Personalised word filter
Make it possible to set up a personal filter of words. Sentences using that word will automatically no be displayed for me no matter what channel Im in.
Why ?
Many streams, especially of large streamers are filled with spam that provides no value for me and makes the chat unreadable. Examples are pepelaugh, kekw, lulw, pog etc.
This is a personal preference and I dont think its realistic that I should need to run around and convince each streamer to ban the words I dont like.
I also tried blocking all users using those words but they are so common so even after spending 30 minutes of blocking people the chat is still full of these words.
This should have the additional benefit of saving bandwidth for twitch.

I do understand your stance - but one thing you should know, all those words you mentioned, are actually emotes! Just saying in case you were not aware.
its not twitch emotes, its a third party but the emotes show within twitch if you are using the webpage.
better twitch tv or betterttv dot com will provide more info.
