1. Blocking streams needs to be easier

I shouldn't need to have a reportable reason to block a stream from my view.

2. Anonymous Viewers, Bots, and Stream ****** Issues

I was not sure what category this fit into but my dilemma is this.
For the specific games I and many others live stream there is a constant issue involving stream sniping even if you ban someone they can still watch your stream. The even bigger problem is that they can watch in a private or "incognito" tab/window and the username appears to be something like 324098635, A098371192, or x938649236x etc. I know this because me and my moderators tested this in my offline chat to see who was appearing under "Viewers in Chat" and we noticed this pattern.

My idea is that we need a way to combat this. Please give us the option to NOT allow anonymous or incognito viewers to see our live stream. To me this is a form of ban evasion and needs to be addressed and resolved.

While to some this may not big as big of a deal/issue but for others it is a huge problem and for those who do charity/competitive events this is a MASSIVE issue which could determine someone winning said event by cheating using this tactic to not get caught. Please give us either the option not to allow anonymous viewership that is not signed in to a verified account.

   -Thank you

3. Ban online casino from Twitch

There are just too many virtual casino streams going on out there.
They are obviously not regulated by anyone, as there is another new casino every day, with a new domain, new look, but the scheme is the same (like a hydra, one head is being chopped, but two more arise).
Online casinos are no better than any crypto scam or pyramid scheme, they rob people out of their money and they are banned by law in most countries.
I don't understand why Twitch is letting this slide, as this is obviously harmful to people and community.
Please, ban online casinos from Twitch, I believe this might literally save lives.

4. afk farming

Hello, I have been a Twitch user for the past 5ish years. I am genuinely curious how some streamers are allowed to go AFK just about every single day for hours on end and just farm their chat. I didn't come to specifically report any single person but Amouranth is the most popular person I know getting away with this. She starts streaming then eventually makes up an excuse to get off camera and doesn't return for literal hours. Doing this she still brings in easily over 6,000 viewers each time. I am genuinely curious how people like her are allowed to do this and milk Twitch for all the streamer benefits without even being present.

5. dont ban people who didnt break terms of service

I dont understand why do you ban people who did not break terms of service? I can see girls streaming pools , hot tubs and beaches every day and its okay on twitch so why do you ban affiliate streamers who want to do the same? you literally destroy someone´s career just because of people who send fake reports and then streamer gets ban and has to wait for long time . i think this is not okay. why dont u ban someone when you know that they broke terms of service? this is not fair at all .

6. Report names that are incorrectly caught in your filtering process.

I have found a username that appears to be available but is blocked within your system due to an error.

The error shown is: "This user name may be offensive and is not allowed."

I have attempted to report this several times since October and have been met with the same policies regarding recycling and name changes when it does not apply to this situation.

If there is one name that is incorrectly being caught in your filter I'd assume other users may have this problem as well. If a username IS available and IS appropriate for use then I believe there should be a way to say so.

What username are you trying to use that is getting caught? I can reach out to our team to troubleshoot what's going on with this.

7. Stop making streamers feel like they need to ban EVERYONE that discusses age.

This entire concept is counter productive and makes the chat experience awkward. I understand that streamers do this to prevent kids from being in mature streams but this actually makes this problem worse because now you have a bunch of potential children watching adult streams and they know not to mention their age! What is the logic here?!?! Plus mature adults want to know how old the people are that they're chatting with. It's a very common topic and something that people WANT to know since the beginning of the internet , A/S/L ? Age chat should NOT be discouraged , but rather underage children should be asked to leave or banned and regular adults should be free to discuss their age like all normal people do. If a troll says they are underage they will get banned just the same as anyone else saying they're underage. This policy doesn't solve any problems and creates awkward and unpleasant circumstances in just about every streamers chat each and every day. Please change this.

9. Ad curation and channels/creators being able to control the ad space.

We had the bounty board, and we also have had the #ad sections on twitch. "which brought brands and streamers together"

Since ad revenue is not a constant, allow streamers to curate the ad's and brands they would like to show on there channel. Some of the community likes X and the other likes Y. I'm not here to tell you or the creators not to "get that bag" but let the channels curate the exp. If a streamer want's to "get that bag" and doesn't see a moral conflict with a sponsor/ad they can choose to take that ad, if they do have a moral or obligation that does not allow for it they should be allowed to opt out.

Something simple like a checklist of brands and ad types, they can allow or disallow from. then a sub section to target specific ads they don't like on the channel.

This means the slots streamers show on populated channels value would go up, while allowing lower pop streamers/creators to be able to curate the exp of the small community.

this also might help the game categories disparity, like some games/categories don't align with creators but the same is true in the opposite direction. If a creator has the ability to decide what the community is exposed to in ads, while also allowing for ad's to show a number value this should increase the value of the ad time.

If a fast food companies time per view is lower than a local targeted ad
they should have the ability to choose, and vise versa.
if worldwide brand pay a worldwide price the creators should be able to choose that.

If a streamer has a community that is built on a core foundation, they should not have to shake that foundation to keep using the platform.

Personally i think Twitch is going to have a major problem going forward with ad's and the revenue they generate for both the creator and the platform.
If the streamers can't control the ad's or the amount they get from the ads it pushes the streamers and communities away.

Like nobody likes ads but they are a necessary evil, but i think people who use the platform should be able to control somewhat what is pushed in that necessary evil.

Another problem that i have seen on occasion is when a channel/event/creator has a deal in place with a brand or company and then in the ad cycle is direct competition. If AI is checking ad reads and chat gets into a conversation about the ad that was played during that segment, unless i am mistaken the ai might flag it. this is just a wild worry as i don't know what the ad read check does tbh.

but to summarize i think just giving creators a "catalog" of ads/rev and what they are ok with "pushing" on there channel is something that should be looked into. from a average joe standpoint i also think you could create an ad bounty system where you are the person passing the information between the two different clients.

   Example:
   fast food : check
   politics : empty
   Sales : check
   Gambling : empty
   etc.

Just give the creators the power to decide if the small amount of money they get is worth the message, put the power back in the creators hands.

11. Twitch Payout Methods.

I am writing to share feedback regarding payment methods for content creators and streamers based in Nigeria and across Africa.I strongly request expanding the available payout options to include direct bank transfers, PayPal, and ACH payouts. Many creators in the region utilize legitimate and verifiable US virtual bank accounts provided by FinTech companies for international transactions. Allowing creators to select their bank's country would provide access to these relevant payment options and ensure creators outside the US and EU are not disadvantaged.
Thank you for considering these suggestions.

12. Twitch Unbanning Users who Make Threats

Unbanning CentralCommittee (MikefromPA) after less than 3 days for his blatant death threat directed at another streamer is an insult to everyone on this platform. Twitch's completely arbitrary enforcement of its ToS is unacceptable. This is disgusting. Make it make sense.

13. qual opportunities for streamers with a disability

Equal opportunities for streamers with a disability

I would like to ask Twitch to look into a fairer and more accessible way for streamers with a disability or impairment to advance within the platform.

For some streamers, it may be more difficult due to their disability to achieve the same number of hours, days, or viewership figures as other streamers. However, that does not mean that they show less commitment, have less talent, or are less valuable to the Twitch community.

Therefore, I would like to see Twitch investigate whether personal circumstances can be taken into account more in programs such as the Partner Program. Not to automatically give someone priority, but to ensure that streamers with a disability receive equal opportunities to showcase their talent and community.

A possible solution could be an alternative evaluation route that looks not only at numbers, but also at consistency, growth, community engagement, content quality, and the streamer's circumstances.

In my opinion, every streamer deserves the opportunity to develop further, regardless of a disability. I therefore hope that Twitch will seriously investigate this subject and work with streamers with disabilities to look towards a fairer and more accessible future within the Partner program.

15. Suggestion for conflict resolution amongst creators

Subject: Proposal for a Structured Creator Mediation Program on Twitch

Dear Twitch Leadership / Trust & Safety Team,

I’m writing to propose a formal mediation program for content creators on the platform — something I’m calling “The Adult in the Room.”

As Twitch continues to grow, interpersonal conflicts between creators have become increasingly public, prolonged, and damaging. What often begins as a relatively contained disagreement frequently escalates into multi-week public call-out campaigns, cross-platform harassment, and prolonged community division. Several high-profile examples of this pattern have played out over the past year. These situations harm the creators involved, their communities, and the overall health of the platform.

In the current social media climate, mental health considerations have become more important than ever. Recent lawsuits against Mark Zuckerberg and Meta have highlighted the documented harms of platforms deliberately designed to maximize addiction and engagement. At the same time, emerging research and tragic cases have shown that AI systems can contribute to severe mental health crises, including AI-related suicides among young people. Against this backdrop, platforms have a growing responsibility to reduce unnecessary psychological harm rather than amplify it.

A structured mediation process could help address this.

    Proposed Framework:

When a conflict reaches a certain threshold of public escalation, the involved creators would be temporarily restricted from streaming about the dispute (or in some cases from streaming entirely) until they complete a mediated resolution process.

A neutral mediator would facilitate private discussions aimed at reaching a mutual agreement.

Once terms are agreed upon, the creators could optionally participate in a joint or individual resolution stream using pre-approved statements.

A “clean slate” rule would apply: previous call-out content related to the dispute would be removed or de-emphasized, and the matter would be considered closed going forward.

If mental health concerns appear to be a significant factor, the process could include referrals to appropriate resources.

This approach would reduce the incentive for prolonged public warfare, protect community mental health, and give creators a clear path back to normal broadcasting. It could also become a distinctive positive feature of Twitch — a platform that actively helps creators resolve conflict rather than simply watching it burn.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this idea further, including potential pilot structures, mediator standards, and monetization or partnership models that could make the program sustainable.

Thank you for your time and for the work you do to support the creator community.

    Best regards,
    Auntielibfem

i would like to have if viewers are an active streamer added to mod cards. I mod quite a few channels and it is hard to remember all the streamers. Currently to check i have to go to mod card and then to view there page. A simple icon on just the word/s streamer/active streamer would make it much easier.
