Use this idea to help to build new streamers into successful long-term content providers! New streamers that are grinding out their new streams and putting in the time, money and resources required to build a successful stream would grow more quickly and become long-term reliable content providers if Twitch could implement one simple change to their platform.
Currently ONLY streamers with high viewer counts are profiled and listed at the top of the platform when browsing the live channels or categories. For a new streamer to be seen, a viewer must scroll down (WAY DOWN) to the bottom of the streamers list.

Add fliters for popular RP servers for specific games For games like GTA V, ATLAS, ARK and soon RDR2 on PC maybe this year or next year, can you add filters.
For example I can search for streamers who are playing a specific server, like NoPixel, Family RP, TwitchRP, etc.

Ability to refresh the list of reccomended past broadcasts shown on the Home and "Following" pages. The "Videos recommended for you" and "Based on your viewing history" sections sometimes stop showing new recommendations and right now there's no way to refresh or dismiss them.
As it is now, the recommendation algorithm seems to favor videos that don't necessarily match what you've actually been viewing recently. For example, instead of the broadcasts I'm in the middle of watching I see videos that have high view counts but are months old.

small twitch streamers small twitch streamers shouldn't be put at the bottom of the list because there only way to grow is the people that scroll all the way to the bottom or social media i think they should be mixed in with the bigger streamers

Add an Amazon Music channel My proposal is to set up a channel similar to AlwaysOn that broadcasts the top 100 purchased songs on Amazon Music. A countdown of the top ranked daily playlist could be cycled through and, for those who have Twitch Prime, free daily song requests of any Amazon Music song. Another possibility path to take would be hourly give aways of a few songs worth of Amazon Music gift certificates. With both being used, I feel that the requests will get the people into the channel, and the give aways will keep them listening longer. And as always...giving everyone another reason…

Adding an official picture to killzone 2 game category Hello,
My gametag is DeMoNFH361 and I am looking forward to doing to elite live streams of killzone 2. Is there a way the game picture can be updated in the twitch killzone 2 selection because as of now it only displays a generic icon instead of the official Killone 2.

would be cool if I could change the twitch website language Im from Montréal, Canada, my twitch is in french probable because my windows is in french. The thing is when I arrive on twitch, the front page show me streams from the european french and thats not what I want. I watch only english stream from Canada and US. Can I change language so when I connect to twitch I see the US front page? Thanks.

Reward viewers for watching new streamers The idea is simple. More views = More market share = More ad revenue, right?
People tend to watch the same streamers and it becomes a routine. In order to maximize the amount of time a viewer spends on Twitch, it would make sense to reward viewers to tune into new streams so they are able to find more streams they may potentially like, which in turn increase ad views on the platform in general. Search results page after search bar query Please add a page to click for a display of videos based on the word/s you have searched for. The current system of scrolling within the search bar is simply not good enough to look for a specific video in the seas of content now populating twitch. This would provide a user optimization in searching for content.

Choose what Game Categories to add to Homepage Currently the "Recommended Categories" recommends randomly selected games, I assume based on streams I've viewed before.
I would request adding the option to add our own games that we're interested in to the homepage, perhaps in it's own separate section, or replacing "Recommended Categories".

Permanent filters I would like to be able to set permanent filters on my profile. An example would be to filter for English. Unfortunately I only speak English so I only want results that are in English. When I am searching for streamers I only want English streamers to appear in the results.

Browse front page carousel efficiently based on the mouse focus On the front page (either from Twitch desktop app or browser), I instinctively thought that scrolling "up" or "down" while having the mouse focus on it would scroll the carousel, and not the webpage.

sort results I like to watch small streamers. I want to be able to sort my search results based on viewer count. I want to sort showing least views first if i so choose. Tired of scrolling for days to get towards the bottom to click on someone to only start the scrolling to the bottom again

Versatile speedrunning categories that change depending on the game. You could pull the categories from SpeedrunsLive or whatever, but this would be a real help and would help people find what they are looking for.

Please let me sort categories in reverse order I would very much like to sort the categories in reverse order. The list is too long to conveniently scroll to the bottom, and the same dozen things are always on top of the list. There's a lot of very interesting streams, games and things at the bottom. If I could order categories so that the least watched things are on top, this problem would go away.

add a play button adding a play button on the cover of the game in the browse section or in the section of my games , that button will open the game if installed, so I can install all launchers without problems , and all games are in one place and that place is the one that have all the games , twitch!

Allow refreshing of followers list Add a button across from "Show More" in the followers list to refresh the followers list without refreshing the entire page, and without leaving the streamer's page.
My followers list is not always up to date and sometimes I'm watching one stream while waiting for another stream. It would be nice to have a button to refresh the list without actually leaving the current stream.

Rethink how you do the from page to promote streamers Hello everyone,
I think the the front page on twitch is defiantly a good way to promote streamers and for users to discover new channels, However I think it can be improved. I was thinking instead of just giving different people a chance to be on the front page, that a twitch channel could be created with a host that interviews the said streamer so that people could learn about the channel and help them grow and maintain that growth. Remove the reordering of channels that occurs when loading the Following page When loading https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following there is a quick re-order of the left panel containing "Followed Channels" that occurs just after loading the page. This very annoyingly catches my eye every time (maybe that was the intent). This looks like it is intentional to make me look there.
It would be better to sort the lists prior to displaying them, or have an option to make it shuffle everything after loading. It just looks like a feeble attempt at drawing my attention, which is very annoying.
If you guys don't make a change, I will just write a userscript and do it…

Streamers you follow appear in your following list when they are on another person's stream The idea is if a streamer you follow is playing or on a stream you don't follow, it would show in your following list the stream they're on. It would allow people to watch streamers they like when they're not on their own stream, and perhaps even discover new streamers they like.
As for the logistics of such a feature, it could require the streamer that is live to send a request to the guest on their stream, and that person would have to accept it, then it would show the guest as live on another person's stream to the…
