"We want streamers to have flexibility in how these interactions are used in their channels," the blog post on power-ups states, yet we cannot opt out of this new feature entirely. Please give us this option.

This would be so helpful. Having section of frequently used emotes is moderately helpful, but being able to pin individual emotes to create our own section of favorites would be amazing - and/or the ability to pin a specific streamer so their emote collection appears at the top of the list.

This would be great especially for viewing streams where multiple video quality options are not available. A friend is currently streaming at 1080p, but my internet sucks and it keeps skipping. They aren't using voice chat or a webcam, and we are just chatting by text - and I'd love to be able to hide the video altogether or just have the audio from it.

Glad there is an existing idea for this - I would love to have this as well. It would not only be useful as a community building thing, but you'd have some information to use when setting the cost for a community goal. Being blind to how many channel points your viewers have is a disadvantage when they could be leveraged for multiple things.
