to anyone still getting these emails/checking here even if you're quitting the platform you should go turn the option off to show on their metrics. The people pushing it from the top are sociopaths but at least you can take away any argument they might have of "oh people don't mind that much......"

What do you guys mean.... it already IS opt out by default. Opt in by default means you are CHOOSING to consent to AI usage of your content....

Please make AI features opt-out by default!! This protects creators privacy, creativity, and general social well-being.

Everything to do with AI needs to be opt out by default. I've already had my voice stolen by some other site, I don't want Twitch to do the same.

ALL AI features should be opt out by default!! AI is destroying our land, air, waterways, and the health of animals and humans. We lived a life before AI and can continue to live one well without it.

Literally illegal in EU to have people opted-in by default. "If we had made it opt-in, then no one would have opted-in". You know who else use that excuse when they force themselves onto others ? :)

You knew this wasn't the move by opting everyone in knowing full well no one would opt in. This is not the way to go. Change it to opt in - or better yet, ditch this all together.

They are still actively deleting messages and timing out creators who ask about the Twitch feature on an official Twitch stream on the Twitch channel. Amazing.

No one asked for these features and no one wanted these features. Why add something everyone hates just to be in the "trending crowd." Get rid of this freaking AI trash that is killing our planet and our minds. I am so sick of seeing AI everywhere I turn.

We do not want our real lives, real art, real games, real everything fed to AI. I do not consent to using any content I make or participated in being used to train AI, and we should not have been automatically opted in. It shouldn't even be a thought to do this, but to do it AND force us to make sure we go in an opt out or else is disgusting.

No one asked for these AI features. Its bad enough that we are paying so much with subscription and now you put these AI features on top of that. Give us a choice about if we want to use them or not!

Allowing Twitch to use my content for AI training would violate all of my contracts with all of my artists. I love working with them, and do not like the idea of breaking those contracts.

Remove generative AI that scrapes user's data. That's called STEALING

Twitch gave themselves permission to farm VODs from inactive or neglected streams. There is also no guarantee they didn't farm the VODs of active streamers before they knew they had to force the choice to Opt-out.

Despicable behaviour from a corporation. This should be illegal, and probably is.

This is an international breach of privacy and trust by Amazon towards the users of Twitch, both streamers and chatters.

This is immoral, unethical theft of intellectual properties.
