Channel Point Prediction - Preventing people from upsetting the ratio at the last moment I have noticed a trend where people tend to wait until the last second in order to dump a massive amount of points into a prediction. I understand that this is part of the risk, however I frequently get invested at a low chance of success just to have someone else drop 4~10x the entire result pool I just entered. I agree with not allowing people to withdraw or swap, but it just doesn't feel good to suddenly risk 10k or 50k for a mere 1.05x payout. I propose two solutions:

Unlocking Special Permanent Emotes with Channelpoints Give Streamers the option to use a certain amount of Emotes (Maybe more for Partners or something like 1 + 1/10 of your unlocked Emoteslots rounded up) to be unlockable by Channelpoints but not by Subscribing or Cheering. Every Streamer can chose the cost of the Emotes they want to have themselves.
This allowes Streamers to give something back to the Community and makes it possible to get emotes by just watching and being Active in the Stream and the Community when the people cannot support monetarily. This also still incentivises to Gain More Subs due to getting the possibility…

channel points minimum bet When placing a bet, the streamer or mod can decide what is the minimum amount of channel points to participate in the bet.

Posting links through only channel points Allow the feature that links can only be posted through channel points. If someone were to post a link in the normal chat, it would not go through, however if they post it through a channel point redemption, it would go through.
This feature would really benefit streamers that allow their viewers to use channel points to request videos to watch, if someone sends a link through normal chat it would not go through but if they send it through the channel point reward it would go through.

Extra channel point tab for rewards that cost bits to trigger Please either create a second tab on the channel points redeem page that has rewards that can be claimed using bits or leave it as is but make bits a currency as well that one could select when setting up the reward instead of points. That way there can be premium rewards.

Tier channelpoint chests You have a chance to get a normal treasure chest and then you also have a chance to get golden and gem treasure chests that give more than the normal treasure chest but the golden and gem treasure chests are pretty rare.

Accept/Deny Channel Points Requests In Chat It would be very useful to get for moderators to be able to accept/deny channel points redeems directly from chat without having to open the request queue or modview. Like a small button saying ACCEPT and DENY just below the redeem.
For moderators who work with a lot of requests every hour this would mean managing the redeems a lot faster and easier.

Advanced Channel Point Editing Personally I think its a pain in the butt to edit my channel points. I would love to see something similar to the emote library but for channel points. A colour library, image library and a preview. For some creators scrolling through lengthy lists of their channel points can be difficult to make visually appealing. some creators (like myself) take pride in cohesive branding across all of my platforms. Meaning I have colour coded branding and have taken HOURS to edit my points.

Manage Channel Points for each user Allow streamers and/or mods to view the points for each viewer, and to add/remove points from viewers in their channel. (This will also give streamers the option to manually transfer points from any other point system.)

Set different Channel Point cost for subscribers and non-subscribers Allow extra customization for channel point redemptions so a person can make it so that subscribers can pay a reduced amount for redemptions. Gives an extra incentive to subscribe to the channel.

Fix the prediction notifications on android For the android version of twitch, there isnt a notification when a prediction starts. the only thing I can do is press the channel point button and do the prediction from. make it how it was on iphone. pls fix this its annoying

Reduction of the use of points Channel points are great, but I miss one thing. I think that adding a time limit for one stream participant will significantly diversify the possibilities of points. I am annoyed when one person overuses an option at a time (e.g. he buys a drink of water several times), but if I could limit the possibility to e.g. 2 times an hour, it would make it much easier for me and maybe it would increase my involvement on the stream. in the fact that people specially colluded to buy such activities massively, because it increases their involvement and is a great…

Allow streamers to vote on predictions Allowing the streamers to vote, will make the predictions more interesting.
Small streamers will encourage their viewers to participate and offer a better experience if everyone is voting the same answer.

Let the streamer choose when the boost happens So I like the idea, but just a few tweaks. I like how the challenge can just pop up and we have a couple days to complete it, but upon completion can we save the boost for the future? I got the challenge on my "friday" so I felt compelled to make sure I completed it within the time frame forcing me to stream on my day off. I did complete it but then the boost happened right away. Give Streamers More Control Over How Channel Points are Redeemed and Used I will preface this suggestion that I am comparing twitches current channel point system to Streamelements since twitch feels very limiting and we could do so much more with it instead of resorting to a 3rd party to use channel points which makes it inconvenient for viewers. With that being said comments saying just use Streamelements isn't helpful, i'd love everyone's actual thoughts towards this.
Currently Twitch's channel point system feels very limiting overall especially when compared to other channel point systems aka streamelements.

Stream boosting How about @Twitch adds 5 more levels to hype trains. The more support a hype train gets, the more boosted a channel gets as a reward. Use boosting as an incentive to support a channels hype train (On top of the already exclusive emotes already gained). That way viewers are supporting creators, creators are making money, and Twitch makes more money via higher tiered hype trains. Everyone’s happy. #bladesideas
