Ranking and managing users Hello,
Here is one of my suggestions for channel points. In the " Community " tab in the Creator Dashboard then in " Channel Points ", add a board where you can see the ranking of people with the most channel points. We as a streamer can manage users as reset, add or remove channel points. Lower Channel Point Levels/More Time to Keep Items It takes too long to get to the higher point items. Not many have 2-3 hours to spend watching a stream in order to get a specific emote they want. And once they get it they only have 24 hours to use it. That is not long enough especially for people who do not watch during the night time hours. Changing this will get people more interested in Channel Points.

Channel points Community Battle I think the community channel points feature could be expanded to be a battle system. Team A vs Team B or idea 1 vs idea 2. For example I wanted to do a channel point community battle for Horde v Alliance. First team to get XYZ points wins. I had to enter this manually but would have been awesome to be automatic like the other immunity challenge. Or a tug of war type system would be really great. Could be used for many incentives/ideas across channels.

Allow creators to change the channel point sub bonus ratios Currently
Tier 1 = 1.2x
Tier 2 = 1.4x
Tier 3 = 2xBut every stream values subs differently and has different rewards in channel points. It would make sense for us to have control over how much each tier gets.

For the channel points icon add 20x20 option Please add a 20x20 option for channel points icons, so I don't have to look at a distorted 28x28 icon.
Alternatively, make the channel points icons display at native resolution (28x28).

Hide Channel point Redemption messages in chat Currently we have built a game around channel points. The issue is there is no way to disable the "claiming" of channel points in chat. This makes chat spam like crazing.
Would love a way to hide the messages showing up, while still letting users claim them

Allow streamers to give channel points to viewers/entire chat The channel points right now are just based on streaks and time spent in a chat. What would make it perfect is the ability to award your viewers or entire chat with an amount of points you choose as well. If it were possible to award points yourself in addition to the twitch integrated method of earning points it would be perfect.
For example:
-I could choose to award the whole chat 100 points each when we get raided.
-I could choose to award a specific viewer 50 points for telling the best joke.922 votes -
Bug on channel points Some viewers in my stream notified me about losing their entire channel points (some of them having already 10k) idk why or how this happened, neither if it has also happened to other streamers, is there a way to fix this error?

Extend Community Challeneges is broken The Extend Duration feature in the Community Challenges says "Desired Duration (30 days max)" - if you select 30 days, it fails, however anything less works. The function, when you select 30 days, returns this error: "Something went wrong. Please try again." - as soon as you select something less than 30, it goes through.

Collectibles Using Loyalty Points As Currency The set up would be an affiliate/partner would be able to create a collectible series of emotes/cards etc that their viewers could then spend loyalty points on purchasing packs that have a random selection of the collectibles inside.
Once a viewer has completed the series, they are able to prestige the collection and advance the grade by collecting the same emotes/cards again but more of them in order to progress to a grade that is a higher collection and each collection completed could earn the viewer a badge.

Loyalty Reward Send Private Message (Whisper) I have a loyalty reward where people can redeem "codes" to enter for giveaways but I have to manually fill the orders, it would be great if you can set a default short message that gets sent to the redeemer as a whisper so I can auto deliver information/codes/redeemable verbal messages to the person who redeems privately and instantly for automation.

Channel Points Command I would like to see Twitch implement a Channel Points command. For example "/cp **" where ** is the name of the reward.
We make extensive use of the Channel Points system and have about 40 rewards. Our regulars have said that it is sometimes difficult to find the reward they are looking for in a timely manner in order to affect what happens on-stream through a 3rd party application called Lioran Board.

API for channel reward redemption People are suggesting an API for channel points, and initially it seems like a good idea, but a forum post I saw elsewhere explained the privacy concerns of being able to track channel points through an API. But instead of an API for channel points, what if we were able to link REDEMPTION of channel points rewards to an API, and additionally create native Twitch commands that configure channel points acquisition rates and conditions (ie. active chatters vs lurkers or 10 points/5 minutes default vs 20 points/5 minutes default), as well as give streamers the ability to add or remove…

Introduce a channel badge that can be upgraded with Channel Points. Having a channel-specific badge that viewers can display could be a great way to allow users to flaunt long-term viewership in a channel. Similar to the way that a channel-specific bit badge operates, viewers could choose to invest Channel Points in to this badge which would upgrade to a fancier version at whatever cutoff points Twitch decides upon. This can also serve as a good catch-all purpose Channel Points redemption for channels that don't have or want extensive Channel Point options available.

Setting to make channel points earned for chatting in the chat box instead or in conjunction with watching. I get a lot of times where viewers lurk and don't chat, yet they earn enough points and want to use the points but they never actually watched my stream till they earn points. I would rather have people who actively watch and chat earn the points instead!

Channel points community challenge There is a bug where the contribution to a channel points community challenge will be shown in chat several times (like 50 times) so that you cannot see the rest of the chat.

Boost Bit Value There really are very few incentives to subscribe to streamers channels and the rewards that you receive for watching are minimal. Similar to Mixer, viewers should somehow be able to spend their viewing points to help streamers boost their bit earnings.

Channel Point Multipliers The point multipliers have recently changed so that it is fairer that if you are paying for a higher tier sub, you receive a higher multiplier. Unfortunately, as opposed to increasing the multiplier for higher-tiered, lower tiers had their multipliers drastically lowered to the point of not really being that different from a non-subscriber. Idk how it may look from the pov of Twitch Staff, but from a user, getting 12 points for passive watch time and 60 points for an active watch time bonus while a non-subscriber gets 10 and 50 points respectively just doesn't seem that fair.
