+18 (adult entertaining/****** suggestive/erotic roleplay/cam girl(boy)/***********)
Twitch has to create space for so-called models who make adult content and use Twitch as an advertising platoform. They should be separated from "browse all" section of Twitch. Also previews of this streams should be hidden all time. There's huge difference between game with fictional +18 content and real models who wiggle their ***** IRL, so it needs to be additionally regualted and limited.
Reasons:
1. Primitive poor content (just chatting without actual chatting, because chat is fullfilled by "this message deleted" lines).
2. ****** suggestive content (in 1-2 clicks using links on streamer's channel you can find real content they produce, usually it's nsfw, onlyfans account, **** etc).
3. Sometimes such streamers take over top of "browse all" section. It makes hard to browse among even big streamers who produce enormous amount of legal creative content.
Cam girls on twitch are phenomena who abuse nebulosity in rules to get advantage for themselves. Such things like gambling, *********** addctions will ruin Twitch community, so it's time to start fighting it untill it's too late. To try to explain these effects, some scientists have drawn parallels between **** consumption and substance abuse. Through evolutionary design, the brain is wired to respond to ****** stimulation with surges of dopamine. This neurotransmitter, most often associated with reward anticipation, also acts to program memories and information into the brain. This adaption means that when the body requires something, like food or , the brain remembers where to return to experience the same pleasure.
Instead of turning to a romantic partner for *** gratification or fulfillment, habituated **** users instinctively reach for their phones and laptops when desire comes calling. Furthermore, unnaturally strong explosions of reward and pleasure evoke unnaturally strong degrees of habituation in the brain.

This is exactly what I said years ago. Have one site for gaming and one site for whoring yourself out. If either one has the wrong content, then banned immediately and moved over to correct site.

Twitch needs to take action quickly.
It markets itself as a gaming-first platform, and while other types of content like creative or IRL content have found their rightful place on this platform, it should not lose its focus on said categories.
NSFW / After-Dark streams with suggestive content caterers towards a specific crowd. One, which could lead to the platform having a negative overall perception from the outside. If, for example, a new user discovers the platform for the first time, and the first thing they find is suggestive content, they might not join the platform at all.
Other problems could arise from the fact, that twitch has an audience of mostly teenagers, most of which are under the legal age.

This statistic shows the demographic of twitch users.
Younger people can be more easily influenced by stimuli and these influences could lead to development problems, which could, in turn, lead to other problems.
These are just some points I would like to add.
