1. Make better decisions when banning

   Make better decisions when you ban people and look more into it, you always ban my favorite streamers over the stupidest things. They could say one cuss word and you will ban them. Twitch is supposed to be an entertainment platform for all ages and for us older people we are more entertained by someone close to our age, we can relate better and we can engage better but when your banning streamers we watch over the little things, like their adult humor, we tend to get annoyed with your platform. My idea is to make better decisions when you ban people or maybe put an age restriction on streamers who use adult humor more. But you have to take into consideration that some things just aren't that bad. A lot of older people have adult humor and just because they use adult humor, it shouldn't resolve in a ban, especially when this platform is their job. The more you do this kind of thing, the more people are gonna switch over to a new platform, so please do better Twitch.

2. Would like to see "ear licking" removed from the ASMR tag.

   Ear licking is part of the sexual act, and the reason most listeners are listening is, among other things, to masturbate.
   Some people say it's "very good for sleep induction," but if you look at the texts of those who are chatting enthusiastically from the beginning to the end of the stream, you know it's not true (even if it's an "unattended live stream" with just looping audio, lol).
   And if someone's stream is off-camera, there is no way to distinguish between ear-licking and blow-job sounds, and if they show an illustration of ***** enlarged to fill the screen, you can tell that the purpose is to blatantly masturbate the viewer.

   As stated in the guidelines, even if there is no visual image, if the audio is recognizable, it should be considered a prohibited act.
   If there are operators who are not sure how to respond when they receive a report, the prohibited acts should be clearly stated so that they do not make the wrong decision.

3. Ban Sponsored Gambling Streams

   Sponsored gambling streams should not be allowed on Twitch because of Twitch's policies and sponsored gambling streams effects.

   On the twitch safety center it states that community comes first and safety is personal. Allowing sponsored gambling steams on twitch goes against these policies by not first helping the community but rather turning a blind eye to them, and not the safety of those viewers as they are being exploited for profit.

   Not allowing sponsored gambling steams will stop exportation of viewers for profit. The website pays the content creator to gamble on their gambling platform. They do this to get money back from the creator's viewers from them losing money gambling on that platform. The gambling platforms know that they will return their money with a profit from the viewers of the creator. In short the gambling platform pays a creator to influence their viewers to gamble on their platform.

   In conclusion sponsored gambling streams should not be allowed on Twitch because of it's policies and how it effects their viewers safety.

4. The Issue with the Hot Tub Meta

   Recently in the twitch community, there has been a rise of hot tub streamers also known as the "Hot Tub Meta". This has been a very controversial issue but I'm going to give my thoughts on the issue and hopefully twitch will do something about this. On twitch TOS it's stated "Content or camera focus on breasts, buttocks, or pelvic region, including poses that deliberately highlight these elements". This means any sort of content that deliberately does these would be against TOS. Now when we look at how the Hot Tub Meta we can see that it's unhealthy and unfair to the community. When I was looking through some of the streams a streamer called "Kaellyn" had their butt covering half the screen which I would assume is against TOS but nowadays it's hard to tell. Although the whole stream isn't just that it was obvious that she did to satisfy her chat. Another example is the popular streamer "Amouranth" who lets their viewers donate money to get their name written on many things the most common one being floaty. Just tuning into the chat for a few minutes I saw many twitch users send very questionable things such as "Show feet Kreygasm" "Show your booty" "Change bikini" and many more things. Constantly messages were being deleted by mods because they were either offensive or very ***. Another issue is the fact that it's clear that these streams are *** but the streamers don't even care to put the stream to mature just to get more people. This means that many kids can easily just go onto these streams and see big booba's. It's clear that this issue has gotten out of hand and that it needs to be stopped. My final thoughts are that although this stuff is "content" I don't think it's healthy or fair to the community and streamers to continue letting these streams go on. I think streamers should be able to be creative with their content as well. Hopefully twitch will something about this. Thank you for reading.

6. Remove sexual content and re-classify what "sexual content" is according to Twitch's standards

   If we're going to remove gambling for being a bad influence to children then I think it's past time to change the rules for sexual content and how Twitch classifies "sexual content". Exposing children to content like this can corrupt their mind and make them view sex as something it's not, which in the long run can effect their future relationships.

   Pretending that parents can constantly be there to watch every move a kid makes online isn't going to change the reality of the situation for most normal families who don't have time. As parents we rely on the staff at Twitch to keep the platform safe of anything that might harm a child, we understand the occasional slip up now and then but blatantly allowing sexual content where streamers are in lingerie doing "yoga" with no punishment is inexcusable.

   Other examples of an inappropriate scenario would be a hot tub stream where one is wearing lingerie. The type of clothing is especially blatantly sexual, as lingerie is quite literally something worn during the act of sex. With the current guidelines and the way the staff enforce them, Twitch is a gateway to **** addiction, and with **** addiction comes a plethora of other social / mental issues.

   This topic has been heavily debated in the past, and I think with this last change it should no longer be a debate. Twitch has a prerogative of protecting children? Then REALLY protect children.

8. Stricter Gambling Rules

   Stricter gambling rules. Make gambling accessible to users that have proven to be 18 or older. Make "gambling" category in twitch unaccessible to users that havent proven their age with valid ID. Streamers who gamble in different category receive temporary or permanent ban. Gambling has been raising concern over the years in Twitch. 9. Too many Pre recorded streams and scam links

   Just wanted to bring attention to how many pre recorded scam streams are happening at "Pools, Hot Tubs & Beaches" IRL streams. I went through and saw 7 of the same exact stream across 7 different "Users" all have a scam link attached to the stream title and are all probably stolen and pre recorded streams. This leaves uninformed users vulnerable to falling for these traps.

10. Selective moderation of complaints on neo-Nazi channels

    I am an adult, I am 30 years old. I believe that I assess the situation as an adult.

    The essence of the problem. Most of the major Ukrainian channels have banned Twitch. Because of planned attacks by Russians with complaints, because they hate everything Ukrainian. And the Twitch platform does nothing about Russians who incite hatred.

    In more detail, I will explain as an example.
    Go to your favorite broadcast, on Thursday-Friday. After the game Arma 3. A military game, a simulator, and see what the streamers are promoting there, in short, what I saw was the encouragement of the murders of not only Ukrainians, but people of the "Western world", propaganda of Nazism, insulting state officials symbols, languages ​​and others.

    When you try to say something in the chat, bad words, threats, etc. are heard.

    Tried to reset complaints with time codes. But no one responds. It seems that the moderator Ivan in Moscow is reading these complaints

    A clear example of selectivity.

    Why am I writing this? No war cannot be stopped, we will win unequivocally. But by stopping such propaganda, which you ignore, you can save hundreds of lives

11. Do more to combat streams that advertise phishing links

    The Oldschool Runescape section on twitch has rampant issues with phishing streams. The scammer downloads a vod of a popular streamer, creates a new account, and streams with titles such as "My Final OSRS stream", and instructs viewers to visit the runescape forum link below the stream to read about it. The link is a phishing page, obviously.

    They do some other scams sometimes as well, e.g. "Click the link below to activate your double xp buff", while restreaming a dev Q&A vod.

    I'm sure it's a problem in some other communities as well.

    The streams are extremely easy to find, they're new accounts with hundreds of viewers, no sub button, no followers, etc.

    Even if they get banned they just make a new account, so we need a different solution anyway.

    It's impossible to send warning messages to chat because the scammer sets chat to sub only; that shouldn't be possible for channels that don't even have a sub button.

    If the scammers couldn't use sub only, they would then use emote only, so maybe a new emote that says "SCAM" would be a good idea. It could even double as a great emote to spam when your favorite streamer starts doing sponsored gambling streams ;p

    A new streamer getting 100+ viewers should automatically be flagged as suspicious, and maybe have a dismissible warning overlay on the stream?

    On YouTube, sometimes clicking external links takes you to a page that says "Are you sure you want to leave YouTube?", a feature similar to that for non-affiliate, or suspicious-flagged channels is probably a good idea. "Are you sure you want to go to secure.oldschooI.us.leg1t-os-forums-real.lol?"

    It shouldn't be possible to create a link on text if the text is a url that doesn't match the url being linked to, e.g. https://www.twitch.tv/mystream shouldn't be allowed, but My channel is okay. People are probably less likely to double check a link if the link they're clicking already looks like a url.

    TL;DR please do... something

    I am tired of coming onto twitch an seeing so many female streamers posing half naked an making thousands from it. This is not a **** website. There are children who watch this daily giving away there money because they think they have some kind of connection with these woman when they just lie an manipulate there viewers for donations. For example writing there name across there breasts for a tier 3 subscription. Its a despicable act that you allow this on your platform. Also the way you treat your male creators vs. female creators is awful, have some pride in your job an not let you're **** to the thinking. Male streamers have been banned for removing there shirt in excitement from winning a tournament ,etc this is not equality. Also stop banning you're biggest income if you'll just unban them in a day, it shows how weak minded you are an how poor your team collaboration is between employees, which by the way all ex-twitch employees talk about how bad of a workplace it is.

    If these are, indeed, consistently applied contextual clues, there's no reason why these clues shouldn't be publicly posted and / or visible.

    Put another way, if these rules are to be totally transparent in their application, no part of them should be hidden. If they cannot be made public, then the word / phrase / implication of "transparency" should be struck from the Community Guidelines lexicon.

    Sorry to be so blunt, but the idea of enforcement being "fair" without there being public and itemized factors is a pet peeve of mine. YouTube is notoriously guilty of it, as well.

16. Beauty & Body Art Community Concerns

    Since Body Painting has been established as a valid category on the platform, there has been a noticeable lack of encouragement from Twitch in creating a healthy community around it. This lack of support is further emphasized by the massive push back and public harassment of Body Painters online, including but not limited to: Organized hate raids by other streamers, Streamers sexualizing body painters on their own live streams, Public groups that organize mass reports on body painters, Lack of response by Twitch to counter the culture of continued degradation of women through objectification by viewers (including inappropriate usernames).

    Twitch has a growing issue on its platform in regards to Body Art, one of its more controversial categories. The streamers of this category are heavily targeted for harassment every day by other streamers and their communities, often leading to malicious mass reports on accounts resulting in account suspensions and bans with little offering as to the specifics of what the offense entails. While the community is grateful for Twitch to include this art on it's platform, the seeming lack of effort to foster a sense of support for the community is disappointing. While it is true that Twitch has offered a recent update to the community guidelines in regards to body painting, they still leave too much up to interpretation. These gray areas leave a number of inconsistencies laid bare on the enforcement of these policies, and leave the streamers feeling a lack of safety in their art. The additional focus, and inequality of these rules being enforced on male presenting streamers as well, also has a play in how the Body Painters are objectified as these guidelines are settled under "****** Content".

    Proposed Solution
    Twitch has an opportunity to lead by example and help to change the rampant culture of ****** harassment and hateful conduct on the platform by showing support for one of it’s most controversial categories. After much discussion with over 100 body painters about the trials we face on a daily basis, we came to a few proposals that if implemented would create a better sense of belonging, safety, security and health in the category. Many of these proposals also have the ability to improve the ****** harassment faced by all females on the platform if expanded on.

    Being as controversial a category as Body Painting is, the community would like to ask for even MORE defined guidelines. There are too many areas that need further definition, such as how long is a short break when painting since the average body paint takes anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to complete? What constitutes performing unrelated activities? How much coverage actually has to be painted before a stream starts (whole ***? Areola/*** and underbust only? Does it need to be detailed or is a single color ok? Do we need to start with the chest as we paint or starting with the face ok?)? As streamers we've seen inconsistency in enforcement of these rules as some streamers are known to show off a pet on stream in a break from painting, some eat while simultaneously painting, and others may take a moment to answer bigger questions on stream. In many of these situations we've seen some people become suspended or banned from the platform when being threatened with reports while live, and others no severe action taken under the same threats. By further defining time limits, expectations of paint coverage to meet, and what is considered a break versus participating in unrelated activities, it leaves little question to the streamer as to what is allowed, and removes some of the discrepancy between how these reports are handled.

    To further elaborate on these discrepancies, we would like to propose that a team of two persons be assigned to review reports against body painters. This can be expanded on to include all ****** content reports that happen live, but is important that there be little room for error when handling these cases. In order to set a precedence for conduct and what is expected, there has to be consistency in the actions taken as well as the reasoning behind those actions. Not only are the guidelines easily interpret-able, but the reasons for suspensions and bans are even more vague and lacking context. If the reports made against body painters are handled by specific staff, that further makes it possible for consistency and clearer definition of the offense when resulting in punishment.

    I cannot stress enough how the platform as a whole would benefit from clearer reasoning for suspensions and bans. While it is hard to give time stamps for the offense in question due to the VOD being removed from the site, it would not be impossible to supply a screenshot or clip with clearer definition of the actions being performed that were against policy. Not only does being clearer about policy enforcement help the community by setting clear precedent, it honors an overwhelming outcry to Twitch to honor its commitment to transparency.

    There is also a great opportunity here to add in a community manager for the creative category with an emphasis on Body Painting. With a community manager, those streaming in Beauty&Body Art would have a designated point of contact when there are questions or concerns about content they wish to produce. Community managers also allow Twitch to have live eyes on the category and better utilize the warning system as things are happening live allowing the streamer to either end their stream or course correct immediately. This line of communication also narrows the ability of more edgy streamers to intentionally misinterpret the guidelines, and would give Twitch staff in Safety and Policy a better view of the issues and harassment going on. This suggestion is one that has been implemented by competitors, including YouTube, who have active community managers that do outreach to streamers and communities while live.

    The list of issues facing body painters is long, and the concern over the lack of support received from Twitch as a category is frustrating. We truly believe in Twitch as a platform though, and the powerful change that can be made in the current culture of objectification and ****** harassment, not only by other streamers but the viewers as well, if Twitch were to take a stance in this controversial category. As a community, we sincerely hope that you will hear our voice, our concerns, and take into consideration our many proposals for solutions. We are open to discussion with policy staff and willing to work to help better the platform as a whole.

    Since Body Painting has been established as a valid category on the platform, there has been a noticeable lack of encouragement from Twitch in creating a healthy community around it. This lack of support is further emphasized by the massive push back and public harassment of Body Painters online, including but not limited to: Organized hate raids by other streamers, Streamers sexualizing body painters on their own live streams, Public groups that organize mass reports on body painters, Lack of response by Twitch to counter the culture of continued degradation of women through objectification by viewers (including inappropriate usernames).

    Hey guys!

    There were some discussions that weren’t super applicable to feedback and I have gone ahead and removed them.

    We super appreciate the feedback and want to keep hearing your ideas. Please just keep it focused on bodypainting/body art community and feedback around that, over feedback on specific channels/users.

    If you have anyone who you are concerned about on Twitch or someone who you are worried about how they are acting on Twitch always feel empowered to report them so our team can further investigate the situation.

17. Too many kids

    I have seen for past week a lot off kids (under age users) who not even reached 13 years keep abusing ASMR category and stream there. Your usual report system isn't working, because i personally was asking streamer "How old is she and she said 11 y old!" is way to wrong because in next moment some weirdo started type like "I love u, *****, shorts, u are beautiful" and lots more. That's why you must do something to keep kids safe from SA on Twitch and make more difficult registration for kids on this platform. Hear me out! Kids not safe here at all!!! We must protect them from pedo and weirdos!

18. Protect minors from abusive tactics.

    Stop letting kids masturbate to half naked women just because they are blocked from **** sites doesn’t mean they can com over to twitch and and do the same thing. You even had girls having sex in twitch. And please promote more African American heterosexual Males like myself on your platform. I’m a fun care free easy going guy that just like to chill and play games. I thought that was the purpose of twitch. I guess the true purpose is to cater to the top 1% because they are the ones that make you money. You don’t care about small streamers on the streamers than can finesse their way to the top by circumventing the rules.

19. Stop allowing suicidal ideation in usernames

    Seeing anything related to suicidal ideation is problematic for many individuals with mental health issues. There are a number of usernames with some form of suicidal reference in the name.

    This was used by some people shortly after the hate raid incident to target veterans with mental health issues, such as myself. Now, I continue to see usernames like this, whether targeted or not, and it is not something that should be allowed.

20. Stop permanently banning guys for little things but giving 7-Day bannes to girls when having sex on their stream

    I don't understand how you can permanently banne a guy for one mistake told chat to put "L" on another stream. but banned a girl for 7 day for having sex in her stream. So what the girl did is not that bad to do on your platform? Help me understand, is this how you treat your content creators and viewers? I'm out
