Stop Muting Audio on Licensed Music and FIX the Appeal Process Stop muting licensed audio! If you persist on doing this, at least let people save their appeal form to paste in every time you mute licensed audio! Also, does it really take a MONTH to do an appeal of licensed audio? Can't we just show our license and move? Also, once you clear a track, can't you carry that over so you don't re-mute the next video? This is crazy, and not what the DMCA intended!

Copywrite Clarification for YOU Farm simulator, I keep getting copywrite wrnings from it- did you people know the game developers BOUGHT the RIGHTS to EVERY SONG in their GAME? YES... they did so playing the radio "in game radio" does not violate ANY copywrite laws!

Verify that flagged content is actually copyrighted I have two ideas that I think should be considered:
Have a way for streamers to contact Twitch regarding incorrectly identified content.
For Twitch to follow-up and determine whether there is incorrect information in their content checking system.
I regularly get muted audio and an indicator that I have copyrighted music in my audio loop of my stream; however, all of my audio is from the YouTube Audio Library which has already been verified as CC0 by YouTube, and it's freely usable on YouTube or other platforms.
So, there is no reason that these songs should be getting flagged on…

identify games with Copy righted music and keep them in a different category that wont ban someone for listening to in game music Identifying games like ats and GTA that has copyrighted music in it so streamers wont get banned for listening to in game music I recently had Twitch turn off publishing VOD videos for listening to in game music

The same song loops but I still get a copyright strike I used "Raining in osaka" as the background music throughout the live broadcast, but I only received copyright for a certain segment, I don't know why, and there was no other music in the middle.

Musical extension to limit DMCA problems The musical atmosphere being an important part for the creation of content on the platform, and to limit future problems with the DMCA as we can see now.

Private the server Twitch keeps all of the deleted VODs and clips on Evidence of the situation I describe will be at the end of this description.
Twitch streamers are being DMCA'd despite deleting all of their old VODs and clips that they were told to delete. For those that aren't aware, that media never actually got deleted, just taken off of Twitch. PLEASE correct your grammar when docking streams for DMCA: has is incorrect The text that appears with DMCA audio is grammatically incorrect.
"Audio for portions of this video has been muted as it appears to contain copyrighted content owned or controlled by a third party."
The has should be have. 'Audio portions have'... NOT 'audio portions has'... Video is not the subject of the sentence. It's crazy this hasn't been fixed.

Remove Partnership Status for Twitch Partners that abuse DMCA. Do I need to explain this? Do I EVEN need to explain this?
If Twitch Partners are going to abuse DMCA, then there should be some SERIOUS punishment for it. Revoke their Partnerships for anyone who blatantly abuses it and, should the case be a severe one, disallow them from re-achieving Partnership status for a length of time or even permanently (with Affiliation being either harder to attain or also permanently disallowed; again, depends on the severity of the case).

DMCA Check Add a section to the twitch app/site where you can enter a title and the artist into said section, and it will tell you whether or not it is DMCA free. It would help the streamer a lot, going through streaming playlists with my friend who is beginning is difficult, why should we spend hours going through sites to see whether or not we can use it in her streams?

Recognize Music Licensing and Add an Option to Put A Music License in to combat future false claims (ie. SOCAN license to broadcast music) Some of us understand fully the legal requirements to stream music, I myself having ran a successful online radio station for 10 years, understand paying for licensing, broadcasting, ect, ect. I am being flagged for copyrights that are public domain. Up to 50 works a day and no less than 10 whicj I do not have the resources of incr YouTube has a great system for disputing false copyright claims and for claiming your own coptyrighted material that is not so involved that each dispute takes 30 minutes to complete and send. I play public domain classical music which is being falsely claimed and on YouTube all I have to do is dispute send and my work doesn’t get muted. I also own the copyrights and publishing to 140 songs which are flagged and I have to dispute and claun each one Eve time I play my own music. Help
