If you get this ban reason you can't receive drops, whatching streamers live videos/chat.

Double standards & Discrimination This is not so much an idea as a request for clarification and explanation. If these are, indeed, consistently applied contextual clues, there's no reason why these clues shouldn't be publicly posted and / or visible.
Put another way, if these rules are to be totally transparent in their application, no part of them should be hidden. If they cannot be made public, then the word / phrase / implication of "transparency" should be struck from the Community Guidelines lexicon.

Ban pack openings like in FIFA, lootboxes are just as bad as gambling. Please ban pack openings (e.g. in FIFA) - It's just as toxic and addicting as Slots which you restricted last week. It advertises gambling to a very young audience. There seem to be double standards.

viewers I would like to give feedback about the crackdown on twitch and gambling. If twitch decides not to support slots/casino streamers. Then you should probably not support gammers in general. No difference in someone playing slots/casino games versus someone who is playing a MMO or RPG that is gambling/rolling stats for an item - it is still gambling if it is real money or fake money. We Need Blanket Bans for Known Against TOS Name Combinations. A twitch user, let's call him "Racistguy1" shouldn't be able to just make a new account called "Racistguy2" and pick up his harassment where he left off.
Racist trolls are making racist names, then seek out streams to harass under the "African American" tag, probably other tags too I'd imagine, and then follow the channel, so their racist name pops up as a new follower.

children I've encountered more and more streamers, who say that if they encounter a child / user who openly states they are below the age of 13, it is not their job to do anything about it.

Add a way to skip or contest "This name is not compliant with our content guidelines" Please add a way to contest a system forbidden word in some languages.
Example : In french, the title "ça va péter !" (which means "it's gonna explode !") is not compliant I don't understand why. I would like to be able to inform Twitch that there is no problem with these words.

Currently Taiwan suffers very serious Covid-19 epidemic, which causes daily new case of 80000~100000, and about 50 death.
Our government didn't restrict any outside activity, which lead people still walking and eating outside, include IRL streamer.
Please help restrict IRL streamer, because their behavior might potentially encourage people stay outside and most important, their might spread virus.

Let Streamers dictate their own community etiquette and guidelines. Telling every community without a question on what terms and usages in their own communities are disallowed, aside from a few exceptions that can mean nothing but hateful things, is a little ridiculous. People come from different cultures and accept different things. Streamers should be able to create their own guidelines and 'accepted vocabulary' in their own community.
These guidelines would of course be required to be displayed fully on their about pages so people who would not be able to handle more 'lax' communities can avoid joining in such places. Something they of course have every right to do.…

Additional Gaming Content Guidelines I would like to see more clarification on the Community Guidlines - Additional Gaming Content Guidelines. It states "Linking to sites that include slots, roulette, or dice games, or sharing affiliate links or referral codes to such sites is not allowed."
This leaves content creators at a guess as to what they can actually do. Can they speak about it? Can they link to their own homepages (and have the links there)? Is any gambling website (non-casino) allowed to advertise still in stream or links?

Making drinking alcohol to the point of being drunk on stream by the streamer in public TOS There is a safety concern with streamers drinking alcohol (multiple drinks) and becoming visibly drunk on their own stream in public (at a bar, restaurant, park, etc.).
If this were made TOS there would be significant safety advantages to the streamer themselves: (1) female streamers who are visibly drunk in public may be at risk of being taken advantage of (invited to a stranger's hotel room), (2) even if not driving, drunk streamers in public could be at risk of unsafe situations such as stumbling in the street, (3) making such behavior TOS would help protect streamers by discouraging drinking…

Stricter Enforcement of Harassment Rule I'll note that many people have already submitted complaints about Twitch's lax punishments for harassers and abusers, but I'll submit mine anyway.
For years, there's been a user in a once huge stream who has been violating the rules thereof over and over but keeps getting unbanned despite his repeating his behaviors. Disallow Games Glorifying Genocide and Terrorism “Twitch does not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts.” But for some reason Twitch allows it in games? Call of duty modern warfare 2 allows you to slaughter civilians at an airport. Destroy All Humans glorifies Genocide. The Postal series promotes mass murder. These games have their place but it’s not on this platform by Twitch’s own definition. Either ban these games or change the community guidelines to allow depictions of terrorism.

A stipulation to Driving Streams Given the terms of service defines driving streams as Self Harm and Injury due to distracted driving, I would want a stipulation added that the streaming device being it a phone or tablet must feature the back of the Driver's head to be evident that the Driver is not a distracted driver.
