ability for moderation to flag chatters/viewers To add an option for caster and moderators to anonymously flag a chatter/viewer for tracking.
For example: allow a caster/moderator for which the stream has low restrictions on account creation to flag a chatter that has an account created in the last few days for better visibility, be it immediate or in the future.
Kinda like a flag for suspicious accounts manually set by the moderation.

Personalised word filter Make it possible to set up a personal filter of words. Sentences using that word will automatically no be displayed for me no matter what channel Im in.
Why ?
Many streams, especially of large streamers are filled with spam that provides no value for me and makes the chat unreadable. Examples are pepelaugh, kekw, lulw, pog etc.
This is a personal preference and I dont think its realistic that I should need to run around and convince each streamer to ban the words I dont like.
I also tried blocking all users using those words but they are so…2 votes -
Streamer badge for chat, discover new streamers. I was thinking if twitch had a Badge for streamers, so you know who is a watcher and who is a streamer in chat. That would be a cool way to discover new streamers.

Treat 2FA authenticator logins the same as mobile verifications With the new addition of verified users only in chat, you can have an account which is 2FA enabled but still requires a cell phone SMS verification.
This seems non-sensical as 2FA via an authenticator is app technically more secure than SMS verification, however it is not treated as equivalent.2FA via an authenticator app should count as an account as verified the same as SMS.

Markdown for Hyperlinks in Twitch chat Instead of having to post hyperlinks in chat that vary in character length/size; it would be great if hyperlinks could be used as markdown text in chat similar to panels. Hovering over links could be used as well here to display to the user which website the link leads to. This would be very useful for chat bots plus broadcasters and moderators could restrict markdown to themselves and/or view full links in chat instead to minimize scam or inappropriate links to other websites.

Current Viewer List I'm looking for a better way to identify who is watching my stream currently, I feel like this could greatly help smaller streamers by giving them a way to address people who are lurking and start conversation

sos command Streamers with a stream deck have the ability to create a panic button that will do a slew of things. Turning on sub mode, slowing chat, clearing chat, setting a stream marker, capturing a clip for documentation.
What if an sos command was created to do that for streamers that don't have the ability to have a stream deck?
Currently the answer is to end stream until the hate raid ends. But what isn't being realized is that the streamer ending the stream is giving the hate raiders exactly what they want. With a command that controls tools twitch has…

Link to the rules when message is deleted When a mod deletes a message because of a rules violation of the steam a link to those rules should be in the deleted message. This could help the mods in a few ways. They would not have to spam messages in the chat about not using caps or spamming with a message that has words all in caps. they could just delete the message and it have a link in the deleted message so the user is not left to say, "WTF, why was my message deleted". Then they have to be told to read the rules, it is…

Protecting young streamers Problem statement:
There are numerous young streamers ( kids & teens ) on Twitch, that are an easy abuse target, by older kids, by adults , and worst of all, by criminals.Questions:
1. How can I help Twitch , in contributing and in facilitating this change to protect those streamers ?
2. Can I help by being part of Twitch taskforce to address this severe issue ?Possible solutions / Suggestions:
1. Require any non-adult streamer to have verified accounts only for their chat audience.
2. Chat audience of the verified accounts, must match the streamer age and may…2 votes -
Ability to disable automatic update of badges Whenever I become like top 3 weekly or train conductor, my badge on channel changes to that, and then changes back to my global Prime badge.
I want my 500k bits badge to show at all times for example but I can't do that, because whenever I donate bits it just gets overriden and then not even restored when I lose the weekly status.I don't ask for it to be restored, but I want a like opt out button, where I can say "Do not apply bid leader, gift sub leader and conductor badges automatically"
I value those less…

Voice Chat Viewing, but no conversations Would love to have voice chat mode, where the viewers are basically like a movie audience, where reactions like laughing are allowed, but no conversations allowed and are closely monitored by moderators of the chat. It would connect the chat a lot more.

Let VPN users participate in chat on channels where they have VIP status I understand that your shadowban on VPN users is probably in place for legitimate reasons (ie. to prevent people from ruining the chat experience for others with spam accounts and whatnot). However, if I am a VIP in someone's channel, it doesn't make sense for Twitch to interfere with my ability to participate in their chat. It's kind of annoying having to disconnect from my VPN just to talk to some of my favorite streamers. I don't think the streamers would want their VIPs to be unable to chat with them either.
Again, I'm not asking you to lift the…3 votes -
Customizable Roles (Like Discord) For affiliates, you can create roles for users. For example, instead of just VIP and Moderator, you can create a role, change it's icon and appearance. (ex: Friends Role.)

Founder Badge Have an option to choose between the founder badge or the channel subscription badge.
In the chat I moderate several people are "complaining" about not being able to show their subscription badge. It is a kind of privilege to have the founding badge but then why impose it and not let the user choose?4 votes
