If you want to support your favorite streamers and you can't subscribe to them then that's okay. But if you sub to at least ONE channel on twitch they're making money off you already and you shouldn't have to watch tons of ads just to see what's on a stream.

So annoying and honestly not needed. Optional ads to support your favorite creator maybe?

Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads!
These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. Creators will receive ad revenue for each SDA shown.

Too many ads! Imagine flipping through the channels on a TV to see what's on, except you have to watch a 30 second ad on each channel!

Twitch Sub should be like Amazon prime. You pay $5 a month and there are no ads anywhere. You choose which channel that goes to like normal. You can also sub to anyone else too if you want, but only 1 should get you an ad free experience.
