twitch at the times of the scheduled streams
* More exposure for streamers who are streaming in categories and tags that viewers wantIt could…

Allow users, who opt in, the ability to see channels with content warning on their front page options. I read the new update to content warnings here ( https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/how-to-customize-content?language=en_US ) My proposal is this. This article lets you shut off discovery of content warned material. As a viewer and streamer I would like to be offered mature content on my front page. This would be great for twitch, the viewers, and streamers by driving discovery to those who are looking for content that would normally be never show on the front page. By being able to discover mature content from the front page for those who opt-in, the viewer will be able to see content more sculpted toward…

let us ignore recommended channels Hello
Please let us remove og ignore channels so they don't appear under the recommended channels. There are often times channels I really, really don't want to watch in my recommended channels and it's annoying that you won't allow me to adjust something that A) Is taking space from channels that I might love but don't know exist yet and B) Is a core part of the user-specific experience.

Allow Users to Remove a ‘Recommended’ Streamer (Without Blocking Them) There was once an option for users to remove a streamer from their 'Recommended' feed (via the "⋮" icon). This icon/feature has since been removed.
Currently, the only way to remove a streamer is to manually block them by opening 'Whispers', searching for their channel, creating a whisper for said channel and then blocking them. To be blunt this method is unintuitive, obtuse and it should be revised.8 votes -
18+ Toggle I believe 18+ belongs on Twitch; I have no problem with it being there. But, as a smaller streamer, to find me, you have to navigate tons of 18+ content.
There needs to be an explicit tab or easy setting to turn off an on that content (and "off" by default if you're not logged in). 18+ doesn't need to be hidden or harder to get to, but I do feel like it needs its own section. Right now, the art section shows up as "Baking Christmas cookies" "making a sculpture" and "how many **** can fit in this ****"…

Let me ban channels based on tags What about giving users a ban option right away instead of just not recommended?
This goes for any kind of channel, regular, Vtuber, LGBT,etc
This is a follow up to my previously posted idea

Fix the following categories tab pls. It seems following a category is no longer working. And the followed categories tab does not show all the game titles I followed.
I may have followed many titles, but I don't think there should be a limit to that.

Show Me Where Recommendations Comes From With the deprecation of Hosting ( https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/923383-creators-and-stream-features/suggestions/45659839-do-not-deprecate-hosts ) Raids become primary way to immediately share your viewer base with another channel, and Recommended Channels become the primary way to share your viewer base with another channel in the long term. In essence, when you aren't streaming, you add other channels to your Recommended Channels list, so that they will appear to your followers when you aren't streaming.
Part of what Hosting did, was that it provided a clear link between "A Streamer I already enjoy and follow" to "A New Streamer." The current Recommended Channels panel does not show this,…

World of Warcraft categories Now that we have multiple Classic World of Warcraft games, and an upcoming expansion for retail, you need to seperate these into their own categories like you've done with other games and social categories like Call Of Duty/Warzone or Hottub/Just Chatting. Should've been done when The Burning Crusade Classic released.

"Continue Watching" section in the Videos tab on the Following page is annoying since it has pushed down the "Latest Videos" section. When I go to Twitch I'm either going to watch a livestream or a vod for one I missed. If I ever wanted to find one I'd recently only partially watched, I'd easily be able to do that by looking through Latest Videos or my search history. I'd never use the continue watching section for that and all it's doing is adding an annoying extra step to get to the latest videos section of the page.
It's also easy to forget that there's a continue watching section I have to skip past and then end up thinking there's no recent…8 votes -
The Satanic Temple I would really appreciate it if twitch added The Satanic Temple under the category of Faith and Spirituality.
I'm kind of surprised that as of writing, the only faith represented is Christianity via The Salvation Army.8 votes -
Allow streamers to use the "RETRO"category combined with the "GAME NAME"and "PLATFORM"categories Hi,
I am finding the "retro" category to not be specific enough. If a streamer doesn't include the name of the game in their title, it can be tricky at a glance to see what their playing.
I think that it would be useful if a streamer could stream under "RETRO", "GAME NAME" and "PLATFORM" at the same time. So someone could have as categories (for example) "RETRO", "FINAL FANTASY VII" and "PLAYSTATION 1" or as another example "RETRO", "HALF-LIFE" and "PC" at the same time. That allows for a viewer to have more chances to find a stream. One…

category rename re-branding the "nail art for girls" category to just nail art. A lot of the nail art streamers do not use the category due to it being restrictive.

Follow List Cleanup Tools The idea is to give the user the ability to control who they are following, so they can unfollow dead or orphaned accounts more easily. Perhaps the tool could list accounts based on:
- Follow Age
- Last Stream
- Last Login
- Stream Frequency
- Export List to FileIt gets frustrating to not know who I follow that has been gone since forever, and I'm seriously contemplating account deletion to start with a clean list.
