Stop those hardcore annoying ads at the beginning of every stream.
Thanks for convert my opportunity to chill in the evening to a freakin annoying experience. I started to avoid buying things on amazon and i rather delete my account then getting prime. Thanks for your effort.

Nothing matters anymore, Big networks/Agencies are all in play these days and even when we get passed the normal ads, we are still getting ads on ads in the Chat and the streamer picks that out everytime like it has a price tag attached to it "it does btw"
Some streamers have mods controlling the TTS so they can personally get the ads passed on and btw "they aren't paying for that TTS" Lol
It really is game over and the next step is for the Even bigger networks, such as intel AMD and so on is to make 90% of the PC market unreachable and forcing them all to the console/mobile market.
Enjoy the future because Gaming dont have much of one. -

The Streamer of the Channel can delay the start of Ads 3/5/18 minutes…
It’s in the ad managers settings DELAY START AD WHEN STREAM STARTS.I have mine on Delay what if I have a Raid can’t greet them immediately…

I've completely avoided twitch for months because of this, i pay for prime, i don't want to sit through 3 ads in 2 different languages with MUCH higher volume than i was anticipating, only to see if a streamer is someone I'm interested in.

Nothing like checking out a steamer I've never watched before but Twitch decides I should see 2-8 ads first. **** that. Now that steamer just lost a viewer and potential sub.

there should be the option to ban seeing certain adds, youtube has this feature. some adverts are annoying, with a huge volume issue, screaming their ****, pay to win mobile game in my face.

Random friend: Quick, quick, look at <insert Twitch streamer name>!
I quickly go to the stream, but get 25 seconds of ads first. So I close Twitch again, because I already missed what was going on.

Always open twitch open my favs streams to check whats interesting to see where i stay. Cant do that anymore, you force me to watch an ad before even know if i want to stay. Now just click streams and if it constatly hit me with an ad just close twitch and go to youtube

Just imagine if this happened on live breaking news how many viewers it would turn away. It's an asinine business model that hurts both the user base and twitch.
I would not be surprised to hear that twitch is way in the red, with the utter lack of competency their staff brings to the table.

When I am looking for a stream to watch, it's extremely frustrating clicking on a streamer and having to watch a 15+ second Ad just to see what's happening on their stream.
If I stick around for a couple minutes, sure, hit me! I don't mind, honestly.
But for goodness sake, at least let us see what is happening on that stream and whether we want to actually stick around. PLEASE??

Honestly I've been getting the same add everytime I open a stream the one with "lil seeha" or whatever her name is the indeed add. I'm not even joking when I tell you the second I hear "hey guys it's" I've got the app killed. I am so sick and tired of hearing that add. So tired of it I can't even watch any streams.

I'm both twitch prime and turbo and yet still get these commercials...I dont watch a single stream that gives me these commercials and every single time I see one I wonder why I would ever give money to twitch again...

So annoying and honestly not needed. Optional ads to support your favorite creator maybe?

@undeliverer same here, i daily go to check few streamers, i see the same preroll and just close tab.. now if twitch would play the ad 5-10 minutes after i joined, i'd probably stay there, but this preroll has killed all viewers.

undeliverer commented
I do not even watch new steamers now. I see a preroll and I leave channel.

Partners should be the only streamers with pre-rolls. They have the established audience that will tolerate them and not affect "growth". Whereas smaller streamers like MANY of us, its a deterrent to growth.
