  1. Can we get Official Music Artist Channels on Twitch, This will open Twitch's doors to lots to great Music artists around the world.

It's a apply for Official Music Artist (OMA) (Have to be uploading to platforms like Spotify or amazon music)

This gives you a Global Official Music Artist Badge.

and lets you see who has used your music on Twitch from a Music Artist Dashboard.

This would be great to give Official Music Artists a Global face with Twitch

  3. I think it would be wise to remove partnership from low performing streamers and offer those partnerships to people with over 100 viewers working hard to grow there channels as opposed to those stagnant channels with constant under 50 viewers who for some reason keep there status as a Twitch partner.

  4. Create an option on the dashboard to hide the number of spectators.

I talked to some streamers and most think that a low number of viewers discourages people from joining the channel because people like lively and lively chats. I myself only access channels with many people. So I think whether or not to show the number of viewers should be an option for the streamer.

  5. I think this happens because the viewer is say 5 seconds behind the live stream, but when the streamer starts the raid, it switches channel immediately, before their stream finishes.

The result is: The viewer doesn't hear what the original streamer says at the end of their stream. It jumps to the raid before they have finished saying goodbye!

For a smoother viewing experience, I suggest delaying the viewer's switch to the raided channel, to account for their delay, so they get to see the end of the original stream.

(This won't really affect the arrival, since raided channels don't…

  6. Request a feature of setting streaming quality. There is no way to save default streaming quality. I always change streaming quality Auto to Origin on PC.

  7. If a stream is running in Squad Mode, it is impossible to access VODs for that channel - clicking the "Videos" button after exiting squad mode auto-redirects to the squad stream, as does directly accessing the URL of an archived video on that channel.

This definitely does not feel like intended behavior - if the URL contains /videos, it shouldn't redirect to the live squad stream.

As a demonstration of this bug, try accessing any VODs on the ESAMarathon channel right now - they're running a squad stream with their secondary channel, and every VOD link redirects to the squad…

  8. Hello
I'm a Twitch viewer in Korea.
I have an opinion on 'Watch Party'.
Most Twitch viewers and streamers in Korea don't use Amazon.

In other words, there are few Koreans who use Amazon Prime. Most Koreans use Netflix.

    How about collaborating with Netflix?
I'm not asking you to collaborate for Korean viewers.

I know that Netflix is used not only in Korea but also in various countries.
I think there could be other benefits to collaborating with Netflix.
I'm a viewer, so I can't come up with various ideas.

    This is my personal opinion.
    You can just take it…

  10. Getting the same skin as every other person watching streams adds value to the gamers experience.
However, when a gamer gets the RAREST skin while everyone else gets the most COMMON skin you create an addiction even more so. Basically, just turn drops into gambling with time being used as the currency.
Why not? Right? It'b be nice if you paid me for my idea but I know you won't. So i'm not going to say you're welcome, because you're not.

  11. Don't force celebrate pride on EVERY viewer. Give us (viewers) the option of saying not interested. There are going to people that find it offensive. I happen to be one of them. I have nothing against individuals, I am completely against it being forced on everyone else.

  14. I've noticed that many streamers won't Raid even though it's good for the growth of other streamers and also Twitch by keeping people on the app longer and more likely to see more ads.

If they received income from the advertising, which they are sending people directly into advertising so they should benefit from that, they may be more likely to help everyone, too, as another incentive.

  15. As title, viewer count isn't representative of chat count. Because of that Raids are usually smaller than the viewer count shown on stream. It'll help in some data analysis for some streamers.

  16. They could not give small streamers the verified one since, although they are active every day, they will not comply with a characteristic that is to have an average number of people who see them, until a large streamer sees them or den host, but if that never happens, you'll never get verified. Even if it has good quality, good audio and all that, what is the use if they will never be able to reach the verified one. I think they should change that rule and give the verified to a streamer who makes an effort doing direct every…

  17. Not exactly sure on how to implement it, but the general idea is... Creators can randomly find Twitch Monsters while streaming and they show up revealing to everyone. Likewise, watching streamers gives a chance for viewers to get them.

Then viewers can battle during streams if the creator has it enabled and the battle shows up at the bottom of the screen. Whoever wins gets levels and the loser too. The creator can also be challenged or challenge others if they have that setting enabled.

These are untradable to prevent bots wanting to get involved. Creators can also disable this…

  18. Give an option to the streamers to enable/disable subs (and bits, basically any income) for on stream basis (or just select a charity and all subs/bits would be transferred there).

In case we use something in our stream that prohibits commercial use/income (in my case its a mod for a game).

I don't want to get trouble, but I'd like to stream this game. At the moment I am forced to go on my unmonetized (yt) channel with this, because I can't to get in trouble here since it's not monetized.
    Thanks

  19. It would be nice to be able to enable Web browser / desktop notifications for ALL messages in chat, not just mentions, so I can route it easily to the system sound or popup on screen, so I can see when streaming a game. Otherwise even when using a second monitor it is easy to miss these things.

I don't even need any rate limiting, but some adaptive notifications throttling could be useful. I just do not want to miss ones that are infrequent.

  20. This would basically be a way for a content creator on twitch to pause the ability for other accounts to follow their channel for a given period of time. It would mostly be a good solution to follow bot raids.
