Removing access of a streamer to a user first and last name through a donation So I came to this conclusion when I saw the recent event that has taken place in a streamer stream that was called "Nadia" she exposed a user first and last name throughout the stream and even if she was banned for that. Not questioning the sentence whatsoever I think that this type of information should absolutely not be shown to any user of this platform and that, even to the person we donated to. harassment Require verification to follow a channel.
Over the past couple years on twitch a person, or group of people have been DOXing me constantly using their usernames to do it. I think the best way to deal with this is use the email and phone verification and allow streamers the ability to have verification as a requirement for following. I would specifically go with phone number myself.
This has again been going on for years and twitch has been no help when reaching out to them to stop this from happening.

Can we please have more alternative options for blocking people? I want to suggest that there should be an alternative option to blocking users. I feel it should be with the Report button on the About tab. I am aware that there are other ways to block users, I just feel we should also be able to do it on user profiles.
And if they somehow have you blocked already to where you cant block them on their profile, then proceeding to typing /block [username] in your chat would be the next step.
I hope this idea is considered, I'm sure its been considered before but really there are so…

More tools for Creators to prevent minors from watching their channel It's great that you have a "mature content" label as an option, but any kid can still simply click through that, they don't even need an account. Many creators that I watch simply don't want kids in their streams for various reasons.
Make it so that creators can also require a login for the video stream of their channel to show up. Maybe when you click into the full stream it gives you an alert that you need to login.

Susension account time line. I have been suspend since April 2022 of this year. The Twitch staff has not told me how long I am suspend for. Can you please make it more clear when accounts are suspend.

Better Reporting System for Bot Usage Personally I do not like that we have to use the same reporting process to follow through with reporting a bot incident in one's own stream. There have been multiple cases of accounts being mistakenly banned on Twitch's end, this reporting process only encourages that to repeat itself.
I believe we should get a new bot reporting process that is separate from the regular reporting process as to avoid any complications that could result in unjust bans of streamers trying to help the whole community.

Those prevention alternatives must exist. I do not know if they exist. I consider them 100% necessary.
1) Accounts with many bans in other channels:
- Accounts with "some warning" on all their comments that is only seen by the mods.
- Option for the streamer to decide if accounts with +5 /+10 /+10 /+20 / +50 bans in other channels are considered "accounts with warnings" in their channel.
- Mods and streamer can disable "account with warnings" status for any account in their channel.

Age restriction There are streamers on twitch, that use their body and sexual references to make money. This is fine, but we have minors donating to these streamers to get their names written on their bodies, to get their names moaned into the mics, and it’s overlooked because these streamers bring in money. I was suspended for saying an F-bomb but these kind of streams are fine? Putting an age restriction into place will allow these streams to be okay, and allow minors to safely navigate twitch. feature request can you make the gifting more tempting and more viewers will gift. i got 1 suggesting from huya china live. thier gifting option is more tempting then here. and i willing to gift from there. they make use of the bagde when viewer gift. each gift will increase the badge level. alot viewers have alrdy reach 22 level.

Adult Content Okay so here me out, there are adults in the world, weve been gaming for decades, and sometimes what we play is categorized as adult content, at least by twitch standard.
Now twitch standard is a little murky, say for example for a while nudity and sex was okay on cyberpunk, but then some did and others didnt get in trouble for displaying sex/breasts in the witcher. Non-User support options. There needs to be a way for people who don't use twitch to get help and support. Streamers are learning to harass and abuse people OFF twitch so they don't violate TOS. They also just delete VODS if they have been abusive in their streams. I have been getting harassed by "twitch streamers" and there was no way for me to get support from twitch without signing up. Please add a support option for people who are being abused by your creators but who don't use twitch themselves.

Hard Tracked Bans with Channel Tags Data Some users on twitch unfortunately harass and target minority groups that being members of lgbtqia+ and PoC. If users are repetitively banned in say like 20-30 lgbtqia+ or PoC (tagged as such, like mixed race, african American;etc.) streamers channels, their accounts should be suspended then possibly sitewide banned, if there is a repeat offense post suspension.

On the crazy feature of blocking The “block” function is the greatest exercise of power in chatting on twitch. This feature has the function of eliminating spam bots, political propaganda, and other obviously harmful entities that make comments knowing that they will be blocked.

Chat filter that bans new accounts Please make a chat filter which allows you to ban users with brand new accounts or accounts that are X days/hours/weeks old (give the streamer a choice.) It will prevent people from harassing streamers who just make new accounts after they've been banned and continue to harass.
