Automatically create clips for moderation actions like a ban I think it would help streamers if Twitch would store a 30 second clip of the stream when a chatter is banned that only the streamer and their moderators can view. It will help capture the context of what behavior and activities led to the ban.

Coral Name Color Wrong in Light Mode "Coral" name color shows not correctly in Light Mode. The preview shows it correctly, but in chat it renders as "Firebrick".

Twitch clips are created with a huge delay I go to the Dashboard and click the Create Clip button. After that, a clip is created, but not of the moment that is happening on the screen, but of the moment from the past 30-60 seconds before the moment the clip was created.
This used to happen when I used a VPN, after which I abandoned the VPN, and now after a while such a delay appeared again, but without a VPN.

Transparent Chat Box In FullScreen/Channel Point Box On FullScreen Make the fullscreen have a option for transparent chat box. So you can be in full screen when you type. It doesnt have to be the whole screen, could be adjustable to a whisper box size. You could add a setting to make it collapse automatically, and expand when you hover over to the side its on.
Also have a way to click the channel point bonus box while in full screen and the chat is collapsed, or have turbo have a benefit that auto redeems the bonus

Private chat for Mods and Streamer during livestream. Private communication between the Streamer and the mods during a live stream should be possible within the stream chat.
Moving to a third party program for doing so is annoying, leads to messages not being seen, very outdated, and a feature that has been requested in the past quite often.
Sending messages within the live chat "check your dm on ...." kinda ruins the chat. Not everyone has the setup for running multiple programs to check for DMs from mods during the livestream.

Phone # req lifted during recent visual change, then reinstated. Twitch staff thus lie about having no means to remove this demand. I've been posting on Twitch for over 10 years with a verified email address, but a few months ago, Twitch suddenly locked me out of posting on the entire website unless I also provided my phone number. Title, Tags and Viewer number placement there is a test in which titles, viewer numbers, and tags have been moved to the top of the video window. it looks cramped. it doesn't look right and it's harder to read. please, put that info back at the bottom. if something isn't broke, don't 'fix it.'

Add an option or splash screen for hints/spoilers (available when streamer chooses to allow/deny spoilers/hints) I watch a lot of streamers who are extremely picky about people dropping hints/spoilers in chat. Often times people innocently will drop hints/spoilers only to be scolded or muted or banned. It would be nice if there was a "hint's/spoilers" button that highlights on or off in chat that allows you to send hints/spoilers via a special highlighted message in chat. You know the twitch chat: a lot of people are flooding the same emote or the same meme message. On the other hand there’s always a few lunatics who are trying to send a longer message or actually a fresh and relevant comment (not me tho) but it instantly disappears in the flood.

Chat Jail A special chat instance where banned and timed-out users get sent so they can all troll each other to death. Ideally, they wouldn't be able to tell immediately when they got sent there. The chat they got banned or timed out from would just stop; then, when they try to send another message there, they start seeing replies from "chat jail".
Also, if a user gets sent to chat jail from too many channels, chat jail gets displayed for them on every channel all the time.

Making chat more legible (especially when it's moving) The main idea is to make it easier to visually separate one chat message from the ones next to it.
A few options:
Different background colors for messages (alternating between white and light gray for Light Mode; alternating between black and dark gray for Dark Mode)
Smoother movement when a new message comes in (instead of instantly jumping by however many lines the new message takes up)
Thin lines between (or around) chat messages. Bubbles around messages would make messages very easy to differentiate, but they also take up more space.
